operation and performance. Check air fitting connections for proper tightness.
NOTE: The integrated lift table air regulator has already been pre-set at the factory for optimal
performance.
A. Position the Toggle Lever to the ‘UP’ position. (The air-hydraulic pump will prime the
hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder and the lift table platform will begin to rise with safety
latches passing over the welded safety latch blocks at the base of lift table frame.)
B. Position the Toggle Lever to the ‘STOP’ position. (The air-hydraulic pump will cease
operation, stopping the lift table from rising.)
C. Position the Toggle Lever to the ‘DOWN’ position. (The lift table will fully lower to the lowest
height, as the hydraulic release valve is opened, and the safety latches are disengaged.)
D. Position the Toggle Lever to the ‘STOP’ position, then Press & Hold the Green ‘LOCK’
Button. (The lift table’s safety latches will engage, and the lift table will lower to the next lowest
safety latch position.)
E. Cycle Lift Table fully ‘Up & Down’ a couple of times. (This helps ensure all air is removed
from the hydraulic system, while also helping to familiarize with the operational controls.)
