4. Safety instructions
Warning
•Given the multitude of terminaldevices and wallstructuresavailable on the market,the suppliedmounting
kit is unable to cover every option.
•It occasionally happens thatthe screws for attaching the device to the bracket aretoo long.
•Please note that the supplied wall plugs arefor use with solid, hollow andboardconstructionmaterials
only.
•Read the operatinginstructionsfor your terminal device beforeattempting to mount it. The instructions
provide information about thetype and measurements of suitable fastening materials.
•If the supplied mounting kit does not contain suitable fastening materialsfor mounting the terminal device,
purchase these from aspecialised dealer.
•Never apply force during assembly.This candamage your device or the holder.
•If in doubt, have this productinstalled by aqualied technician -donot attempt to installityourself!
•Do not mount the productabove locations where persons might sit or stand.
•Once you have mounted the productand theattached load, checkthattheyare suciently secureand safe
to use.
•Youshould repeat this checkatregularintervals(at least every threemonths).
•Ensurethat the product does not exceed its maximum permitted carryingcapacityand thatnoload exceeding
the maximum permitted dimensionsisattached.
•Make sure that the productisloaded symmetrically.
•Maintain the necessary safety clearancearoundthe attached load (depending on themodel).
•In the event of damage tothe product,remove the attached load and stop using the product.
•Do not attach anyadditional objectstothe product.
5. Application andspecifications
•The bracket is used for mounting at screens in private, non-commercialhouseholds.
•The bracket is intended only for use inside buildings.
•Use the bracket only for theintended purpose.

6. Preparation and assembly
Note
•Never installthe bracket alone. Seek assistance and help!
•Different end devices havedifferentconnections for cablingand otherdevices.Beforecommencing the
installation, check whether the necessary connections can stillbereached aftermounting.
•Depending on theproductand mountingmethod, you may not need allparts of the mounting kit. It is
thereforepossible that unneeded screws and other smallparts willbeleftovereven aftercorrect mounting.
Keep these in asafe placetogether withthese operating instructions foruse for later reference (saleofthe
product, movinghouse, relocation of the bracket, new TV,etc.).
Warning
•Be awarethat the brackets areonly suitable forwallmounting.
•Before installation,check thatthe wall you have chosen is suitable for the weighttobemounted. Also
make sure that thereare no electric, water, gas or other lines running through the wall at the mounting
site.
Note -Fischer plugs
The Fischer plugs supplied areapproved for the following building materials:

6.2 Mounting on the wall
6.2.1 Preparing the intended mounting surface
Get support and help from other people for the following assemblysteps.

•First use the bracket as atemplateand re-measureifnecessary to ensure thatthe position is correct. Use a
spirit level to checkthe horizontal and verticalalignment of thebracket on the wall.Now mark the holeson
the wall.
•To attach the wallbracket tothe wall,you need adrilland adrilling attachment with adiameterof10mm.
Make surethat the drilling attachment is suitable for the intended wall. Thedepth of the holeshould be
70mm .
•To ensureasecurehold, vacuum outthe drillholes with avacuum nozzlesothatthe drillhole is free of drill
dust. Now insert the plug [A2] intothe drillhole so that it is ush with the hole.

6.3 Mounting on the TV set
Note
•Given the multitude of terminaldevices structures available on the market,wecannot describe allpossible
mounting options here.
•Please ensurethat the bracket lays at and evenly on the back of the television.
•Use the enclosed spacer to even out any unevenness on the backofthe television.
•Ensurethat allscrews have the proper lengthand can be mounted untiltheyare hand-tight.
6.3.1 Mountingthe VESAplateonthe back of the TV set
•Ensurethat the VESA plate is correctly aligned.The upper side is the one thatisttedwithtwo ange nuts

6.4 Mounting the TV onthe wall bracket
Get support and help from other people for the following assemblystep.
During installation,the jointsmust be adjusted so that lateral movement of the TV set is possible.
•Hang the TV with the mounted VESAplateonthe wallbracket as shown above.

•Then tighten the xing screws with theenclosed hexagon ring spanner [F2].

6.5 Mounting the cable manager
•First remove the pre-assembled cable manager from the wallbracket.
•Attach the cable manager to the arm of the bracket as shown aboveuntil youhear itclick into place.
7. Adjustment &maintenance

Never adjust the bracket alone. Seek assistance and help!
Note -tiltable /full-motionbrackets
•Ensurethat no electricalcables arecrushed or damaged during installation or adjustment.
•During adjustment, ensurethat the product is loadedsymmetricallyand that the maximum permittedcarrying
capacity is not exceeded.
•Check the strengthand operationalsafety of the bracket and the load attached to it at regular intervals (at
least quarterly).
•Clean only with water or conventional householdcleaners.
