OVERVIEW
WARNING
START: It’s important to always start with Kit AAB42002/AAB52002 when you start building
a new table.
The Active Aqua Rolling Bench (AAB41001/AAB51001 and AAB42002/AAB52002) must
always be placed on and anchored to a concrete surface that is level and void of any areas
needing repair (cracked). Failure to properly secure the bench to the ground could result in the
bench over-tipping unexpectedly.
• Only use approved anchors
• Do not load the Bench with more than 20 pounds per square foot when properly installed
and bearing evenly distributed weight.
• Do not climb on or in the Bench or Trays.
• Keep ngers and hands away from the moving parts. The table sliders can cause injury.
• Keep ngers and hands away from the anti-tip brackets. Do not use the brackets to move
the bench. Fingers or hands can be caught between the bracket and the frame causing
injury.
• Do not extend threaded shafts more than the maximum spacing dened.
• Do not move the bench without making sure all people and animals are in a safe location.
IMPORTANT: Before you screw the table into the oor you MUST:
• Level the entire table
• Adjust the water dripping slope
• Adjust the length of the Kit AAB41001/AAB51001
• Make sure that the top of the table is in straight line

STEP 1: GET THE EXTRA SET OF LEGS from the AAB41001/AAB51001 box
First of all, open the kit AAB41001/AAB51001 box and remove all of the components shown
highlighted in blue below. The blue highlighted components need to be used for the rst
section assembly of AAB42002/AAB52002. After selecting these components, you can move
the AAB41001/AAB51001 box to the side until you complete the assembly for all center
sections that will be used for each row.
Blue highlight = Remaining parts from the Kit AAG41001/ AAG51001 that will be used in
this assembly guide.

STEP 11: CONNECT TWO TABLES
Repeat STEPS 1–9 (except for the blue components in those steps)
to install more Kit AAB42002/AAB52002.

STEP 12: CONNECT MULTIPLE TABLES
You can install multiple sections (AAB42002/AAB52002), up to 47' total length, by repeating
STEPS 2–9 and STEP 11.

STEP 13: INSTALL KIT AAB41001
Install the Kit AAB41001/AAB51001 after you installed the correct amount of Kit
AAB42002/AAB52002. The installing of Kit AAB41001/AAB51001 is the same as the other
except the Side Panels of the Kit AAB41001/AAB51001 are on top of the Side Panels of the
Kit AAB42002/AAB52002. To see how the Kit AAB41001/AAB51001 is assembled, refer to
Kit AAB41001/AAB51001 Instructions. This would be the time to adjust the length of the Kit
AAB41001/AAB51001 before locking it in place.
