ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
For Add-On Drawer Unit
Step 1 Turn the cart on its handles as pictured.
Step 2 Remove the drawer from the welded add-on drawer frame.
Set the frame on the bottom of top tray, line up the four holes on
the top of frame with the holes in the bottom of top tray. Insert the bolt with
washer from underneath the tray, fasten using one flat washer
and nut, repeat this on all four holes and tighten all bolts.
Step 3 Turn the cart back on its casters.
Step 4 Attach the handle to the front of the drawer with 6 screws provided.
Step 5 Before inserting the drawer into the frame, make sure the roller bearing case is extended all the way out to the black plastic end
stop. (This ensures proper alignment during insertion). Hold the roller bearing case in place when inserting drawer.
Step 6 An extra lock which is keyed alike with the drawer lock is included to replace the existing locking lid lock if you want the 2 locks to
work with 1 key.
For Pry Bar Holder
Step 1 Remove the two top side bolts from either side of
locking top.
Step 2 Place the pry bar holder on the edge of the cart.
Match the holes on the cart with the holes on the
pry bar holder.
Step 3 Using the bolts, washers and nuts from your original
cart, attach pry bar holder to the side of the cart.
For Side Shelf
Step 1 Remove the two top side bolts from either side of
locking top.
Step 2 Place the side shelf on the edge of the cart. Match
the holes on the cart with the holes on the side
shelf.
Step 3 Using the bolts, washers and nuts from your original
cart, attach side shelf to the side of the cart.

Step 1
Read and follow all instructions in User's Manual. • Do not load side
shelf beyond rated capacity (50 Lbs.).• Do not load drawer beyond
rated capacity (100 Lbs. per drawer). • Lock drawer before moving.
• Apply brake on locking casters anytime cart is in place. • Do not
pull cart. Push from handle on end to move. • Units can tip or fall
causing damage or personal injury. • Do not open more than one
loaded drawer at a time. • Keep children away from unit. • Do not
stand on or step in drawer. • Cart is designed to roll easily on flat
surfaces and should not be used on uneven or inclined surfaces. •
This product may contain one or more chemicals known to the State
of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive
harm. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
