BASIC OPERATION
Keypad
BUTTON ACTION
aQuick exit from menu when a main menu item is displayed.
Changes letters from capitals to lower case when entering information.
bMoves backward to the previous main menu item.

Enables and disables chime in day mode.

fTriggers re alarm (pressed for 2 seconds by default) - only if enabled by the engineer.

Locking and unlocking the keyfob buttons
All four buttons on the keyfob can be‘locked’to prevent them from being accidentally pressed.To do this, press the two central
keys together ( Ï& I ) or the two outer keys together (Î& II ). A red LED will ash to indicate that the fob has been locked.
To unlock the keyfob press the same two keys together again and a green LED will ash to indicate that it is now unlocked.

Status indications
If a button on the keyfob has been programmed as‘Show Status’, the LED at the top will ash to indication the current status of
the alarm system. Red means that the system is armed, green indicates the control panel is disarmed. If the LED ashes amber,
it indicates that the control panel is in fault.
KEYPAD ARMING & DISARMING
Arming
1. Enter a valid user code, or present a valid proximity tag.
2. Deselect the areas that do not require arming.
3. Press tto start exit timer.
4. Leave premises via agreed exit route.
Disarming
1. Enter premises through agreed entry point to start the entry timer.
2. Enter a valid user code, or present a valid proximity tag.
3. Select the area(s) to disarm the numerical and/or a, b, cor dkeys.
4. Press t.
BYPASSING A ZONE
1. Start the arming procedure.
2. When the exit time appears on the screen press t.
3. Enter the zone to be bypassed then t, repeat for multiple zones.
4. Press xto return to arming.
Please note: This only bypasses the zone for this arm cycle only. The next time the area is armed, the zone will be active
unless bypassed.
VIEWING THE LOGS
Navigating to the Logs
1. Press dand enter a valid user code or present a proximity tag.
2. Press xuntil the display shows ‘REVIEW LOGS?’ then press t.
3. To view the panel log press tor press xto move to the access control log.
4. Press tto view the access control log or xto move to the voice log.
5. Press tto view the voice log or press xto return to the main menu.
Reading the Logs
[Moves backward in the log.
]Moves forward in the log.
cExpands log entry to show more information.
xExits the log
VIEWING & CLEARING FAULTS
Any faults that occur on the system will cause\(fault LED) to ash on the keypad.
1. Enter a valid code or present a valid proximity tag and the fault will be displayed.
2. If the fault no longer exists you can clear the fault from the LCD screen by pressing x.
Please note: If at this point if the panel displays‘Restore Required’, you should call your engineer as soon as possible.

ANTICODE RESTORE
After the fault has been cleared the panel may display ‘Anti-Code Restore Required’. If this occurs, observe the following
procedure:
1. Note down the number displayed (including the‘G’) and call the ARC.
2. Quote the number and record the six digit number received.
3. Press xso that the home screen is displayed and enter the six digit number.
4. The OK LED should stop ashing and the panel should return to normal.
USER MENU CODE CHANGE
1. Press dthen enter your user code.
2. The screen will display‘CHANGE CODE?,’press t,
3. Press cto delete the old user code. The LCD will now display‘CHANGE CODE?’.
4. Press t, enter your new user code and press t.
ENABLING & DISABLING CHIME
If enabled on zones by the engineer, press cwhilst the panel is in day mode to toggle through the three chime options. The
current chime mode will be indicated in the bottom right corner of the LCD.

2. PGMS
Tap the PGM to trigger it. Whilst
triggered, the icon will turn red.
Tap to turn o.
1. DISCONNECT FROM SYSTEM
Tap this to disconnect from the
system and return to the
homescreen.
4. ZONES IN AREA
Tap this to view the dropdown
of all the zones allocated in the
area.
3. ZONE STATUS
Displays the status of the zone
such as open, closed, tamper or
bypassed.
5. CONTROL PANEL SETTINGS
Tap here to view the system ID,
change the alias, view
history/logs and delete control
panel.
6. ARM/DISARM PADLOCK
Displays whether the area is
armed or disarmed. To arm the
area, tap the padlock and once
armed, the icon will change to a
red closed padlock. Tap again to
disarm the area.
8. BYPASS ZONE SLIDER
If the zone has been
programmed so it can be
bypassed, this is used to operate
that function. Tap to slide on
and o. Whilst the bar is green,
the zone is active.
7. ZONE INFORMATION
Tap the picture of the ‘cog’to
view information about the
zone such as the areas it has
been allocated in, the device
location and its status.

MASTER MANAGER MENU OPTIONS
Entering Master Manager Menu
To enter, press dand enter the Master Manager code.
Exiting Master Manager Menu
Press xuntil the keypad displays‘EXIT MASTER MANAGER MENU?’then press t. Alternatively, press awhen on a main
menu item (indicated by being displayed in capital letters).
Main Menu Items
MENU ITEM DESCRIPTION
Bypass Zones Disables any 24 hour zone.
Operate User PGMs Activates and deactivates any PGMs programmed as a user automation output.
Date & Time Used to program the local date and time.
Learn User Codes, Keyfobs &Tags Add/edit and delete users from the system.
Review Log Used to view all the operational events in chronological order.
Set Up App Change basic settings and passwords for the smart device application and cloud.
SMS Phonebook Edit the phone-numbers programmed to receive SMS messages.
Voice Phonebook Edit the phone-numbers programmed to receive voice messages.
Walk Test A function to test all the active zones on the system.
Siren Test Tests all PGMs programmed as external siren output.
Allow Engineer Menu Allows and blocks access to the Engineer Menu.
Check Credit Checks the credit on a SIM card.
Block Remote Arming Blocks any attempt to arm the system remotely via upload/download software.
Block UDL Blocks any attempt to connect to the control panel with any programming software.
ADDING & EDITING USERS
1. Enter the Master Manager Menu.
2. Press xuntil the LCD shows‘LEARN USER CODES, KEYFOBS & TAGS?’then press t.
3. Press tto add or edit standard users or xto edit Master Manager code
Adding a New User
1. Use [and ]to select an empty user and press t.
2. Enter new code, present proximity fob or press the lock button on the keyfob, press t.
3. Using [and ], select whether this code is to be used as a user or a manager and press t.
4. Select the areas that the code is permitted to arm and disarm then press t.
5. Using [and ], select whether this code can arm and disarm, arm or disarm only or none then press t.
6. Area arm choice enables the user to choose which areas to arm and disarm. Press ]to enable this option, then press t.
7. Enter a username and then press tto nish.
Please note: If a keyfob is being added, after it has been learnt to a user the options will be dierent from those shown
above. Refer to the online Extended User Guide for more information.
Editing or Deleting a User
1. Use [and ]to select the existing user and press t.
2. Press cto delete the user or tto edit the user.
3. If editing, all the options that were selected when creating the user can now be altered.

Changing Master Manager
1. Press tto change the Master Manager code or xto leave menu.
2. Enter the new Master Manager code then press t. The same parameters that were selected when setting up a new user
can now be edited for the Master Manager.
BYPASSING A 24 HOUR ZONE
1. Enter the Master Manager Menu.
2. Press xuntil the LCD displays‘BYPASS ZONES?’then press t.
3. Enter the 24 hour zone to be bypassed then press t. If multiple zones are to be bypassed, enter them one by one pressing
tin-between.
4. When nished press x.
Please note: Once the control panel is armed and then disarmed. The 24 hour zones will become active again.
UNABLE TO ARM
If ‘Unable To Arm’ is displayed, it indicates that an input is open and the area where the input is should be checked for open
windows, pets, movement etc.
If the problem cannot be solved contact your engineer, or bypass the input.
SPECIAL DISARM USERS
Special Disarm Users, are users that can signal disarm and special disarm.
Special Disarm Users are programmed the same as standard users, and are numbers 15-25 in the‘LEARN USER CODES KEYFOBS
& TAGS?’ menu.

Blocco e sblocco dei pulsanti del portachiavi
È possibile bloccare tutti e quattro i pulsanti del portachiavi per evitare che possano essere premuti inavvertitamente. A questo
scopo, premere contemporaneamente i due tasti centrali ( Ïe I ) o i due tasti esterni (Îe II ). Un LED rosso lampeggerà per
indicare che il portachiavi è stato bloccato. Per sbloccare il portachiavi, premere di nuovo gli stessi due tasti allo stesso tempo,
poi un LED verde lampeggerà per indicare che il portachiavi è ora sbloccato.

Indicazione di stato
Se uno dei pulsanti del portachiavi è stato programmato come ‘Indicatore di stato’, il LED in alto lampeggerà per indicare lo
stato attuale del sistema di allarme. Rosso indica che il sistema è inserito, verde indica che il pannello di controllo è disinserito.
Se il LED lampeggia in ambra, indica che c’è un guasto nel pannello di controllo.
INSERIMENTO E DISINSERIMENTO DA TASTIERINO
Inserimento
1. Inserire un codice utente valido o presentare un tag di prossimità valido.
2. Deselezionare le aree che non richiedono di essere inserite.
3. Premere tper avviare il timer di uscita.
4. Allontanarsi dai locali attraverso il percorso di uscita consentito.
Disinserimento
1. Accedere ai locali tramite il punto di entrata consentito e avviare il timer di entrata.
2. Inserire un codice utente valido o presentare un tag di prossimità valido.
3. Selezionare le aree da disinserire tramite i tasti numerici e/o i tasti a, b, co d.
4. Premere t.
ESCLUSIONE DI UNA ZONE
1. Avviare la procedura di inserimento.
2. Quando sullo schermo appare il tempo di uscita, premere t.
3. Inserire la zona da escludere e premere t; ripetere la procedura per più zone se necessario.
4. Premere xper tornare all’inserimento.
Nota: questa procedura permette di escludere la zona solo per il ciclo di inserimento corrente. Al successivo inserimento
dell’area, la zona sarà attiva a meno che non venga di nuovo esclusa.
VISUALIZZAZIONE DEI REGISTRI
Navigazione nei registri
1. Premere de inserire un codice utente valido o presentare un tag di prossimità.
2. Premere xno a quando lo schermo non mostra l’indicazione‘RIVEDERE REGISTRI?’, quindi premere t.
3. Per visualizzare il registro del pannello premere to premere xper spostarsi al registro di controllo accessi.
4. Premere tper visualizzare il registro di controllo accessi o xper spostarsi al registro vocale.
5. Premere tper visualizzare il registro vocale o premere xper tornare al menu principale.
Lettura dei registri
[Spostamento indietro nel registro.
]Spostamento in avanti nel registro.
cEspansione della voce di registro per mostrare altre informazioni.
xUscita dal registro
INDIVIDUAZIONE ED ELIMINAZIONE DI GUASTI
In caso di qualunque guasto nel sistema, \(LED di guasto) inizierà a lampeggiare sul tastierino.
1. Inserendo un codice utente valido o presentando un tag di prossimità valido, il sistema mostrerà il guasto.
2. Se il guasto non è più presente, è possibile cancellarlo dallo schermo LCD premendo x.
Nota: se a questo punto il pannello mostra l’indicazione‘Ripristino necessario’, occorre contattare quanto prima il tecnico
responsabile dell’installazione.
