SAFETY WARNINGS
-These instructions are highly important, please
read this instruction manual before using the
device and save it for future reference.
-JOCCA is only responsible for proper use of this
product as describe in this manual.
-Before using the device for the first time, unpack
and verify that it is in perfect condition, if not,
do not use the device and go to JOCCA as the
warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
-This product is only suitable for domestic use.

Do not use the device outdoors. Do not leave the
device upon exposure to outside factors such as
rain, snow, sun, etc.
-This appliance can be used by children of 8 and
above, and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience or
knowledge if they are supervised or instructed in
an appropriate and safe way about the use of the
appliance and understand the hazards involved.
Any cleaning and maintenance must be carried
out by the user or if they are carried out by a child
of 8 or above they must be supervised.
-Keep the appliance and its cable out of the reach
of children under 8 years old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the device.
-Should you need to put the device down while
using it, make sure the surface is able to withstand
high temperatures, is stable, levelled and smooth.-
If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into
water or any other liquid do not use it or try to
repair it. Contact to the JOCCA technical service
department.
-Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in
water or any other liquid.
-If the power supply cable or the plug are
damaged, do not use the appliance or try to
replace the cable yourself. Contact the customer
service where they will replace it correctly for you.

-Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance
from the mains, always pull from the plug.
-Do not move the appliance during use.
-For your safety and for the appliance to work
correctly, always use JOCCA spare parts and
accessories.
-Do not leave the appliance on or near a hot
gas or electric burner; next to a hot oven or a
microwave oven.
-Leave sufficient space above and to the sides of
the unit for proper air circulation.
-Do not wrap cord around the device. Do not
allow cord touch hot parts of the device.
-Do not leave product unattended.
-Unplug the appliance from electrical outlet after
you have finished using it, before cleaning it,
when changing accessories or when you find it
unattended.
-This device will only be totally disconnected when
it is unplugged from the mains.
-Do not use the appliance with wet hands or bare
feet.
CONTROL PANEL
Vac / Seal / Cancel
1. Press to vacuum and seal food directly, and it
will turn off automatically after finishing the job.
2. Press to pause the vacuum or sealing process at
any point.

Food
Two optional dry and wet modes, the mode
Default is dry, the LED indicator lights up.
•Dry: Suitable for dry food without soup, water
or oil.
•Wet: suitable for food with soup, water or oil,
the time of sealing will be longer.
Seal
Press to create a lower seal when making bags
with the vacuum roll.
Vacuum
Press to vacuum only the package.
SECURITY PROTECTION
When the Vac Seal or Seal indicator flashes, it
means that the appliance starts security protection
and is forced to stop for 2 minutes before you can
resume normal use. Vac Seal and Seal will initiate
safety protection every 15 cycles of full working
(continuous working interval is not more than 60
seconds).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Thoroughly unwind the cord before plugging it
in.
-Plug in the device.
How to make bags from a sealing roll:
- Cut the size you want.
-Seal at one end to create a bag.
-Open the lid of the vacuum machine by pressing
bothside buttons
-Insert the open top of the bag into the sealing
gasket without introducing the bag in the vacuum
compartment. To make sure the sealing is
performed properly the bag should not be creased
or folded.

-To close the lid press the device on both sides
until the sealer is properly locked.
-Press the Seal button and the sealing mode will
be activated, blue LED indicator on control panel
will turn on.
-When the sealing strip cools down, blueLED

indicator will turn off showing that the sealing
process is finished. The lid can be opened now. To
do so press two side buttons.
How to vacuum package using a sealing bag:
-Place items you want to vacuum in bag, allowing
at least 5-7 cm of space between bag contents
and top of bag.
-Open the lid of the vacuum packing machine by
pressing both side buttons.
-Insert the bag on its open end into the vacuum
compartment. To make sure the sealing is
performed properly the bag should not be creased
or folded.
-To close the lid press the device on both sides
until the sealer is properly locked.

-Press Vac Seal button and seal and vacuum mode
will be activated, blue LED indicator on control
panel will turn on.
-The device will automatically complete the entire
process.
-When the sealing strip cools down, blue LED
indicator will turn off showing that the sealing
process is finished. The lid can be released now.
To do so press two side buttons.

How to Vacuum Seal with Vacuum Container:
1. Place the item you wish to seal inside the
Container, leaving at least 3cm space between
the contents and the top rim of the Container.

Insert the Accessory Hose into the Vacuum Sealer
Nozzle on your appliance.
2. Insert another end of the Accessory Hose into
the Vacuum Valve on the Container lid, press
firmly on all corners to ensure lid is properly
closed, then press vacuum button to start vacuum
process.
3.WaituntiltheVacuumprocessstopautomatically,
now the lid can’t be opened, which means the air
was removed from the container.
4. To release the vacuum in the Container, simply
lifting the Vacuum Valve gently.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Make sure that the appliance is disconnected
from the power supply before cleaning.
-Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning
it.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that
could damage the appliance. Simply clean the
surface with a wet cloth.
-Do not immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
-Store the device in a dry place after it cools down.

-JOCCA no se responsabilizará de las posibles
consecuencias derivadas de un uso inadecuado
del producto, u otro uso que no estuviera descrito
en este manual.
-Antes de utilizar el producto por primera vez,
desembale el producto y compruebe que está
en perfecto estado. De no ser así, no utilice el
aparato y diríjase a JOCCA ya que la garantía
cubre cualquier daño de origen o defecto de
fabricación.
-Este producto solo está indicado para un uso
doméstico. No utilizar el aparato en la intemperie.
No deje el aparato bajo la exposición de agentes
climáticos como la lluvia, nieve, sol, etc., que
puedan deteriorar su funcionamiento.
-Este aparato pueden utilizarlo niños con edad
de 8 años y superior y personas con capacidades
físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta
de experiencia y conocimiento, si se les ha dado
la supervisión o instrucción apropiadas respecto
al uso del aparato de una manera segura y
comprenden los peligros que implica. Los niños
no deben jugar con el aparato. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento por realizar por el usuario no
deben realizarlos los niños a menos que sean

-Utilice el aparato sobre una superficie estable,
horizontal y lisa.
-Si su aparato ha sufrido una caída o bien ha
caído en agua u otro líquido no utilice el aparato
ni intente repararlo, llévelo al servicio técnico de
JOCCA.
-No sumerja el aparato, ni ninguna parte del
aparato en agua u otro líquido.
-Si detecta que el cable de alimentación o el
adaptador están dañados, no utilice el aparato,
ni intente sustituir el cable. Vaya directamente al
servicio técnico autorizado de JOCCA donde lo
remplazaran correctamente.
-Para desenchufare el aparato de la red eléctrica
no tire del cable, tire siempre de la clavija.
-No mover el aparato mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
-Para su seguridad y mejor funcionamiento del
aparato utilice siempre accesorios y repuestos de
JOCCA.
-No deje el aparato encima o cerca de un
quemador de gas o eléctrico caliente; dentro,
junto a un horno caliente o un horno microondas.
-Deje suficiente espacio encima y a los lados del
aparato para una correcta circulación de aire.
-No enrolle el cable sobre el aparato, ni deje que
este entre en contacto con las superficies calientes
del aparato.

-No deje el aparato desatendido.
-Desenchufe el aparato de la red eléctrica cada
vez que haya finalizado su uso, antes de limpiarlo,
cuando cambie los accesorios o si lo va a dejar
desatendido.
-Este aparato sólo se desconectará totalmente,
cuando se desconecte de la red eléctrica.
-No utilice el aparato con las manos húmedas y
los pies descalzos.
PANEL DE CONTROL
Vac / Seal / Cancel
1. Presione para aspirar y sellar los alimentos, y
se apagaráautomaticamente automáticamente
después de terminar el trabajo.
2. Presione para pausar el proceso de vacío o
sellado en cualquier momento.
Food
Dos modos de sellado, seco y húmedo opcionales,
el modo predeterminado es seco, el indicador
LED se ilumina
•Seco: Adecuado para alimentos secos sin sopa,
agua o aceite.
•Húmedo: adecuado para alimentos con sopa,
agua o aceite, el tiempo de sellado será más largo.
Seal
Presione para crear un sello inferior al hacer
bolsas con el rollo de vacío.

Vacuum
Presione para aspirar solo el paquete.
PROTECCIÓN DE SEGURIDAD
Cuando el indicador Vac Seal o Seal parpadea,
significa que el aparato inicia la protección de
seguridad y se ve obligado a detenerse durante
2 minutos antes de que pueda reanudar el uso
normal. Las funciones Vac Seal y Seal iniciarán la
protección de seguridad cada 15 ciclos de trabajo
completos (el intervalo de trabajo continuo no es
más de 60 segundos).
MODO DE EMPLEO
-Desenrollar completamente el cable antes de
enchufar.
-Enchufar el aparato a la red eléctrica.
Como hacer las bolsas con los rollos de
envasado:
-Corte la medida que desee.
-Efectúe el sellado en uno de los extremos para
conseguir una bolsa de envasado.
-Abrir la tapa de la envasadora al vacío
presionando los dos botones laterales.
-Introducir la parte superior abierta de la bolsa
en la junta de sellado sin que la bolsa entre en la
cámara de vacío. Para conseguir un buen sellado
la bolsa no debe presentar arrugas.

-Cerrar la tapa presionando los dos extremos del
aparato hacia abajo hasta que la envasadora
quede bien cerrada.
-Presione el botón Seal y comenzará la función
de sellado, se encenderá el LED azul del panel
de control.
-Finalmente cuando la banda de sellado se enfríe
el LED azul se apagará indicando que ya ha
finalizado el sellado de la bolsa y que puede abrir
la tapa de la envasadora al vacío presionando los
dos botones laterales.
Como hacer el vacío utilizando una bolsa de
envasado:
-Colocar los alimentos para envasar dentro de
la bolsa. No llene la bolsa hasta el límite, deje
siempre un espacio de al menos 5-7 cm.
-Abrir la tapa de la envasadora al vacío
presionando los dos botones laterales.
-Introducir la parte superior abierta de la bolsa

en la cámara de vacío. Para conseguir un buen
sellado la bolsa no debe presentar arrugas.
-Cerrar la tapa presionando los dos extremos del
aparato hacia abajo hasta que la envasadora
quede bien cerrada.

-Presione el botón Vac Seal y comenzará la
función de vacío y sellado, se encenderá el LED
azul del panel de control.
-El dispositivo completará automáticamente el
proceso completo.
-Cuando el LED indicador se apaga, desbloquee,
levante la tapa y retire la bolsa.
