1.6Intendeduse
Themediumactivewheelchairispropelledmanuallyand
shouldonlybeusedforindependentorassistedtransport
ofadisabledpersonwithmobilitydifculties.Thismanual
wheelchairisintendedtoprovidemobilitytopersons
ages15andup(adolescentsandadults)withamaximum
weightcapacityof115kg.Thedeviceisindicatedto
providemobilitytopersonslimitedtosittingposition.Itis
intendedforactiveuserswhowishtopositionthemselves
verticallyduringthedayformedicalorprofessionalreasons.
Whenusedwithoutanassistant,itshouldonlybeusedby
personswhoarephysicallyandmentallyabletousethe
wheelchairsafely(e.g.topropelthemselves,steer,brake).
Thewheelchairshouldonlybeusedonlevelgroundand
accessibleterrain,aswellasindoors.
Thismediumactivewheelchairneedstobe
subscribedandttoyourspecichealthcondition.
Itisimportantthatyoucomplywiththevertical
positioningprotocol(duration,frequency,posture,
maximumverticalityangle,…)whichhasbeen
prescribedbyyourphysicaltherapist.

electromagneticelds,suchasthosegeneratedbyradioand
televisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescaninuence
thefunctionsofwheelchairswithelectricdevice.Also,the
electronicsusedinourwheelchairscangeneratealowlevel
ofelectromagneticinterference,whichhoweverwillremain
