Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!

Vorbereitende Arbeiten :
Die original Kofferaufnahmen demontieren , diese entfallen.
Montage der hinteren Halteadapter links + rechts :
Die hinteren Halteadapter werden an den nun freien Gewinde-
bohrungen (M6) mit den Sechskantschrauben M6 x 85mm
und U – Scheiben Ø6,4 verschraubt.
Schraubverbindungen noch nicht festziehen.

Montage Halteadapter vorne links:
Den Auspuff vom Rahmen abschrauben, den Halteadapter
zwischenfügen und mit der Inbusschraube M8 x 50mm montieren.
Schraubverbindungen noch nicht festziehen.

Montage Halteadapter vorne rechts:
Der Halteadapter wird mit dem Klemmbackensatz, Inbusschrauben
M6 x 45mm und U – Scheiben Ø 6,4 direkt an den Rahmenzug
montiert.
Schraubverbindungen noch nicht festziehen.

Preparing:
Dismantle original case holders - they are obsolete.
Fastening of the rear adpater left/right:
at the free threads (M6) with hexagon bolts M6 x 85mm
and washers Ø6,4.
Do not tighten the screws yet.
Fastening of the adpater left front:
dismantle exhaust bolting, push adapter between frame and exhaust
and fix it together with the exhaust - use allen screw M8x50.
Do not tighten the screws yet.
Fastening of the adpater right front:
with the frame adapters to the frame tube.
Use allen screws M6 x 45mm with washers Ø 6,4.
Do not tighten the screws yet.

Fastening of the C-Bow:
Fix the C-Bow to the adapters.
For fastening, use hexagon bolts
M6 x 16 with washer ø6,4.
Align all parts and tighten all bolts.
Montage der C-Bows:
C-Bow Halter mit den Halteadaptern
verschrauben. Zur Befestigung die
Sechskantschrauben M6 x 16 mit
U-Scheiben ø6,4 verwenden.
Alle Teile ausrichten und alle
Schraubverbindungen festziehen.
