Replacement of the motor
1. Dismount the guide, milling head cover, and milling head according to
„Replacement of the milling head”.
2. Dismount the controller according to „Replacement of the controller”.
3. Unscrew 2 screws mounting the frame with the seal to the motor.
4. Unscrew 4 screws mounting the motor to the frame, remove the motor
from the frame, and unscrew 4 dampers.
5. Replace the motor, proceeding in reverse order. Pay close attention to
the following:
-damper – prohibited is stretching the damper by tightening the
mounting screw. Use spacer washers as in the figure below if needed,

-presence of the rubber seal between the motor and the frame,
- presence of the microrubber between the frame and the lower cover of the
controller.
NOTE! Place the wires in such a way not to crush them.

Replacement of the milling head
1. Loosen the knob of the milling head cover, unscrew the lever, and slide
out the milling depth indicator completely. Remove the cover along with
the guide.
2. Place a 32 mm flat wrench onto the driving ring and lock the wrench,
then use a 8 mm hex wrench according to the direction of the arrow to
loosen the bolt. Remove the milling head from the motor shaft.
3. Replace the milling head. Mount again by proceeding in reverse order.

Replacement of the controller
1. Unscrew 4 screws connecting the controller cover to the frame. Remove
the controller cover.
2. Unplug the wires of the controller and capacitor. Unscrew the screw of the
mounting block, separate the block, and unplug the protective earth wire.
3. Replace the controller by proceeding in reverse order. Maintain the wire
colors as shown in the figure. NOTE! Place the wires in such a way not to
crush them.
