TOWER BIMINI
INSTALLATION GUIDE

Important Notice:
1. Please take a few minutes to read the entire installation instructions and become familiar with the parts and installation before beginning to ensure a high quality,
trouble free installation.
2. Please don’t modify this product ,climb, ride or stand on it.
3. Please distinguish the front and rear side of the frame section.
4. The assembly can be easier done on the ground and need 2 people to finish it when install the frame onto the tower.
5. Tighten all hardware for completion.
6. Please be careful when your boat is approaching bridges or overpasses.
7. This tower bimini is designed to fit all LT wakeboard’s towers and most other popular brand of towers, the following pictures show the position of the bimini rings on LTX tower.
8. Please don’t move or rotate the mini clamps and cross fitting before you loose the set screws of them completely.
Care & maintenance:
1. Be sure to check and tighten all fasteners and connections prior to every use.
2. Use soap and water or general cleaner to clean the top.
Unpack the carton you will find below contents :

CANOPY: BIMINI RINGS AND HARDWARE:
Bimini rings
Lift fittings:
need to purchase seperate-
ly if you need to install the
bimini above your tower.
Step 1: Take out all bimini frame bars, and connect front/rear frame sections
and middle frame side bars. (as the right picture)


Step 2: Install the rear middle frame bar.
Assemble the therear middle frame bar as shown in the right
figures #1-#3. You can do it easily with the pin system.
Connect the rear middle frame bar on the frame through the
cross fittings. Install the lift fittings on the rear frame bar. (as shown
in the right figure #6)
Important note:
If you want to mount this bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard
tower, please don’t install the lift fittings.

Step 3: Install the front middle frame bar on the frame with the clamp A.
The front support bars should be installed on the clamb B.

Step 4 : Install the canopy.
Install the canopy on the frame as shown in the right pictures, you can do it
easily with the zipper.
Assemble the front support bar on the clamp B as shown in the right picture.
Step 5: Install the bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard tower.
Install the four bimini rings on the tower’s bars as shown in the right
pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.
Please measure the distance between the 2 rings mounted on the rear bars of tower,
and adjust the pins to let the total length of rear frame bar to fit it.
Lift the bimini top, connect the rear middle frame bar with the rings mounted on the
rear bars of the tower.
Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars of
tower.
Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want.Please make a bit
adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten all of the bolts and set
screws.



Important note :
If you want to install this bimini top under the top
section of your wakeboard tower, please refer to step5.
If you want to install this bimini top above the top
section of your wakeboard tower, please refer to step6.

Step 6: Install the bimini top above on the tower. Mount two rings on the
front bars of tower, and mount two rings on the top section as
shown in the right pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.
Let the two intubations of the rear middle frame bar to hide inside the frame.
Lift the bimini top, Connect the two lift fittings with the rings mounted on the
top section of the tower.
Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front bars
of tower.
Now you have installed the tower bimini on the tower as you want.
Please make a bit adjustment for the ring to get the best position, then tighten
all of the bolts and set screws.
