Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this safe!
1. Keep the area around the Safe clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe conditions around Safe. Don’t expose to rain. Keep area well lit.
3. Use the right safe for the job. Do not attempt to force a small safe to do the work of a
larger industrial safe. There are certain applications for which this Safe was designed. Do
not modify this Safe and do not use this Safe for a purpose for which it was not intended.
4. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught
in the Safe Door. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
5. Maintain the Safe with care. The Safe must be kept clean,
dry, and free from oil and grease at all times.
6. Check for damaged parts. Before using the Safe, any part that appears damaged
should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform
its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any broken
parts or mounting fixtures; and any other condition that may affect proper operation.
Any part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified
technician. Do not use the Safe if the digital pad does not operate properly.
7. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.

Installation
1. Choose where you want to mount the
Safe. The supplied mounting Bolts are
for mounting in concrete. If you are
going to mount to another surface, you
must supply the appropriate 3/8” bolts.
If you are mounting on a shelf, make
sure the shelf is weight rated to safely
support the Safe and its contents.
If you are mounting on a wall or
floor, make sure no wires, pipes, or
cables are hidden behind the drill
path for mounting the screws.
2. Open the Safe by using the included key.
Install 4 “AA” batteries aligned with the
markings in the battery compartment.
Set up a PIN code, as explained below.
3. Situate the Safe where you want it and
draw marks through the four mounting
holes onto the mounting surface(s).
Some mounting configurations may use
