Für Rückenlehnen ohne vorhandene Montagebohrungen für die Kopfstütze folgende Schritte durchführen:
Werkzeug: Akkuschrauber; Bohreinsätze: Kegelsenker 10 x 90°, Spiralbohrer Ø 4,2 mm
1. Gemäß Fig. 2 die vier Zentrierungen E mit Bohrer Ø 4,2 mm durchbohren (Bohrpositionen sind auf der Rückenlehne markiert).
2. Die vier Bohrungen Emit dem Kegelsenker von der Vorderseite (Bezugseite) der Rückenlehne auf Ø 8,5 mm ansenken.
Montage (Fig. 3)
Werkzeug: Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher Größe 2
1. Aufnahmen A durch die Bohrungen Eauf der Rückseite der Rückenlehne I mit Senkkopfschrauben B befestigen.
!WICHTIG
▸Sicherstellen, dass die Pins Gder Aufnahmen Ain die Bohrungen F einrasten.
2. Rückenlehnenbezug wieder anknöpfen.
3. Sofern nicht bereits vormontiert, Kopfstützenbezug D auf Rundstahlbügel C aufziehen und mit Klettverschluss fixieren.
4. Rundstahlbügel in die angeschraubten Aufnahmen einstecken.
Höhe der Kopfstütze einstellen (Fig. 4)
1. Rundstahlbügel mit Bezug auf beiden Seiten festhalten und gleichzeitig in den Aufnahmen in die gewünschte Höhe verschieben.

Safety
CAUTION Risk of injury!
▸Follow the accident prevention regulations for the tools and machines used.
▸Pay attention to the safety of your fingers when drilling through the backrest.
▸Use an even surface when drilling (e.g. an old wooden board).
▸Always drill orthogonally to the surface.
Preparation
1. Unbutton the backrest cover.
For backrests without existing headrest assembly drill holes carry out following steps:
Tools: Battery powered drill; Drill bits: Countersink bit 10 x 90°, twist drills Ø 4.2 mm
1. In accordance with Fig. 2 drill the four holes E with a Ø 4.2 mm twist drill (Drilling positions are marked on the backrest).
2. Countersink the 4 holes with Ø 4.2 mm E with the countersink bit on the front side (cover side) to Ø 8.5 mm.
Assembly (Fig. 3)
Tools: Phillips type screwdriver size 2
1. Screw the mountings Athrough holes Eto the back of the backrest I with countersunk head screws B.
!IMPORTANT
▸Make sure that the pins Gof the mountings Aengage in the holes F.
2. Re-attach the backrest cover.
3. If not already pre-assembled, pull the headrest cover Dover the round steel bracket Cand fasten with the Velcro fastener.
4. Insert the round steel bracket into the screwed on mountings.
Adjusting the height of the Head support (Fig. 4)
1. Hold the round steel bracket with cover on both sides and move simultaneously in the mountings to the desired position.
