Assemble unit as shown in the figure. Fix each
worklight head support bracket to the crossbar using
a bolt and threaded knob supplied in a separate poly
bag along with the unit. Ensure that the threaded
knobs are tight and firmly holds the assembly
together. Fix the “Y” junction of the power cord to the
centrally located mounting hole on the cross bar
To adjust the tilt of the lamp head, loosen the moulded
knobs attached at each end of the support bracket
and with the help of the carry handle tilt the lamp
head to a desired angle. Once the desired angle is
achieved tighten the moulded knobs to hold the
worklight head in position.
To assemble the worklight on a tripod stand loosen
the locking knob on the tripod and push down the
black locking bracket until the legs are fully extended.
Tighten the locking knob. Always make sure the
central telescopic pole is vertical for maximum
stability and safety while the outer tube sits flat on
the black metal cap at the bottom and is secured by
wing knob.
The crossbar is mounted on the metal bracket
attached to the central tube of the telescopic and is
secured with a threaded knob. Ensure that the
threaded knob is tight and securely holds the
assembly together.
The poles of the tripod stand can be raised by
loosening the plastic locking ring (anti clockwise
direction) and extending the sections. Tighten locking
ring (clockwise direction) to hold the poles in place.
Two plastic locking rings on the tripod allow height
adjustment up to 1700mm. (to top of tripod)
NOTE
The worklight has a safety adjustment stop which
prevents the worklight head from tilting too far forward.
Do not remove support bracket from worklight body.
While adjusting the lamp head avoid pinching
or bending of the supply cord
