I. BEVEZETÉS
HABYS Agila fix masszázságynak köszönhetően a gyógytornász megfelelően, biztonságosan és
hatékonyan végezheti a rehabilitációt, fizioterápiát, fizikoterápiát vagy masszázst, amelyeknek
célja a betegségek és sérülések/fogyatékosságok hatásainak kezelése vagy enyhítése. A HABYS
Agila rehabilitációs ágyak szerkezete lehetővé teszi a gyógytornász számára, hogy minden
oldalról könnyen hozzáférhessen a beteghez.
II. ÖSSZESZERELÉS
1. Kicsomagolás
• Csomagolja ki az ágyat.
• Ellenőrizze, hogy a szállítás során nem sérült meg. Ha megsérült, ne csatlakoztassa és értesítse
az eladót.
2. Csatlakozás az elektromos hálózathoz
Mielőtt behelyezné a dugót az elektromos aljzatba, győződjön meg arról, hogy:
• Az aljzat rendelkezik megfelelő földeléssel, és hogy megfelel az alkalmazandó előírásoknak.
• Az aljzat képes ellenállni a műszaki adatok táblázatban feltüntetett, készülék maximális
teljesítménye terhelésének.
• A hálózat elektromos áramának feszültsége megfelel a műszaki adatok táblázatában
feltüntetett adatoknak.
• Az aljzat a dugónak megfelel. Ellenkező esetben cserélje ki az aljzatot.
!
źNe telepítsen a berendezést a szabadban. Az elektromos működtetők legfeljebb
2 percig működhetnek. Az újraindítás 18 perc szünet után lehetséges.
źAz ágy telepítése után az aljzatnak könnyen hozzáférhetőnek kell lennie.
źNe alkalmazzon hosszabbítót.
źA vezetéket ne hajlítsa el.
źAz elektromos tápvezetéket kizárólag szakember cserélheti ki.
źAz elektromos működtetőt önállóan semmiképpen sem javítsa.
źKerülje a közvetlen napfényt, UV sugárzást, esőt, túlzott porzást és a
nedvességet.
Figyelem!
A gyártó nem vállal semminemű felelősséget a fentebb ismertetett szabályok be
nem tartása esetén.

III. KEZELÉS
1. Ágymagasság beállítása irányítókeret segítségével (kiválasztott modellekben elérhető opció)
Az ágy felemelése és leeresztése az irányítókeret segítségével, a leírás szerint történik:
A beállítás úgy történik, hogy a keret bármelyik
részét eltolja és a talp segítségével rögzíti
függőlegesen (fel vagy le). Az irányítókeret az ágy
talpa körül helyezkedik el.
A keretet lefelé tolva a fekvőfelület felemelkedik.
A keretet felfelé tolva a fekvőfelület leereszkedik.
2. Ágymagasság beállítása távirányítóval (kiválasztott modellekben elérhető opció).
Az ágy felemelése és leeresztése a távirányító segítségével, a leírás szerint történik:
Az irányítás a fel/le nyilakkal jelölt gomb
valamelyikének megnyomásával történik.
3. Fejtámla beállítás
A fejtámla beállítása gázrugó segítségével történik:
A kar feloldása után a fejtámlát állítsa a kívánt
helyzetbe.

IV. AJÁNLÁSOK ÉS ÓVINTÉZKEDÉSEK
• Az ágyat használja rendeltetésszerűen.
• A fenti figyelmeztetések be nem tartása következtében keletkezett hibák a garancia tárgyát
nem képezhetik.
• A berendezést nem használhatják csökkent fizikai vagy szellemi képességekkel rendelkező
személyek, valamint olyan személyek, akik nem rendelkeznek elegendő tapasztalattal és
képességgel, mindaddig, amíg nincsenek biztonságukért felelős személy felügyelete alatt.
• Az ágyat kizárólag felnőttek használhatják, az utasításnak megfelelő módon.
• Az ágyat száraz és zárt helyiségekben való használatra tervezték, egyszerre csak egy személy
kezelésére.
• Tilos az ágy mozgatása a beteggel együtt.
• Tilos a hirtelen agyra ülés (ráugrás).
• Tilos a fejtámlára, polcra, kartámlára való ráülés, rátérdelés és támaszkodás.
• Ha a beteget ruha nélküli fektetik az ágyra, a gyógytornásznak egyszer használatos alátéteket
kell használnia, vagy fertőtlenítenie kell az ágyat.
• Kerülje az ágy olajokkal való hosszantartó érintkezését. Ennek érdekében használjon olajálló
vagy vízálló lepedőket.
• Az ágyat a tűz- és hőforrásoktól távol kell használni és tárolni.
• Az ágyat ne tegye ki közvetlen és hosszantartó napfény hatásának. Ez a kárpit elszíneződését
okozhatja.
• Miután hideg helyiségből hozza az asztalt, 15 perc várakozás után csatlakoztassa az
elektromos hálózathoz.
• Javasoljuk, hogy az asztal magasságát a minimálistól a maximálisig terjedő tartományban
állítsa be, hogy biztosítsa a zsír egyenletes eloszlását a motor felületén. Ez biztosítja az ágy
megfelelő karbantartást és meghosszabbítja a motor élettartamát. A műveletet hetente min.
2-4-szer ismételje meg.
• A dugót ne vegye ki az aljzatból a tápvezetéknél húzva.
• Ne szerelje szét az ágyat és ne próbálja felnyitni a belsejét.
• A termék használatának kizárólag a fenti ajánlások teljesítése után nincs ellenjavallata.
4. Kartámaszok beállítása (az Agila 4-ben elérhető opció).
Annak érdekében, hogy leengedje a kartámaszt,
az egyik kezével emelje fel a külső részét, és
ebben a helyzetben tartva emelje fel a másik
kezével. A kartámasz felemeléséhez húzza
felfelé.
!A kartámaszra és fejtámlára tilos ráülni.

annak a tagálamnak az illetékes hatóságának, ahol a felhasználó és/vagy beteg székhelye

V. TISZTÍTÁS ÉS KARBANTARTÁS
Acél és lakkozott elemek: A tisztításhoz olyan termékek ajánlottak, amelyek nem tartalmaznak
dörzshatású anyagokat.
Fertőtlenítés: Szükség esetén, esetenként fertőtlenítendő.
Az elektromos és elektronikus berendezések hulladékairól szóló törvény rendelkezései szerint
tilos az áthúzott kukával ellátott elhasznált berendezést a szemetesbe egyéb háztartási
hulladékkal kidobni. Az elhasznált berendezést a hulladékgyűjtő helyen kell leadni. A fenti
törvényi kötelezettségeket célja az említett hulladék újrafelhasználása, újrahasznosítása és
egyéb hasznosítása által az ártalmatlanításra kerülő hulladék mennyiségének csökkentését.
E kötelezettségek megfelelő végrehajtása különösen akkor fontos, ha az elhasznált
berendezésekben olyan veszélyes alkatrészek vannak, amelyek különösen negatív hatással
vannak a környezetre és az ember egészségére.

1. A jelen dokumentum alkalmazásában:
a) „Gyártó” - HABYS Spółką z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (székhelye: Produkcyjna u. 16., 38-200
Jasło) a Rzeszówi Kerületi Bíróság mint az Országos Cégbíróság XII Gazdasági Osztálya által a
0000513317 cégjegyzékszám alatt nyilvántartott társaság, teljes egészében befizetett törzstőkéje
10.750.000 PLN (tízmillió hétszázötvenezer zloty), Adószáma: 6852208438, Statisztikai számjele:
180186290.
b) „Vevő” - a Gyártó által előállított Berendezés végső Vevője, beleértve mind a fogyasztót, mind a
vállalkozót.
c) „Forgalmazó” - olyan szervezet, amely a Gyártóval kötött megállapodás alapján a berendezést egy
kijelölt területen értékesíti.
d) „Márkaszervíz” - kizárólag a Gyártó által üzemeltetett szerviz vagy a Gyártó által kijelölt, a
Forgalmazója által üzemeltetett szerviz.
e) „Berendezés” - a Gyártó által gyártott ingó termék, amely az adásvételi szerződés tárgyát képezi, és
amelyre a garancia vonatkozik.
2. A gyártó a tárgyi garanciális lapon szereplő berendezések minőségét és hatékony működését az alábbi időre
biztosítja: 2 év a szerkezeti elemek esetében, 2 év a kárpitozott elemek esetében és 2 év az elektronikus és
hidraulikus tartozékokra.
3. A garanciális javítás nem foglalja magában a használati utasításban előírt tevékenységeket, amelyeket a
Vevő önállóan köteles elvégezni (Berendezés összeszerelése, Berendezés karbantartása stb.).
4. A garanciális felelősségvállalás kizárólag a Berendezésben rejlő okokból eredő hibákra terjed ki. A garancia
különösen nem terjed ki a Berendezés nem megfelelő vagy a használati utasításban leírtakkal ellentétes
tárolásával, karbantartásával vagy szállításával kapcsolatban keletkezett károkra, valamint a napfénynek
kitett és napfénynek nem kitett részek közötti színkülönbségekre, a vegyi vagy csiszolóanyagok hatására, a
légköri szennyezésre vagy a véletlen szakadásokra és horzsolásokra, zsíros vagy színezőanyagok (zsírok,
krémek, testápolók vagy olajok) okozta foltokra vagy körökre, tartós elszíneződésekre, amelyeket
színezőanyagok okoztak, pl. festékek, permanens markerek vagy más, ruházati termékek gyártásához
alkalmazott nem tartós festékek (pl. kék farmerruházat gyártásához használt színezékek).
5. A garancia nem terjed ki a berendezés mechanikai sérüléseire.
6. A Vevő elveszíti a garanciális jogait az alábbi esetekben
a) ha a Gyártó megállapítja, hogy a garanciális időszak folyamán a Berendezést a márkaszervizen kívül
javították,
b) ha a Gyártó előzetes írásbeli hozzájárulása nélkül a Berendezés szerkezetét bármilyen módon
módosították,
c) ha a Berendezést nem rendeltetésszerűen használták,
d) ha a Berendezést a szerkezeti hibájának észlelése után használták.
7. A 6. pontban leírt garanciális jogok elvesztésétől függetlenül a Gyártó nem vállal semmiféle felelősséget
bármilyen olyan vagyoni kárért vagy harmadik félnek okozott károkért, amelyet a garancia tárgyát képező
Berendezés használata okozhat.
8. A garancia nem zárja ki és nem korlátozza a hibákra vonatkozó kellékszavatossági jogokat. A garancia
alapján fennálló jogok gyakorlása nem érinti az eladó szavatossági felelősségét. Abban az esetben, ha a
Vevő a garanciális jogaival él, a szavatossági jogok gyakorlásának határideje a Gyártó hibáról való
kiértesítésétől számítva felfüggesztésre kerül. A felfüggesztés ideje azon a napon szűnik meg, amikor a
Gyártó megtagadja a garanciális kötelezettségei teljesítését vagy a teljesítési határidő eredménytelenül
letelik.
9. A garanciális védelem hatálya annak az országnak a területére korlátozódik, ahol a berendezés
értékesítésére sor került.
10. A Gyártó a garanciából eredő kötelezettségeit (a Berendezésben rejlő okok miatt előforduló Berendezés
olyan szerkezeti hibái vagy sérülései eltávolítása, amelyeket a garanciális időszak alatt észleltek) a
Berendezés a Gyártónak vagy Márkaszerviznek átadásától számított 14 napon belül díjmentesen teljesíti.
Ha a berendezés javítása a megadott határidőn belül nem végezhető el, a Gyártó tájékoztatja a Vevőt a
fentiekről, valamint megjelöli a késedelem okát és az elismert garanciális igény végrehajtásának várható
időpontját.
VIII. GARANCIÁLIS FELTÉTELEK

11. A garanciális jogok gyakorlásához négy feltétel együttes (kumulatív) teljesülése szükséges:
a) Vevő által a berendezés vásárlását igazoló Áfás számla, bizonylat vagy egyéb igazolás bemutatása,
valamint a garanciális igény okának rövid leírásával ellátott hibás Berendezés fényképes
dokumentációjának bemutatása,
b) a hiba az észlelésétől számított 14 (tizennégy) napon belüli bejelentése,
c) a berendezés eredeti csomagolásában való beküldése a Gyártó költségére, a Gyártó garanciális lapon
feltüntetett címére vagy a Márkaszerviz címére,
d) annak a címnek megjelölése, amelyre a Gyártó a javítást követően a berendezés visszaküldeni köteles
(arra az országra korlátozva, ahol a berendezés beszerzésre került).
12. A garanciális időszak a javítás időtartamával meghosszabbodik, amely a berendezés a Gyártónak vagy
Márkaszerviznek történő átadása napján kezdődik és a Berendezés Vevőnek való visszajuttatása napján tér
véget.
13. A Gyártó vagy a Márkaszerviz feladatai közé tartozik a Berendezés javításának terjedelmének és módjának
meghatározása.
14. A garancia kizárólag a Berendezés javítására vonatkozik. A Gyártó fenntartja magának azon jogát, hogy a
berendezést hibamentes példányra cserélje abban az esetben, ha a javítás meghaladja a Berendezés
vásárlását igazoló bizonylaton feltüntetett árát. A Vevő a garancia keretében nem jogosult a
Berendezésének új Berendezésre való cseréjét követelni. A garancia különösen nem terjed ki a Vevőnek
azzal kapcsolatban felmerülő káraira vagy veszteségeire, hogy a Berendezés használata nem biztosított
számára.
15. A Gyártó nem vállal felelősséget a fuvarozó által teljesített szállítási szolgáltatás során keletkezett
berendezés sérüléseiért, a berendezés Gyártó által a fuvarozó cégtől való átvételéig.
16. Ha a berendezés szállítását a Gyártó rendelte meg, a Vevő felelőssége, hogy átvételkor ellenőrizze a
Berendezés műszaki állapotát. Ha a Vevő megállapítja, hogy a szállítmány vagy az abban található
berendezés megsérült, a Vevő:
a) haladéktalanul, de legkésőbb a küldemény kézhezvételétől számított 3 napon belül értesíti a Gyártót a
szállítás során a berendezésben bekövetkezett sérülésekről annak érdekében, hogy a Gyártó panaszt
nyújthasson be a fuvarozó céghez és érvényesíthesse az ezzel kapcsolatos igényeit,
b) a Gyártó rendelkezésére bocsátja a küldemény átvételekor a Vevő és fuvarozó által felvett
panaszprotokollt.
17. A jelen dokumentumba foglalt garanciális szabályok a HABYS Spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
termékeire vonatkozó egyetlen és kizárólagos garanciális szabályozást képezik.

I. APPLICATION
The stationary massage tables HABYS Agila enable the physiotherapists correct, safe and
effective conduct of rehabilitation treatments, physiotherapy, physical therapy, massage, aiming
at treating or alleviating the course of illnesses and the results of injuries /impairments.
The construction of the rehabilitation tables Agila enables an easy and complete access to the
patient from each side.
II. INSTALLATION
1. Unfolding
• Unfold the table.
• Check whether it has not been damaged during transportation. Should the table be damaged,
do not install the table and inform the seller immediately.
2. Connection to the power supply
Before inserting the plug into the power socket, make sure that:
• the socket is properly grounded and complies with the binding regulations;
• the socket may sustain a load of the maximum power output of the device, given in the chart
of the Technical Data;
• the voltage of the electrical power is in accordance with the data given in the chart of the
Technical Data;
• the plug fits into the socket. Otherwise the socket needs to be replaced.
!
źDo not install the devices in the open air.
źElectric actuators may work no longer than 2 minutes.
źRestart is possible after 18 minutes of rest.
źAfter installation of the table the power socket should be easily accessible.
źDo not use the extension cords.
źThe cable should not be bent.
źThe cable of the power supply may be replaced only by an authorised
specialist.
źIndependent repairs of the electric actuators cannot be performed.
źAvoid direct sunlight, UV radiations, rain, extensive dust, moisture.
Attention!
The manufacturer declines all responsibility if the user doesn’t follow the above
mentioned rules.

III. OPERATION
1. Height adjustment of tables with a walk free foot controller (option available on selected
models).
Raising and lowering the tables take place using walk free foot controller as described:
Control takes place by holding the frame
anywhere behind with the foot vertically (up or
down).
Rising the table top takes place by sliding the
frame down.
Lowering the table top takes place by shifting
the frame up.
2. Electric height adjustment by using a hand-operated remote control (option available on
selected models).
Raising and lowering the tables take place by using a hand-operated remote control:
Control takes place by pressing the buttons
marked with arrows – up/down.
3. Headrest adjustment
Headrest adjustment by using a gas spring:
After releasing the lever, the headrest in the
desired position can be adjusted.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS AND SAFETY RULES
• The table should be operated in accordance with its instruction manual.
• The damages caused as a result of non-compliance of the above-mentioned remarks shall not
constitute a basis for complain.
• The device is not intended for use by the persons with limited physical or mental ability as
well as people who do not have adequate experience and knowledge, unless they use it
under proper supervision or after having obtained instructions from the person responsible
for their safety.
• The table should be used exclusively by adult persons and in accordance with the instruction
manual.
• The table is intended for use inside the dry and closed rooms and for the treatment of one
person only at a time.
• It is unacceptable to move the table with a patient on it.
• Rapid sitting on the table (jumping on) is forbidden.
• Sitting, kneeling and leaning on the headrest, shelves and armrests is forbidden.
• If the patient is laid on the table without clothing, the therapist should use disposable covers
or disinfect the table.
• Long-term contact of the table upholstery with oils should be avoided. For that purpose
oilresistant covers or water-resistant sheets should be used.
• The table should be used and stored far away from the direct sources of fire and heat.
• The table should not be exposed to long-term solar radiation. It may cause discolouration of
the table upholstery.
• The plug should not be removed from the power socket by pulling the cable.
• The device should not be disassembled and there should be no attempts to get into it.
• After bringing from a cold room, connect the table to the power supply after 15 minutes.
• Only after meeting the above recommendations there are no contraindications to use the
product.
• Each serious incident related to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.
4. Armrest adjustment (option available in Agila 4).
Lowering the armrest takes place by lifting it up
with one hand and holding it in this position,
picking it up at second hand for help. In order to
raise the armrest, pull it up.
!It is forbidden to sit on the armrests and the headrest.

V. DISINFECTION, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Steel and lacquered elements: Products that do not contain abrasives are recommended for
cleaning such elements.
Disinfection: Disinfect when necessary and occasionally.
In accordance with the provisions of the law on electrical and electronic equipment waste, it is
prohibited to dispose of used equipment marked with the symbol of the crossed out bin with
other household waste. Used equipment should be returned to proper collection point. The
above statutory obligations were introduced in order to limit the amount of waste generated
from electrical and electronic equipment waste and ensure an appropriate level of collection,
recovery and recycling of used equipment. The correct implementation of these obligations is
important especially when used equipment contains hazardous components that have
especially negative impact on the environment and human health.

VIII. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. For the purposes of the guarantee:
a) "Manufacturer" refers to HABYS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company)
with its registered seat in Jasło, ul. Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jasło, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court
Register, with the assigned KRS number: 0000513317, with the share capital in the amount of PLN
10.750.000 (ten million seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), the capital has been fully paid up, NIP:
6852208438, REGON: 180186290.
b) "Buyer" refers to the final Buyer of the equipment, manufactured by the Manufacturer, including both
the consumer and the entrepreneur.
c) "Distributor" refers to an entity that, under an agreement with the Manufacturer, sells the Equipment
in a designated area.
d) "Authorized Service Centre" refers only to a service held by the Manufacturer or a service indicated by
the Manufacturer and held by its Distributor,
e) "Equipment" refers to a movable item, manufactured by the Manufacturer, being the subject of the
sales and to which the said warranty applies.
2. The manufacturer ensures good quality and efficient operation of the equipment, for which the warranty
card has been issued, for the period of: 2 years for constructional elements, 2 years for upholstered
elements and 2 years for electronic and hydraulic accessories.
3. The guarantee repair does not include the activities provided for in the manual, which the Buyer is obliged
to perform on his own (installation of the Equipment, maintenance of the Equipment, etc.).
4. Liability under the guarantee covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Equipment., In
particular, the guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper or inconsistent use, storage,
maintenance or transport of the Equipment, as well as colour differences between the parts exposed and
not exposed to solar radiation, the influence of chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution or
accidental punctures and abrasions, the presence of stains or rings from greasy or dying substances (fats,
creams, lotions or oils), permanent staining with dyes such as inks, permanent markers or other non-
permanent dyes used in the production of clothing (e.g. dyes used to make blue jeans).
5. The guarantee does not cover any mechanical damage to the Equipment.
6. The buyer loses the guarantee rights in the event of:
a) the Manufacturer states that the Equipment was repaired by entity other than the Authorized Service,
b) making any design modifications to the Equipment without the prior written consent of the
Manufacturer,
c) using the Equipment contrary to its intended use,
d) using the Equipment after revealing any defect in it.
7. Regardless of the loss of the guarantee rights, described above, in point 6, the Manufacturer shall not be
liable for any damage to property or caused to third parties, which may be caused by the use of the
Equipment covered by the guarantee.
8. The guarantee does not exclude or limit the rights resulting from the warranty for defects. Exercising the
rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller's liability under the warranty for defects. If the Buyer
exercises the rights under the guarantee, the time limit for the exercise of the rights under the warranty for
defects is suspended on the date the Manufacturer is notified of the defect. The period runs further from
the date of the Manufacturer's refusal to perform the obligations arising from the guarantee or the
ineffective expiry of the time for their performance.
9. The scope of the guarantee coverage is limited to the territory of the country in which the Equipment was
sold.
10. The Manufacturer shall perform its obligations under the guarantee (removal of defects or damage to the
structure of the Equipment arising from reasons inherent in the Equipment, and disclosed during the
guarantee period) free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the
Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre. If the repair of the Equipment cannot be performed within
the above-mentioned period, the Manufacturer shall inform the Buyer of the above, and also indicate the

11. The use of the guarantee rights requires the total (cumulative) fulfilment of four conditions:
a) presenting a VAT invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase of the equipment to the Manufacturer,
photographic documentation of the defective Equipment, together with a brief description of the
reasons for submitting a guarantee claim,
b) reporting the defect within 14 (fourteen) days of its detection,
c) delivering the Equipment in original packaging at the expense of the Manufacturer, to the address
indicated above in the guarantee card or to the address of the Authorized Service Centre,
d) designation of the place where the Manufacturer delivers the equipment after repairing it (limited to
the country in which the Equipment was purchased).
12. The guarantee period is extended for the duration of the repair, starting from the date of delivery of the
Equipment to the Manufacturer or to the Authorized Service Centre, to the date on which the Equipment
was returned to the Buyer.
13. The responsibility of the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre is to define the scope and the
method of repairing the Equipment.
14. The guarantee is limited to the repair of the Equipment. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the
Equipment with a non-defective one, if the repair exceeds the price of the Equipment indicated in the proof
of purchase. Under the guarantee, the Buyer shall not be entitled to demand that the Equipment be
replaced with a new one. The guarantee, in particular, does not cover liability for losses or damages
incurred by the Buyer in connection with the fact that one is not able to use the Equipment.
15. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the Equipment caused during the performance of
the transport service by the delivery company until it is collected by the Manufacturer from the delivery
company.
16. If the shipment of the Equipment was ordered by the Manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to check the
technical condition of the Equipment upon its receipt. If the Buyer finds that the Equipment has been
damaged during the transport, the Buyer is obliged to:
a) immediately, not later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, notify the
Manufacturer of any damage to the Equipment that occurred during transport, in order to enable the
Manufacturer to submit a complaint to the delivery company and pursue related claims,
b) provide the Producer with a complaint report drawn up between the Buyer and the delivery company.
17. The guarantee regulations contained in this document are the sole and exclusive guarantee rules for HABYS
limited liability products.
