Inateck FE2005C HDD enclosure is a Type C and portable external
storage equipment. This equipment is easy-use, support hot-swap. it
compatible with PC and MAC system, no any other driver is needed. high

Hard drive installation steps
a. Push the 2.5” enclosure laterally. (Push the two parts in the opposite
direction.)
b. Put the hard disk into enclosure，make it align with SATA interface
inside the enclosure.
c. Push upwards, till the enclosure close completely.
d. Power on, lower right comer of computer will have a mobile hardware
prompt after device recognized, disk management will also have one.

Cautions
a. Before the removal of the data storage device , please stop all data
access and transfer to the device, so that the storage can be normally
removed. Forced removal may lead to damage or loss of crucial data.
b. To secure a normal function, please make sure the rated capacity of
your hard drive is similar to the output capacity of a USB port.
c. If your drives has been partitioned, please connect directly with
Enclosure to use. It will be showed “New Disk” in computer. If not, in
the premise of system can correctly identify drives, you can use the
partition and formatting program come with system to reformat it.
D. The enclosure enters sleep mode automatically after lying idle for 10
minutes.

Einführung – das Produkt auf den ersten Blick
Das Inateck FE2005C-Gehäuse ist eine type c externe Speicherlösung,
äußerst einfach zu handhaben und unterstützt Hot Swap. Es ist unter
Windows- und Mac-Systemen gleichermaßen kompatibel, und die
zusätzliche Treiberinstallation ist nicht notwendig. Die Kompatibilität wird
hierbei auch nicht vom Arbeitsrechner beeinusst.

Schritte zur Datenträgerinstallation
a. Bewegen Sie Ober- und Unterseite gegeneinander (siehe Abbildung).
b. Führen Sie das Laufwerk langsam wie folgt in das Gehäuse ein, achten
Sie hierbei bitte auf die niveaugleiche Anbindung an die SATA-
Schnittstelle.
c. Bewegen Sie die Oberseite dann wie auf folgender Abbildung, bis die
Klappblende geschlossen ist.
d. Vollziehen Sie die Kabelanbindung, in der Statusleiste erscheint die
Mitteilung, dass ein mobiles Speichermedium gefunden und installiert
wurde.

Bedienungs- und Sicherheitshinweise
a. Vor dem Trennen des Gehäuses werfen Sie dieses bitte korrekt aus,
indem Sie jeglichen Datenzugri󱐯 und -transfer zum Gerät beenden, um
ein korrektes Auswerfen zu ermöglichen. Eine erzwungene Trennung
während eines Datenzugri󱐯s kann zu Beschädigungen und Verlust von
Daten führen.
b. Um einen stabilen Betrieb zu gewährleisten, stellen Sie bitte sicher,
dass die Nominallast des Datenträgers die maximale Stromversorgung
über den USB-Ausgang nicht überschreitet.
c. Wenn das Laufwerk bereits intern in einem Rechner in Verwendung
war und partitioniert wurde, kann es direkt in das Gehäuse gesteckt
und verwendet werden. Es wird dann als „Neuer Datenträger“
angezeigt. Wenn der Datenträger nicht direkt angezeigt
wird, gerade nach einem Wechsel der externen Datenbrücke
oder bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme, kann das systemeigene
Datenträgerverwaltungsprogramm verwendet werden, um das
Laufwerk zu initialisieren und zu formatieren.

ハードディスクインストールステップ
a. 2 つの部分を反対方向に押して、エンクロージャを開けます。
b. SATA インターフェイスを揃えてハードディスクをエンクロージャに押
し込みます。
c. 図示のように、エンクロージャを閉じます。
d. USB ケーブル経由にてエンクロージャをコンピュータに接続します。
エンクロージャのスイッチを入れると、対応ドライブがファイルマネ
ージャーに表示されます。

a. PC からエンクロージャを取り外す前に、データの読み取りを停止して
ください。強制的に抜くと、メインデータが壊れたり、無くしたりす
る可能性があります。
b. 正常に動作するように、ハードドライブの定格電力がハードドライブ
エンクロージャ USB ポートの出力電力に適合していることを確認して
ください。
c. ドライブがパーティション化されている場合は、エンクロージャに直
接接続して使用できます。コンピュータに「新しいディスク」として
表示されます。ドライブがパーティションされない場合は、ドライブ
が正しく識別される前提で、システムに付属のパーティションとフォ
ーマットプログラムを使用してを再フォーマットしてください。
d. アイドル状態が 10 分間持続すると、ハードドライブは自動的にスリー
プモードに入ります。

Introduction
Inateck FE2005C boîtier externe de disque dur est doté d’un port Type C.
Ce produit est d’usage simple et échangeable à chaud. Il est compatible
avec beaucoup de systèmes d’exploitation (Windows, Mac OS, etc), pas
besoin de pilote.

Étapes pour installer le disque dur
a. Poussez horizontalement la couverture du boîtier (opposez la direction
des deux parties).
b. Mettez le disque dur dedans, tout en bien insérant le disque dur dans
l’interface SATA à l’intérieur du boîtier.
c. Repoussez la couverture pour fermer le boîtier.
d. Quand le boîtier est connecté à l’ordinateur et que le disque est bien
reconnu, une fenêtre apparaîtra au coin inférieur droit de l’écran.

ATTENTION
a. Avant d’arracher votre disque dur, veuillez svp bloquer tout accès à
votre disque dur, c’est-à-dire arrêter de lire et d’écrire. Après, le disque
peut être arraché sans dégât. Sinon, les données dans votre disque dur
seront perdues ou endommagées.
b. Pour un bon usage, veuillez conrmer que le courant nominal de votre
disque dur ne dépasse pas le courant de sortie d’un port USB.
c. Si votre disque a été partitionné, vous pouvez directement l’utiliser
avec ce boîtier. Votre disque sera reconnu comme « Nouveau disque
» par l’ordinateur. Si votre disque n’apparaît pas, et vous êtes sûr que
l’ordinateur peut bien détecter des disques, vous pouvez proter de la
gestion des disques du PC pour formater et partitionner votre disque.
d. Le boîtier entrera automatiquement en mode veille après 10 mins
d’inactivité.

Passaggi per l’installazione dell’hard drive

opposte

presente nella box
c. Spingere in su no alla chiusura completa
d. Accendere. Nella parte inferiore dello schermo del computer a destra
appare una notica di riconoscimento hardware. La stessa apparirà in
Disk Management

Attenzione
a. Prima di rimuovere il disco rigido, assicurarsi che l’accesso e il
trasferimento dei dati siano disattivati. Una rimozione non corretta e/o
forzata può causare il danneggiamento o la perdita di dati importanti
b. Per un funzionamento normale, assicurarsi che la capacità dell’hard
drive sia simile alla capacità output della porta USB
c. Se non è stata e󱐯ettuata la partizione del drive, è su󱐰ciente collegare
la custodia al computer. Comparirà come “New Disk”. In caso contrario,
è possibile usare il programma di partizione e formattazione del
computer.
d. Dopo 10 minuti di inattività, la box entra automaticamente in modalità
sleep
