Product introduction
This unit breathes new life into your unused hard drive. It
adopts USB3.0 (Super Speed with UASP) with data transfer
rates up to 5Gbps and SATA3 (6Gbps) and is backward
compatible with earlier versions as well. The product
features excellent transmission performance and good

Hard drive installation steps Picture
a. Push the 2.5” enclosure laterally. (push the two parts into
the opposite direction)
b. Put the hard disk into enclosure, align it with SATA
interface inside the enclosure
c. Push upwards, till the enclosure close completely

Cautions
a: Before the removal of the data storage device, please
stop all data access and transfer to the device, so that
the storage device can be normally removed. Forced
removal may lead to damage or loss of crucial data.
b: To ensure a normal function of your hard drive, please
make sure the rated power of the hard drive is similar to
the power output of a USB port.
c: Automatic sleep and spin-down, goes into sleep mode
automatically after 30 minutes in idle state. LED ashes
each three seconds to indicate standby mode. Any
single access to the drive restores the enclosure’s
operational mode. Sustainable power management and
environmental protection are ensured.
d: If your drive has been partitioned, please connect it
directly with Enclosure to use. It will be shown as “New
Disk” on computer. If not, under the premise that system
can correctly identify drives, you can use the partition
and formatting program that comes with computer
system to reformat it.
e: Due to the thickness difference of 2.5'' hard disks, a
sponge pad was attached to avoid misfit. Users are
suggested to paste the sponge to the internal side of the
shell to avoid hard drive sliding when installing a thin
disk.

Inbetriebnahme und Installation
a. Schieben Sie die beiden Hälften des Gehäuses
gegeneinander auf.
b. Setzen Sie das Laufwerk ein und richten es anhand der
SATA-Schnittstelle aus.
c. Schieben Sie die Abdeckung wieder hoch, bis das
Gehäuse geschlossen ist.
d. Verbinden Sie das Gehäuse per USB-Kabel mit einem
Rechner.

Achtung
A: Um das reguläre Auswerfen des Gerätes zu gewährleisten,
stellen Sie bitte vor dem Entfernen des externen
Datenträgers sicher, dass keinerlei Datenzugriff auf den
Datenträger mehr erfolgt. Erzwungenes Trennen kann zu
Beschädigungen oder Datenverlust führen.
B: Um sicherzustellen, dass Laufwerke korrekt erkannt und
stabil betrieben werden können, verizieren Sie bitte, dass
der Nominalstrom des Laufwerks nicht den USB-Stromuss
überschreitet.
C: Der automatische Ruhemodus wird nach 30 Minuten
Inaktivität aktiviert, die LED blinkt im Ruhemodus alle drei
Sekunden. Ein beliebiger Zugri󱐯 auf das Gehäuse versetzt
dieses wieder in den Betriebszustand. Nachhaltiges
Energiesparen und Schonen von Ressourcen sind so
garantiert.
D: Wenn die Datenträger bereits partitioniert sind, schließen
Sie diese bitte direkt an. Es erscheint ein neuer Eintrag
mit einem oder mehreren Laufwerken im Dateimanager.
Wenn die Einträge nicht direkt auftauchen, der Datenträger
aber zumindest in der Datenträgerverwaltung bzw. im
Festplattendienstprogramm physikalisch erkannt wird, kann
eine Initialisierung oder Neuformatierung (bei Gehäuse-
oder Adapterwechseln) des Datenträgers erfolgen.
E: Damit die unterschiedliche Höhe von 2,5“-Festplatten
berücksichtigt ist, liegt der Lieferung eine selbstklebende
Schaumstoffeinlage bei, um ein Verrutschen von dünnen
Laufwerken zu vermeiden.

A．PC からエンクロージャを取り外す前に、データの読み
取りを停止してください。強制的に抜くと、メインデー
タが壊れたり、無くしたりする可能性があります。
B. 正常に動作するように、ハードドライブの定格電力がハ
ードドライブエンクロージャ USB ポートの出力電力に適
合していることを確認してください。
C. 自動スリープとスピンダウン、アイドル状態で 30 分後
に自動的にスリープモードに入ります。 3 秒ごとに LED
が点滅し、スタンバイモードが表示されます。 ドライブ
へアクセスすると、スリープモードから復元されます。
持続可能な電力管理と省エネルギー対策を強化していま
す。
D. ドライブがパーティション化されている場合は、エンク
ロージャに直接接続して使用できます。コンピュータに
「新しいディスク」として表示されます。ドライブがパ
ーティションされない場合は、ドライブが正しく識別さ
れる前提で、システムに付属のパーティションとフォー
マットプログラムを使用してを再フォーマットしてくだ
さい。
E. スポンジパッドが付属されています。薄い 2.5 " ハードデ
ィスクを取り付けるときに、ハードドライブを固定する
ために、スポンジをシェルの内側に貼り付けることを推
奨します。

Étapes pour installer le disque dur
a. Ouvrez le tiroir (opposez la direction des deux parties).
b. Mettez le disque dur dans le tiroir, veuillez le bien
connecter au port SATA.
c. Glissez le tiroir dans le boîtier.
d. Connectez le boîtier à votre ordinateur par le câble USB.

a. Avant d’arracher votre disque dur, veuillez svp bloquer
tout accès à votre disque dur, c’est-à-dire arrêter de lire
et d’écrire. Après, le disque peut être arraché sans dégât.
Sinon, les données dans votre disque dur seront perdues
ou endommagées.
b. Pour un bon usage, veuillez confirmer que le courant
nominal de votre disque dur ne dépasse pas le courant
de sortie d’un port USB.
c. Mode veille et ralentissement automatique. Il entrera
automatiquement en mode veille après 30 mins
d’inactivité. LED clignotera toutes les 3 secondes pour
montrer l’état de mode veille. Un simple accès au disque
dur activera l’appareil. Management de l’énergie et
protection de l’environnement garantis.
d. Si votre disque a été partitionné, vous pouvez
directement l’utiliser avec ce boîtier. Votre disque sera
reconnu comme « Nouveau disque » par l’ordinateur.
Si votre disque n’apparaît pas, et vous êtes sûr que
l’ordinateur peut bien détecter des disques, vous pouvez
proter de la gestion des disques du PC pour formater et
partitionner votre disque.
e. Les disques durs 2,5'' ne sont pas de la même épaisseur, il
y a donc un coussin pour mieux répondre à vos besoins
di󱐯érents. Lors d’usage avec un disque dur mince, vous
pouvez coller ce coussin à la paroi du boîtier pour éviter
l’instabilité du disque dur dans le boîtier.

Come si monta l’hard drive
a. Aprire la box spingendo le due parti laterali in direzioni
opposte
b. Inserire il disco rigido nella box facendo coincidere i
connettori SATA
c. Spingere in su no a chiusura completa
d. Collegare la box al computer con il cavo USB

Avvertenza

b. Assicurarsi che che l’alimentazione necessaria per l’hard
disk sia supportata dalla porta output USB
c. Modalità sleep e spin-down automatica: entra in modalità
sleep automaticamente dopo 30 minuti di inattività. La
spia LED lampeggia ogni 3 secondi. La box si riattiva non
appena si accede di nuovo al drive. In questo modo si
assicura una gestione sostenibile dell’energia, anche in
termini ecologici
d. Se è stata e󱐯ettuata la partizione del drive, è su󱐰ciente
collegare l’adattatore al computer. Comparirà come “New
Disk”. In caso contrario, è possibile usare il programma di
partizione e formattazione installato nel computer.
e. A causa dei diversi spessori di alcuni hard disk da 2.5”, può
essere necessario utilizzare il cuscinetto in gommapiuma.
Si consiglia di attaccare il cuscinetto nella parte interna
della scocca della custodia, per evitare che il disco rigido
scivoli via se troppo sottile.
