Treadmill Console Instructions

T7xe Consoles
Manager Mode (software, tv)
1. To enter Manager Mode, press "ENTER 1001 ENTER" on the
number keypad and Manager Mode will appear on the display.
2. Manager Mode is divided into 6 tabs, located on the left side of the
screen. They are About, Time, Speed, Defaults, TV, and Language.
3. Choose a tab by touching the screen over the desired tab. Each of
the tabs has options that will appear once you have chosen that
particular tab.
4. Press the Home or EMERGENCY STOP to exit Manager Mode

T7xe Consoles
Engineering Mode (auto calibrate)
1. To enter Engineering Mode, press "ENTER 2001 ENTER" on the
number keypad and Engineering Mode will appear on the display.
2. Manager Mode is divided into 5 tabs, located on the left side of the
screen. They are Calibration, Statistics, Errors, Clubs, Club ID.
3. Choose a tab by touching the screen over the desired tab. Each of
the tabs has options that will appear once you have chosen that
particular tab.
4. Press the Home or EMERGENCY STOP to exit Engineering Mode

Service Mode (date/time, serial #, machine type)
1. To enter Service Mode, press "ENTER 3001 ENTER" on the number
keypad and Service Mode will appear on the display.
2. Service Mode is divided into 4 tabs, located on the left side of the
screen. They are Set up, Test, Log, and Date & Time.
3. Choose a tab by touching the screen over the desired tab. Each of
the tabs has options that will appear once you have chosen that
particular tab.
4. Press the Home or EMERGENCY STOP to exit Service Mode

1. To enter Manager Mode, press and hold the ELEVATION DOWN
and SPEED DOWN buttons for three seconds
2. Use the ELEVATION UP or SPEED UP and DOWN buttons to scroll
through the different manager settings
3. Press ENTER to edit the selected manager setting. Press the VIEW
button to go back
4. Use the ELEVATION or SPEED UP and DOWN buttons to set the
variable
5. Press START to save the selected changes

T5x Consoles
Engineering Mode (auto calibrate, machine type)
1. To enter Engineering Mode, press and hold the ELEVATION DOWN
and SPEED DOWN buttons for three seconds until “Manager”
appears
2. Use the ELEVATION UP or SPEED UP buttons to scroll to
Engineering
3. Press ENTER to edit the selected Engineering setting. Press the
VIEW button to go back
4. Use the ELEVATION or SPEED UP and DOWN buttons to set the
variable
5. Press START to save the selected changes

T5x Consoles

1. To enter Service Mode, press and hold the ELEVATION DOWN and
SPEED DOWN buttons for three seconds until “Manager” appears
2. Use the ELEVATION UP or SPEED UP buttons to scroll to Service
3. Press ENTER to edit the selected Service setting. Press the VIEW
button to go back
4. Use the ELEVATION or SPEED UP and DOWN buttons to set the
variable
5. Press START to save the selected changes

SPEED DOWN buttons for three seconds until “Manager” appears
2. To enter the Manager Mode, press ENTER
3. To scroll through the Manager Mode, press the INCLINE or SPEED
keys
4. Press ENTER when the variable you wish to change appears on the
screen
5. Press INCLINE or SPEED key to change the value of the setting and
press ENTER to save
6. Press the EMERGENCY STOP to exit Manager Mode

2. Press the INCLINE or SPEED buttons until Service Mode appears
and press ENTER
3. To scroll through the Service Mode, press the INCLINE or SPEED
keys
4. Press ENTER when the variable you wish to change appears on the
screen
5. Press INCLINE or SPEED key to change the value of the setting and
press ENTER to save (PAUSE will take you back)
6. Press the EMERGENCY STOP to exit Service Mode

Console Errors Codes: T7xe & T7x
Power unit off / on. From Engineering Mode, arrow Up or
Down to RPM Parameter is showing. Press Enter. If belt does
not start, replace the MCB. If there are no values shown on the
RPM Parameter, replace the console.
Error (Drive Fault Report) created by the motor controller - only
used for AC motors

Power unit off / on. If issue is not resolved by resetting the
power, replace the daughter board.
Checksum failure on non-critical NOVRAM loading0x02AF
Power unit off / on. If issue is not resolved by resetting the
power, replace the daughter board.
Checksum failure on critical NOVRAM loading0x02AE
Could be missing magnet. Check connection of the speed
sensor to the MCB. Move the running belt, as it moves the
MCB speed LED should flash. If it does not, replace the speed
sensor. If LED is flashing with belt movement, replace the
MCB signal wire.
Speed is commanded but no belt movement detected (could be
missing magnet)

Check that the incline motor cable is connected at the MCB.
From the Engineering Mode, run calibration. If calibration
passes, delete error log as unit is operational. If calibration
fails, press Up or Down buttons unitl Elevation Minimum.
Check to see if LED Up and Down lights are lit on the MCB as
you change the Elevation. If LED's are not lit, check the
console cable and console. If LED's are lit, replace the incline
motor. If incline motor does not solve, replace the MCB.
