Instructions For Use
Carriage Removal
1. Remove the E-Brake from the carriage.
2. Pull the handle
towards you and
insert a flat-head
screwdriver into
the screw on the
handle.
3. Create a 4 to 6 millimeter gap between the L plate and the carriage.

4. Slide the carriage towards the end of the
Base Plate aligned with the mark.
5. Slide the carriage around the curved end of the Top Plate.
6. Unthread the handle, remove it,
and open the carriage for cleaning.

Carriage Replacement
1. Close the plates of the carriage and
thread the handle back into the carriage
leaving a 4 to 6 millimeter gap between
the L plate and the carriage.
2. While holding the Teflon Pad, slide the carriage onto the top plate
starting on the handle side, then around the curved end on the opposite side.
Make sure the foot of the L plate is in the groove of the Base Plate.
3. Using a flat-head screwdriver, pull the handle
towards you and tighten the L plate, leaving
enough space to insert the boot and finish
tightening the
handle.

Set Up Test Procedure
1 ~ Check that the locking handle
locks the ball of the boot and is in
the 3 o’clock position.
2 ~ Replace the E-Brake

4. With the boot locked into place,
pull the handle and rotate to the
right to the 3 o’clock position and
replace the E-Brake.
