Before Installation
Check the package and ensure that all parts are included. If any part is missing or damaged, please contact us.
Do not disassemble the main body, as it has been installed & commissioned correctly & precisely before leaving
the factory.
Shut off the main water supply before the installation.
Do flush the water supply lines to remove any dirt and debris before installation(IMPORTANT).
Make sure to connect the hot/cold inlet pipe correctly. If standing in front, usually the hot water pipe connects to
the left and the cold water pipe to the right.
Check for leaks and make sure every joint is safely sealed after the installation,
Turn on the water supply and flush the water pipes for 3 minutes to make sure it works well before putting it
into use.

1Remove the mounting nut(D), metal
washer(C) and rubber washer(B)
from the threaded pipe(A). Insert
threaded pipe(A) through the hole of
the countertop.
2Install rubber washer(B), metal washer(C),
and mounting nut (D) back to the thread-
ed pipe(A). Adjust the faucet body(E)
correctly and screw with mounting
screws(J)
Installation Steps

3Screw the adapter(I) to the inlet of the
faucet body(E) tightly. Then, push the
hose(G) into the adapter(I). Place the
weight ball(H) onto the hose(G) and
tighten the screws(K) with screwdriver.
4Screw waterlines(F) into corresponding
inlets of the faucet body(E)

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
Water does not shut
off completely.
Leaks at waterline
connection.
Leaks from handle.
Leaks at hose

1. Oring is not seated correctly or worn.
2. Cartridge may be defective.

Low flow
1. Defective LED generator.
1. Check for water pressure problems.
2. Aerator may be dirty or clogged.
1. Reseat or replace O-ring.
2. Replace the cartridge.
1. Replace the washer.
2. Replace the faucet( contact us for the
replacement)
1. Reseat cartridge tight.
2. Replace the cartridge.
1. Tighten hose.
2. Replace valve body.

2.Remove water flow restrictor if available.
3.Install booster or pump(if applicable)

6Remove spray head and turn the faucet on
for 1 minute to flush any debris.
5Connect waterlines(F) to angle stops.
Turn on the angle stops and check for
leakage(DO NOT TURN FAUCET ON)
