1Put chair frame on a hard level surface.

Assemble back shell onto chair
frame.
Align holes in back shell with threaded holes in chair
frame. If holes do not align, press back shell as
shown.
Install screws into chair frame and
tighten with hex wrench. 5

1Put the seat pad on the center of the seat pan 1” from front.

Li the front of seat pad and
peel o film of each adhesive
foam tape.
Peel o the film of adhesive
foam tape under seat pan
cover.
Press seat pad firmly onto the seat
pan.

Place chair on a flat table as shown.
Confirm the seat pan cover arrow
sign is facing the front of the chair.
Put one side of seat pan cover into
frame as shown below.
Press seat pan cover gently and
make sure seat pan cover and
velcro adhere. Turn the chair
to normal use position. The
assembly is completed.
5Repeat procedure for other side.
Make sure all the tabs of all four
corners are tucked under the
chair frame.
