Introduction
The Mobile Access Portal (MAP) Gateway is a pocket-sized web server that leverages the power of mobile
connectivity to maximize productivity for daily operations.
• Commission, configure and access building automation equipment using Wi-Fi-enabled devices such as smart
phones, tablets, and laptops.
• Change and configure setpoints, parameters and schedules. View alarms and trends through an HTML5
browser-based interface.
Use as a portable device (and carry from site to site as needed) or permanently mount on site.
1. Connect the MAP Gateway to Equipment
If you are going to use the MAP Gateway on Ethernet, you must plug it into external power before you
attach the field bus adapter.
Use the supplied RJ-12 cable or field bus adapter to
connect the RS-485 port of the MAP Gateway to the sen-
sor bus or field bus port of the equipment controller.
The MAP Gateway LEDs flash, indicating that the device
is initializing. When the Fault LED turns off and the Wi-Fi LEDs flash in succession,
the MAP Gateway is ready to use.
2. Connect to the MAP Gateway Wi-Fi Network
In the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device or laptop, connect to the MAP Gateway Wi-Fi network using the
following default credentials:
IMPORTANT: Keep your MAP Gateway in the protective shell or stationary cradle with which it shipped. This may help
protect the unit if it is dropped.
IMPORTANT: Save this guide. It contains default user name and password information that may be needed to reset your
MAP Gateway to factory defaults.

3. Open a Web Browser
Direct your browser to https://mapgwy.com (192.168.142.1) to open the MAP Gateway browser interface.
MAP Gateway ships with a private mapgwy.com SSL certificate installed to ensure secure
communication with the MAP Gateway. However, this certificate does not indicate that it is trusted in a
browser. If you wish to install your own certificate, refer to Installing a Security Certificate on a Client That
is Connecting to MAP Gateway in the Mobile Access Portal Gateway Network and IT Guidance
Technical Bulletin (LIT-12012015) for more information.
4. Log in to the MAP Gateway
Use the following defaultAdmin login credentials:
Read and accept the MAP Gateway license agreement.
5. Change Passwords
The first time you log in to the MAP Gateway, the Change Password and Passphrase web page
appears. You must change theAdmin password and Wi-Fi passphrase.
a. Replace the default password in the New Admin Password field. Confirm the change by entering
the new password in the Verify New Admin Password field.
b. Replace the Wi-Fi Passphrase in the New Wi-Fi Passphrase field and click Save.
6. Optional - Ethernet Setup
a. In the MAP Gateway UI, navigate to Settings > Ethernet.
b. In the Ethernet drop-down list, select On to enable the MAP Gateway Ethernet port.
c. Click Save on the bottom of the screen.
d. Note the address in the IPAddress field. By default, the MAP Gateway is configured to dynamically
receive an IP address from your network using DHCP. If the IP address does not appear, refresh the
screen.
e. Enter this IP address in your browser address bar to access the MAP Gateway over an Ethernet net-
work.

for more options.
IMPORTANT: After you change the Wi-Fi passphrase or SSID, the web server restarts and you must rejoin the
MAP Gateway Wi-Fi network using the new passphrase. On some mobile devices, you must select and forget
the original MAP Gateway Wi-Fi network before rejoining the network with the new passphrase.
IMPORTANT:The MAP Gateway must be plugged into external power for Ethernet use. Get approval
from the site’s ITAdministrator before connecting to the Ethernet network.

Select a device from the equipment list and use the web pages from the MAP Gateway to view, commission and
configure devices as needed.

1. 将MAP 网关与设备相连接
您若选择采用有线以太网络访问 MAP 网关，那么在将其插入现场控制器之前，必须先 确保外部电源已
供电。
请使用所附的 RJ12 电缆，或现场总线适配 器，将 MAP 网关的 RS485 接口与现场控制 器的 SA 总线接
口或 FC 总线接口相连接。
MAP 网关的 LED 灯开始闪 烁时，表明该设备正在被 初始化。当故障指示灯 Fault 熄灭，且 Wi-Fi 指示 灯
LED 开始开始闪烁时，表明 MAP 网关已进入工作 状态。
特别注意：在运输或携带 MAP 网关时，请使用保护套或固定支架，以确保设备意外掉落时，能有所保
护。
特别注意：请保留本手册，以便当你将 MAP 网关恢复出厂设置后，能找回默认的 WiFi 口令、用户名和

2. 访问 MAP 网关的 Wi-Fi 网络
在您的移动设备或笔记本电脑的 WiFi 设定界面下，使用如下默认的安全凭证登入 MAP 无线网关的
Wi-Fi 网络。
3. 打开网页浏览器
打开网页浏览器，键入地址 https://mapgwy.com (192.168.142.1) ，以访问 MAP 网关所创 建的用户界
面。
MAP 网关内建有 mapgwy.com 的SSL 认证，可确保浏览器与 MAP 网关之间的加密数据传 输。然而，您
的浏览器可能会提示这一认证不 受信任。选择继续可忽略这一提示，若您希望 安装自己的安全认证，则

4. 登入 MAP 网关
请使用如下默认的管理员凭证信息 .
阅读并接受 MAP 网关的许可证协议。
5. 修改密码
首次登入 MAP 网关时，会弹出修 改管理员密码和 WiFi 口令的 Web 提示窗。此时您必须修改上述密码
及口令。
a. 在新管理员密码填写区，替换默认的密码。在确认新管理员密码区域，再次键入新的 密码并作确认。
b. 在新 WiFi 口令填写区，键入并替换默认的 密码，然后点击保存。
6. 选项 – 以太网设定
a. 在MAP 网关的设定界面中，导航至 Settings > Ethernet.
b. 在以太网下拉菜单中，选择 On 以启用 MAP 网关的以太网接口，然后点击页面下方的 Save 按钮
c. 请注意 IP 地址区域所显示的地址。在默认 情况下，MAP 网关被设置为利用 DHCP 从您的网络中获取
动态的 IP 地址。如果此地 址未能显示，请刷新浏览器再试。
d. 此后您便可在此网络中，通过输入上述 IP 地址访问 MAP 网关。

特别注意：当您修改 WiFi 的SSID 名称或 登入口令后， Web 服务将会重启，您需要 使用新的口令重新
加入 MAP 网关的无线网 络。可能有少数移动设备，还会要求您先行 忘记原有 MAP网关的无线网络，才
能使用新口 令重新加入到新的 WiFi网络中。

7. 使用 MAP 网关监控设备
在 MAP 网关提供的 Web 界面中，从设 备列表中选择需要管理的设备，便可根 据您的需要，进行监视、
控制、调试和 调整参数等。

MAP ゲー ト ウェ イは、 モバイル接続を活用し、 日常業務の生産性を最大化するポケッ トサイ

ビルオート メーシ ョ ン機器の設定やアクセスします。
• 設定値、 パラ メーター、 およびスケジュールを変更、 設定します。 HTML5ブラウザーベー
スのインターフェースを介して、 警報およびト レンドを表示します。
ポータブル デバイス （および必要に応じてサイトからサイトに持ち運びするデバイス） とし
て、 または、 恒久的にサイ トに取り付けるデバイスと して使用します。
1. MAP ゲート ウェ イの機器への接続
イーサネッ トでMAP ゲート ウェ イを使用する場合は、 フ ィールド バス アダプターを取り付
ける前に、 外部電源に接続する必要があります。MAP ゲートウェイの RS-485 ポートに機器
コントローラーのセンサーバスまたはフ ィールド バス ポート に接続するには、 付属の RJ-12
ケーブルまたはフ ィールド バス アダプターを使用します。
重要 ： 輸送時には、 梱包材や固定式の架台に MAP ゲー トウェ イが入った状態を維持して く
ださい。 落下などの衝撃から本体を保護します。
重要 ： この説明書は大切に保管して く ださい。 説明書には、 MAP ゲート ウェ イを工場出荷
時の状態にリセッ ト するために必要なデフォルトのユーザー名およびパスワード情報が含まれ

MAP ゲートウェイの LED が点滅し、 デバイスの初期化中を示します。
FAULT LED が消灯し、 Wi-Fi LED が点滅した場合、 MAP ゲートウェイは使
用可能です。
2. MAP ゲートウェイ Wi-Fi ネッ ト ワークへの接続
モバイル デバイスまたはラ ップ ト ップの Wi-Fi 設定で、 認証情報を使用し、 MAP ゲートウェ
イWi-Fi ネットワークに接続します。
3. ウェブ ブラウザーを開く
ブラウザーでhttps://mapgwy.com (192.168.142.1) を表示し、 MAP ゲートウェイ ブラウザー イ
ンターフェースを開きます。
MAP ゲー ト ウェ イ との安全な通信を確実にするために、 MAP ゲートウェイは、 プライベート
なmapgwy.com SSL 証明がインス トールされた状態で出荷されます。 しかし、 この証明書は、
ブラウザーで信頼されていることを示すものではありません。
4. MAP ゲートウェイへのログイン
デフ ォルトの管理ログイン認証情報を使用します。
MAP ゲートウェイ ライセンス契約を読みの上、 同意いただけますよ うお願いいたします。
5. パスワードの変更
MAP ゲー ト ウェ イへの初回ログイン時に、 パスワードおよびパスフレーズ変更のウェ ブペー
ジが表示されます。 管理パスワードおよび Wi-Fi パスフレーズを変更する必要があります。
a. New Admin Password 欄に新規パスワード を入力します。 パスワード確認のため、 新し
いパスワードを Verify New Admin Password 欄に再度入力して く ださい。
b. New Wi-Fi Passphrase 欄の Wi-Fi パスフレーズを変更し、 [Save] をクリックします。
重要：Wi-Fi パスフレーズ、 またはSSID 変更後にウェブ サーバーを再起動します。 新しいパ
スフレーズを使用して、 MAP ゲートウェイ Wi-Fi ネッ トワークに再度接続して く ださい。 一
部のモバイル デバイスでは、 新しいパスフレーズでネッ トワークに再接続する前に、 元の
MAP ゲートウェイ Wi-Fi ネッ ト ワークを選択し、 消去する必要があります。

6. オプシ ョ ン ： イーサネッ トの設定
a. MAP ゲートウェイ UI で、 Settings > Ethernet に移動します。
b. イーサネッ トのド ロ ップダウン リストで、On を選択し、 MAP ゲートウェイ イーサネッ
ト ポー ト を有効にします。
c. 画面の下にある [Save] をクリックします。
d. IP アドレス フ ィ ールドのア ド レスを確認します。 初期設定で MAP ゲートウェイは、
DHCP を使用してネッ トワークから IP ア ド レスを動的に受信するよ う設定されています。
IP アド レスが表示されない場合は、 画面を更新します。
e. このIP アドレスをブラウザーアドレスバーに入力し、 イーサネッ ト経由で MAP ゲート
ウェイにアクセスします。
7. MAP ゲート ウェ イの使用
機器リス トからデバイスを選択し、 MAP ゲート ウェ イのウェブページを使用し、 必要に応じ
てデバイスを設定、 表示します。
重要 ： MAP ゲー トウェ イは、 イーサネッ ト使用の外部電源に接続する必要があります。
イーサネッ ト ネッ トワークに接続する前に、 サイ トの IT 管理者の承認を得て く ださい。

만일 , MAP 게이트웨이의 이더넷을 사용하려면 필드 버스 아답터를 장착하기 전에 외부 전원을 연결하세요 .
MAP 게이트웨이 RS-485 포트에 장비 제어기의 센서 버스
또는 필드 버스 포트에 연결하려면 , RJ-12 케이블 또는 필
드버스 아답터를 사용합니다 .
MAP 게이트웨이의 LED 가 점멸하면 초기화 중입니다 .

3. 웹 브라우저 열기
웹브라우저에서 https://mapgwy.com (192.168.142.1) 를 입력하면 , MAP 게이트웨이 설정 화면이 표시됩니

4. MAP 게이트웨이 로그인
아래의기본 인증 정보로 로그인 합니다 :

5. 비밀번호 변경
MAP 게이트웨이 최초 로그인시에 , 비밀번호 변경 웹 페이지가 표시됩니다 . 관리자 비밀번호 및 Wi-Fi 비밀번호
를 변경해야 합니다 .
a. New Admin Password 항목의 기본 암호를 변경합니다. Verify New Admin Password 항목에도 동일하게 입
력하여 검증합니다.
b. New Wi-Fi Passphrase 항목의 암호를 변경하고 , Save 를 선택합니다 .
6. 선택사항 – 이더넷 설정
a. MAP 게이트웨이 UI 화면에서 , Settings > Ethernet 으로 이동합니다 .
b. 이더넷 드롭다운 목록에서 enable the MAP Gateway Ethernet port 를 On 으로 설정하십시요 .
c. 화면 아래의 Save 를 선택합니다 .
d. IP 주소값을 메모하십시요 . 기본적으로 MAP 게이트웨이의 IP 주소는 DHCP 사용시 자동으로 부여됩니다 .
만일 IP 주소값이 나타나지 않으면 화면을 갱신합니다 .
e. 웹 브라우저에서 IP 주소값을 입력하여 이더넷으로 MAP 게이트웨이를 접속합니다 .

7. MAP 게이트웨이 사용
중요: Wi-Fi 암호 또는 SSID를 변경 후, 웹 서버가 다시 시작되고 변경된 암호를 사용하여 MAP 게이트웨이 Wi-
Fi 네트워크에 다시 접속해야 합니다. 일부 모바일 장치에서는 변경된 암호로 네트워크에 다시 가입하기 전에
변경전 MAP 게이트웨이 Wi-Fi 네트워크를 선택해서 삭제해야 합니다.
