Solutions
1. If error codes appears on the screen
If error codes appear when the fridge is
powered by 12v source, plz confirm whether
the current voltage is stable. Because the
voltage of the car battery is unstable during
driving, which will activate the battery
protection function and error codes will
display.
If you don't have a tool to measure the
voltage, plz connect the fridge to 110V
source with the AC adapter. If the error code
still displays, please contact us and provide
corresponding videos or pictures which can
help us to solve your problems faster.
2. The refrigerator doesn’t work
If the refrigerator doesn’t work (can’t
refrigeration, abnormal noise etc; ) Please
contact us with short videos or photos, we will
help you process return or exchange service.

09

Troubleshooting (Q & A)
6
1. Heat resistance & water resistance
ICECO refrigerators can operate normally
at an ambient temperature of 55 ℃(131 ℉).
Heat resistance
ICECO refrigerators can be used in light rain,
but please be careful not to put water into the
vent, and do not place it on the wet ground.
It is not recommended to use it in the open air
when it is raining, otherwise it will damage the
refrigerator.
Waterproof
Refrigerator is a kind of electrical appliances,
it is better not to touch water directly or it may
damage the circuit of the refrigerator.

2. Why did it change back to the original
temperature after setting the
temperature?
Because when setting the temperature, the
refrigerator will display the original
temperature. It takes time to reach the setting
temperature.
11
3. What should I do if the refrigerator is
upside down when it is delivered?
To ensure the maximum performance of the
refrigerator, we suggest to allow the refrigerator
stand upright for 24 hours (at least 4 hours)
before using the refrigerator.

12
4. What is the function of triple battery
protection? How do they work?
3-stage battery protection helps you prevent
dead car battery or the refrigerator drain your
power supply.
For example, when you switch to a LOW
MODE, the battery voltage is lower than 9.6
volts, the refrigerator will automatically power
off; When the battery voltage reaches 10.9
volts, the refrigerator will start again.

6. Why is there the temperature
difference (the setting temperature
of the refrigerator and the actual
temperature in the refrigerator)?
13
Because of the structure of the refrigerator, the
temperature will be displayed differently when
you test in the different point. ICECO measured
the inside temperature in the center of the box
and it would closer to the temperature you see
in the display. In normal conditions, the bottom
and the wall of the refrigerator will be lower than
the display temperature.

The temperature of different positions is
different. where the temperature is measured.
The temperature of upper, middle and lower
of the refrigerator are different. Under normal
circumstances, the bottom of the refrigerator
and the place near the wall of the refrigerator
are closer to the setting temperature.
7. Can the refrigerator put
high-concentration things directly?
Not recommended, because
high-concentration things may damage the
refrigerator directly.
If you want to put something with high
concentration, please put it in a container and
refrigerate it.
8. What kind of cable do I need to use in
the car and at home?
When using in the car, you need to use DC
cable. You need to connect the DC cable to the
AC adapter when using at home. (Except for
JP series and VL series which have individual
cables for home and car; VL35 Series need to
buy AC adapter separately).
14

15
9. What is the specification of the fuse of
the refrigerator?
The supply line is protected by a 15A fuse
located in the refrigerator.
