T10+ Thermostat: Mount the UWP wall plate included with the T10+
thermostat, and wire to the C and R terminals of the Equipment Interface
Module (EIM) or to a separate 24 volt transformer (not provided). Mounting
options for T10+ shown in the install guide included with the thermostat.
NOTE: When T10+ is used with the EIM, the relays in the thermostat do not
function.
Use screws and anchors as appropriate for the mounting surface. Mount the
EIM near the HVAC equipment or on the equipment itself.

3Link T10+ Thermostat to EIM
3.1 When the T10+ is powered, follow the onscreen prompts until it says “Do
you have an Equipment Interface Module (EIM)?”. Select Yes, I have an
EIM.
3.2 Press and release the CONNECT button at the EIM when the thermostat
prompts you. Make sure the “Connected” light is flashing green. The EIM
will continue to flash the connected light for 15 minutes and reset this
timer every time a new RedLINK 3.0 device is added.

NOTE: If the “Connected” light does NOT flash green, another system may be
in the listening mode. Please exit the listening mode at the other system and
then try again.
• Green Flashing: In Listening Mode. System is ready to add RedLINK 3.0
devices.
• Green Steady: RedLINK devices are communicating.
• Red: RedLINK device(s) are NOT communicating. Check EIM and
RedLINK devices.

4Adding RedLINK 3.0 Accessories to the T10+
Thermostat
4.1 Select Add Another Device and follow the prompts on screen.
4.2 Install batteries in RedLINK 3.0 accessories.
• Wireless Outdoor Sensor RedLINK 3.0 C7089R3013
• Wireless Indoor Sensor C7189R3002
4.3 Connect each RedLINK accessory.
NOTE: Make sure accessories are at least 2 feet away from the EIM during
the linking process.
4.3a While the “Connect Device” screen is displayed (listening mode),
press and quickly release the CONNECT button on each new
RedLINK 3.0 accessory.
4.3b After a short delay (up to 20 seconds), check the thermostat to
confirm the connection of each RedLINK accessory.
3.3 Return to the thermostat and press Next (shown in the left image below).
The thermostat should show setup complete and ask if you would like to
add another device.

4.3c Follow the instructions on thermostat screen. After each RedLINK
3.0 accessory is added and any follow up questions are set, the
thermostat will ask if you want to add another device or are done
adding devices.
Note: Examples of follow up questions and instructions for the wireless
indoor sensor shown below.
4.3d Once all RedLINK 3.0 accessories have been added and you have
completed the on screen follow up questions and instructions, the
display will say “Setup Complete." Select Done Adding Devices.
4.4 Follow the onscreen display instructions to complete system setup for
heating and cooling type, humidifier, dehumidifier, ventilator settings, etc.

Dry contact alerts
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD. Do not apply power to S1S4 terminals.
Do not connect a temperature sensor to the S1S4 terminals if set for a dry
contact device.
NOTE: The dry contact device must be rated for low voltage.
If you are not using the S1S4 terminals on the EIM, you can connect them to
a dry contact device to display an alert. Dry contact alerts include Full Drain
Pan, Dirty Filter, Water Leak, System Shutdown, Service Needed, Fan Failure and
Custom Alert. Dry contact device can be normally-open (shown in diagram) or
normally-closed.
NOTE: You can connect multiple Dry Contact devices in parallel to the S1S4
terminals.

When you replace an EIM, you must reset the RedLINK
accessories before connecting them to the new thermostat.
Follow the instructions below:
At the Indoor Sensor or other RedLINK 3.0 accessory:
Press and hold the CONNECT button on the accessory until
the status light glows amber (hold for about 10 seconds). To
reconnect the thermostat, go to Step 4.
At the thermostat:
Go to Installer Options, choose Reset, then Factory reset.
This will clear the EIM and any other RedLINK 3.0 devices from
T10 as well as the system settings. After doing Factory Reset, follow thermostat
prompts to link new EIM and configure system settings.

Thermostat T10+ : Installez la plaque murale UWP fournie avec le thermostat
T10+ et connectez-la aux bornes « C » et « R » du module d’interface de
l’équipement (MIE) ou à un transformateur 24 volts distinct (non fourni). Les
différentes options de montage du thermostat T10+ sont indiquées dans le
guide d’installation fourni avec l’appareil.
REMARQUE : Lorsque le thermostat T10+ est utilisé avec le MIE, les relais du
thermostat ne fonctionnent pas.
Utilisez les vis et les chevilles appropriées à la surface de montage. Montez le
MIE à proximité de l’équipement CVC ou sur l’équipement lui-même.

3Relier le thermostat T10+ au MIE
3.1 Une fois que le T10+ est sous tension, suivez les instructions à l’écran
jusqu’à ce que la mention « Do you have an Equipment Interface Module
(EIM)? (Disposez-vous d’un module d’interface de l’équipement (MIE)?) »
apparaisse. Sélectionnez Yes, I have an EIM (Oui, je dispose d’un MIE).
3.2 Lorsque l’écran du thermostat vous le demande, appuyez et relâchez le
bouton CONNECT (CONNECTER) situé sur le MIE. Assurez-vous que
le voyant « Connected (connecté) » du MIE clignote en vert. Le MIE
continuera à faire clignoter le voyant « connecté » pendant 15 minutes.
Cette minuterie sera réinitialisée chaque fois qu’un nouvel appareil
RedLINK 3.0 sera ajouté.

REMARQUE : Si le voyant « Connected (Connecté) » ne clignote PAS en vert,
il se peut qu’un autre système soit en mode d’écoute. Veuillez quitter le mode
d’écoute sur l’autre système, puis réessayez.
• Vert clignotant : le système est en mode d’écoute et est prêt à accepter
des appareils RedLINK 3.0.
• Vert fixe : Les appareils RedLINK communiquent entre eux.
• Rouge : Le(s) appareil(s) RedLINK ne communiquent PAS entre eux.
Vérifiez le MIE et les appareils RedLINK à la recherche d’éventuels
problèmes.

4Ajouter des accessoires RedLINK 3.0 au
thermostat T10+
4.1 Sélectionnez « Add Another Device (Ajouter un autre appareil) » et suivez
les instructions qui apparaissent à l’écran.
4.2 Installez les piles des accessoires RedLINK 3.0 à ajouter.
• Capteur sans fil pour l’extérieur RedLINK 3.0 C7089R3013
• Capteur sans fil pour l’intérieur C7189R3002
4.3 Connectez chacun des accessoires RedLINK.
REMARQUE : Assurez-vous que les accessoires sont à une distance d’au
moins 2 pieds du MIE pendant le processus de liaison.
4.3a Lorsque l’écran « Connect Device (Connectez l’appareil) » est
affiché (mode d’écoute), appuyez et relâchez rapidement le bouton
« CONNECT (CONNECTER) » de chaque accessoire RedLINK 3.0 à
ajouter.
4.3b Après un court délai (jusqu’à 20 secondes), contrôlez le thermostat
pour confirmer la connexion de chacun des accessoires RedLINK.
3.3 Revenez sur le thermostat et appuyez sur « Next (Suivant) » (comme
indiqué dans l’image de gauche ci-dessous). Le thermostat devrait afficher
le texte « Configuration terminée » et vous demander si vous souhaitez
ajouter un autre appareil.

4.3c Suivez les instructions qui apparaissent sur l’écran du thermostat.
Après avoir ajouté chaque nouvel accessoire RedLINK 3.0 et répondu
aux questions complémentaires, l’écran du thermostat affiche un
message vous demandant si vous souhaitez ajouter un autre appareil
ou non.
Remarque : Vous trouverez ci-dessous des exemples d’instructions et de
questions complémentaires pour le capteur sans fil pour l’intérieur.
4.3d Une fois que vous avez ajouté tous les accessoires RedLINK 3.0
dont vous aviez besoin et que vous avez répondu aux questions et
instructions complémentaires figurant à l’écran, celui-ci affichera le
message « Setup Complete (configuration terminée) ». Sélectionnez
« Done Adding Devices (J’ai fini d’ajouter des appareils) ».
4.4 Pour terminer la configuration du système, suivez les instructions affichées
à l’écran relatives au type de chauffage et de climatisation utilisé, à
l’humidificateur, au déshumidificateur, aux réglages du ventilateur et à
d’autres paramètres.

Alertes de contacts secs
RISQUE D’ENDOMMAGEMENT DE L’ÉQUIPEMENT. N’appliquez pas de
courant aux bornes S1 à S4. S’il est prévu pour un appareil à contact sec, ne
connectez pas de capteur de température aux bornes S1 à S4.
REMARQUE : l’appareil à contact sec doit être conçu pour les basses
tensions.
Si vous n’utilisez pas les bornes S1 à S4 du MIE, vous pouvez les connecter à
un appareil à contact sec pour afficher une alerte. On distingue plusieurs types
d’alertes de contact sec, notamment : Bac de vidange plein, Filtre sale, Fuite
d’eau, Arrêt du système, Entretien requis, Défaillance du ventilateur ou une alerte
personnalisée. L’appareil à contact sec peut être en configuration normalement
ouverte (représentée sur le diagramme) ou normalement fermée.
REMARQUE : Vous pouvez connecter plusieurs appareils à contact sec en
parallèle aux bornes S1 à S4.
