7. Extension cord
Follow all manufacturers' Warnings and Operating
Instructions for your extension cord.
Only use a three-wire extension cord with all three prongs
intact. Never remove the round grounding prong.
Check the insulation and plugs of extension cord before
using. Do NOT use cord if it is worn or damaged.

Top Cabinet Assembly
NOTE:
Side panels and back panel tabs (flanges) must
be positioned on inside of cabinet facing up.
NOTE:

Two people are recommended for assembly.

For Left wall cabinet, attach Side Panels (R & S) to Bottom Panel (W1) with bolts (AA) and supplied hex key (FF). Do not fully
tighten. See Figure 1.1
Insert Back Panel (Q) inside the two Side Panels (R & S) and Bottom (W1). Align and insert bolts (AA) into holes and secure with
hex key (FF). See Figure 1.2
Place Top Panel (V1) over sides (R & S) and back (Q). Align holes on top (V1), sides (R & S) and back (Q) then secure with bolts (AA)
and hex key (FF). Do not fully tighten. See Figure 1.3
Square up cabinet on a level surface and fully tighten all bolts (AA) with hex key (FF).
Align the holes on the hinge of the Door (O) to the holes on Left Side Panel (R) then secure with Flat head Tapping Screws (EE) and
screwdriver. Ensure the door is squared and ush with the cabinet before tightening the screws. See Figure 1.4
With the Door (O) open insert Shelf Panel (P) into cabinet. Determine the desired height of your Shelf (P) and secure by inserting
shelf edges into the tab flanges on the two Side Panels (R & S). If flanges appear tight, lightly pry to loosen. The left wall cabinet
assembly is complete.
Repeat this process for the Right wall cabinet using Side Panels (T & U).

not require nuts.

Top Cabinet Shelf Assembly
Insert Back Panel (L) between the two wall cabinets and secure the pins in the key holes. Ensure the top of the Back Panel (L)
is ush with the top of the cabinets. See Figure 2.1
Attach both wall cabinets to Bottom Panel (N) with bolts (AA) and hex key (FF). See Figure 2.2
Determine the desired height of your Shelf (M) and secure by inserting shelf edges into the tab flanges on the right (or left) panel
of wall cabinets. If flanges appear tight, lightly pry to loosen.
Align Hanger (D) mounting holes to the Back Panel (L) and wall cabinets. Fasten with bolts (AA) and hex key (FF).

Attaching the Cabinet Handle
Position the cabinet Handle (A) over the holes on the
Cabinet (X).
Attach with the bolts (AA) and tighten with hex key (FF).

Position the Vertical Supports (F) over the holes on the Workstation (X).
Secure with 4 bolts (BB), washers (CC) and washers (DD) per Vertical Support (F) and tighten with hex key (FF) or
12mm wrench/socket. Do Not fully tighten bolts at this time. See Figure 5.1
Align the Horizontal Support (E) holes to upper holes of Vertical Supports (F), secure with 6 bolts (AA) and hex key (FF).
Do Not fully tighten bolts at this time. See Figure 5.2
Position each piece of Pegboard (B) over the holes on Vertical Supports (F). Please note the grommet position in the
left and right pegboard panels in Figure 5.2
Secure the Pegboard panels (B) with the 10 bolts (AA) and tighten with hex key (FF).

□Position the Storage Hook (C) over the holes on the
Cabinet (X).
□Attach Hook (C) using bolts (AA) and tighten with
hex key (FF).

Attaching Top Cabinet System to the Workstation

Peel off the paper back from the EVA stickers (I), then attach in appropriate position toward bottom of
Wall Cabinets‘ back. See Figure 6.1
Hang wall cabinets onto Horizontal Support (E) and ensure the cabinet Hanger (D) is properly seated on the the Horizontal
Support (E). See Figure 6.2
Secure the wall cabinets to the supports by positioning the L-bracket (G&H) over the holes on the Pegboard (B) and the
wall cabinets. See Figure 6.3
Attach with 3 bolts (AA) per L-brackets (G&H) and tighten with the hex key (FF).
Repeat this process for the other side of the Pegboard (B) to attach the wall cabinets to the Workstation (X).
NOTE:
Wall cabinet may need to be hung on horizontal
support to determine the appropriate position for EVA

Attaching the Storage Tray

Loosen bolts (AA) from Wood Top (Y) with
hex key (FF).
Gently pull the Wood Top (Y) forward until 2 in. of
overhang on the front of the Workstation (X)
Place the 2 Trays (J) in the space created in the back of
the Wood Top (Y) and Pegboard (B), and secure with
4 bolts (AA) and hex key (FF).
Tighten the 6 bolts in the Wood Top (Y) to secure in place
with hex key (FF). Be careful not to over tighten
the bolts.

□Attach LED light (K) under the Top Cabinet System.

Power Strip Cord

Untie the power cord located inside drawer of the Workstation (X).
Gently pull cord plug through the grommet and secure any excess
cord on the Cord Storage Hooks (C).

□Attach the LED power cord to the light and run through the rubber grommet in the Pegboard (B).
□Plug in the LED power cord to the USB connection in the power strip located in the Workstation (X).
Ensure the cord is free from the workspace area.

Extend the drawer slides.

Insert the brackets on each side of the drawer into
the slots in the slides, being careful that they are
properly positioned.
□Once properly inserted, completely close the drawer
to set the slides in their proper positions.

Warning: Do Not forcefully pull on the power cords to avoid
damaging the power strip and causing injury.
