Do not attempt to turn the motor sprocket by force. Allow it to turn under the force of
its own power.
HANGING YOUR FIXTURE:
1. Hang your fixture with the (2) pieces of chain and “S” hooks provided. (2)
“S” hooks should attach to the parallel holes in the carrier chassis, link to the
individual pieces of chain with the remaining (2) “S” hooks on the ends, and
connect to the reflector hanger hooks (provided with all Hydrofarm
reflectors).
2. Route the electrical cord up along one side of the hanger chain to the hole on
the carrier chassis. Use a cable tie to secure it along the chain. Take the strain
relief and clamp it over the lamp cord, and insert it into the carrier hole. (Refer
to the illustration provided)
6. Now that the light system is hung securely from the track carrier, power the
motor on and make sure it can complete a full back and forth cycle. Ensure the
slack in the lamp cord loop does not create any pull on the carrier and is free
of any obstruction. A distance of 3 ft is recommended between the track and
the wall to allow the cord freedom of movement.
7. Secure the slack to the ceiling hook with a cable tie (Refer to the illustration
provided)
