The DEMO_MIPI_4K_CAM01 SONY IMX715 image sensor accessory board is designed tostream 4K 60 fps video
seamlessly through any kit or board having MIPI interface with speeds up to 2.5 Gbps. This QSG shows how to
connect to FX10 DVK via EFINIX Ti180 FPGA kit.

Quick Start Guide
Step 1
Connect the EFINIX Ti180 kit adapter
board to the SONY IMX715 image sensor
board.

Before you start
Ensure that you have a PC with USB-C port that
supports 5Gbps or 10Gbps data transfer.
Step 1: Connect and power up the board
Connect the image sensor board with the adapter
board from EFINIX Ti180 kit using the 22-pin FFC
cable.
Step 2 Connect the sensor board to the
Ti180 FPGA kit
Step 2: Connection with Ti180 FPGA kit
Connect the sensor board to the EFINIX Ti180 FPGA
kit.
Step 3 Connect to the FX10 DVK FMC
interface board to FX10 DVK via Ti180
FPGA board
Step 3: Final setup
Connect the Ti180 FPGA board to FX10 DVK FMC
interface.
