Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,wie
man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen.
Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf
das entsprechende Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist.
Anzugsmomente beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!

Dismantle splash guard below the cockpit including the horn.

Montage des Halteadapters:
Der Halteradapter wird rechts an der
Cockpitverschraubung montiert.
Die Originalschrauben ausdrehen - diese
entfallen. Zur Verschraubung die
Zylinderschrauben M8x30 sowie
U-Scheiben Ø8,4 verwenden.
Zwischen Halter und Rahmen die
Aludistanzen Ø18xØ9x7mm fügen.
Halter festziehen und den Spritzschutz
inkl.Hupe wieder montieren.
Achtung: Original Distanzbuchsen
verbleiben unter den Aludistanzen.

Fastening of the adapter:
This is fitted to the cockpit mounting at
the right side.
Original screws are obsolete.
Fix the adapter to the cockpit mounting
with allen screw M8 x 30 and washers
ø8,4. Add alu spacer Ø18xØ9x7mm
between adapter and frame.
Tighten the adapter bolting and mount
the splash guard and the horn again.
Note: Original spacers remain under
the alu spacers.

Montage des Schutzbügels links/rechts hinten:
Die Originalschraube der Motoraufhängung
ausdrehen (entfällt). Den linken Sturzbügel
mit der Zylinderschraube M12 x 390 sowie
U-Scheibe Ø12,5 an der nun freien Bohrung
befestigen.
Beide Sturzbügel vorne unter der Verkleidung
zusammen stecken. Den rechten Sturzbügel
auf das überstehende Gewinde der bereits
montierten Zylinderschraube M12 x 390
stecken und mit der U-Scheibe Ø12,5 und
selbstsichernder Mutter M12 verschrauben.
Montage des Schutzbügels vorne:
Auf dem zuvor (Schritt 1) montiertem Haltea-
dapter mit den Zylinderschrauben M8x25
sowie U-Scheiben Ø8,4. Von hinten mit U-
Scheiben Ø8,4 und selbstsichernden Muttern
M8 verschrauben.
HINWEIS: Die Laschen des Schutzbügels in
Fahrtrichtung vor dem Halteadapter montie-
ren(siehe Bild).
Die Kunststoffkappen links und rechts hinten
anbringen.
Fastening of the engine guards left+right:
At the engine suspension. Original screws
are obsolete.
Fix the left engine guard with allen screw
M12 x 390 and washer Ø12,5 at the origi-
nal engine suspension point.
Stuck both crash bars under the front fairing
together.
Plug the right engine guard on the exposed
thread of the already fitted screw M12 x 390
and screw it with the washer Ø12,5 and self
lock nut M12.
Fastening of the engine guards front:
At the adapter, mounted in step 1.
Use allen screws M8x25 with Ø8,4. Secure
with washers Ø8,4 and self lock nuts M8.
NOTE: Position of the engine guard ist in front
of the adapter (see picture).
Mount the plastic plugs left and right at the
rear fixing point.
