Tools: 2pcs of spanner 13mm or 2pcs of adjustable spanner, 1 spanner 14mm and the incl. torx bit.
Other: We strongly recommend 2 people mounting the composter.
The simplest way to mount the all the lid (in chapter 5) is when the composter is placed lying down on the
ground. Make sure to protect the paint from damages by working on a soft base.
Verktyg: 2 st fasta nycklar 13mm alt. 2st skiftnycklar, 1 st fast nyckel 14mm samt torx biten som är inkluderad
Övrigt: Vi rekommenderar att 2 personer monterar komposten. Notera att locken (Ha, Hb, Hc och Hd) är enklast
att montera om komposten ligger ned på marken. Glöm ej att skydda färgen från skador med kartong eller
liknande mjuk yta.

4 A Insert plastic pipe M on plastic pipe D.
B Insert gable E on D. Painted surface of the gable shall be downwards.
C Insert insulation Fa on D. Painted surface of the gable shall be upwards. Insert plastic
plate Ka on D. Note that the ventilation holes in the insulation material and plastic plate
must be in line with ditto in steel gable E.
D Insert plastic pipe L on D.
E Insert plastic plate Kb on D.
F Insert insulation Fb on D.
G Insert plastic plate Kb on D. Mount the plastic screws V and nuts U in the holes of the
plastic plates: Push the plastic screws by force through the insulation. Tighten the nuts until
insulation compresses approx. 5mm.
H Insert plastic pipe L on D.
I Insert plastic plate Ka on D. Insert insulation Fa on D.
J Insert gable E on D, note that the ventilation holes in the insulation and plastic plate
material must be in line with the ditto in steel gable E. Painted surface of the gable shall be
upwards.
K Insert plastic pipe M on D.
L Mount the other A+R on B.
M Fasten one end of the flat rod R to the un-mounted A, use nut J and screw P. Note that
the locations of holes are not symmetrical on A.
N Mount locking nuts J on the treads on rods B, use only hand-force, don’t use any tools
for tightening yet.
O Raise the compost on the stand carefully.
P Tighten locking nuts J rather hard, use 2pcs spanner 13 mm or a 2 pcs adjustable
spanners. Best result will be achieved if 2 persons help each other to tighten the locking
nuts!
Now we recommend you to lay down the becoming compost barrel on the ground (like in
sketch 5 and 8), it really simplifies the mounting of all the lids and diagonal flat rod in the
next coming chapters. Don’t forget though to protect the painted surfaces from damages,
please work on a soft base.
A Mount locking nuts J on one side of the threaded rods B. Tighten them only by hand-
force, don’t use tools to tighten. (Remove any plastic covers protecting the threads first). B
Fasten one end of the flat rod R to one of the A stands, use nut J and screw P. Note that
the location of all holes on A are not symmetrical.
C Insert the threaded rods B in the holes on A+R, with the nuts downwards.
2 Insert steel pipes C in threaded rods B.
3 Insert the long plastic pipe D over one of pipe C. (see also sketch 1-3).
A Mount the double lid Ha with self-threading screws X. Turn the double lid Ha so that you
are having the handles facing against you, when you have the mounting holes in A in the
back (see sketch 5 and 8). Easiest if one pushes downwards and one uses the
screwdriver. Fitting on the isolation can vary depending on the age of it, it may shrink a little
bit by time. Adjust octagonal isolations so they are in the correct position and not over the
ventilation holes. (Turn them around the center axle).
B Mount lid with the excenter lock (Hd) beside double lid (Ha). Turn it so the excenter locks
match each other.
C Mount the lids Ha and Hb so you get the handles symmetrically placed around the
compost, use the self-threading screws X, and don’t tighten them hard! When all lids are
mounted, then tighten the screws.

Insert the plastic screws V through the holes in steel gable E and press them with force
through the insulation Fa. Use plastic washer T and plastic nut U on the inside.
Notice! Ventilation hole in steel gable E must be in line with the ditto in insulation
Fa and plastic plate Ka
(also see sketch 6 and 7).
8 Mount diagonal flat rod Q, use nut J (4pcs) and screw P (4pcs).

A Trä på plaströr M på plaströret D.
B Trä på gavel E på D, lackerade ytan skall vara nedåt. Det kan gå lite trögt! (Notera gärna att
det är möjligt att trä på plåten från bägge ändar av röret).
C Trä på isolering Fa på D.
Trä på plastskiva Ka på D. OBS! ventilhålen i
isolering Fa och Kb skall vara i linje med ventilationsgallret på gavel E.

G Trä på den andra plastskivan Kb på D. Montera plastskruvarna V + plast muttrar U i hålen
i plastskivorna. Skruvarna skall pressas med kraft rakt igenom isoleringen.
H Trä på plaströr L på D.
I Trä på plastskiva Ka på D . Trä på isolering Fa på D.
J Trä på plåtgavel E på D. OBS! ventilhålen i isolering Fa och Ka skall vara i linje med
ventilationshålen i gavel E.
K Trä på plaströr M på D.
L Trä på den lösa A + R på B.
M Skruva fast ena änden av platt-järnet R i A och använd mutter J + skruv P. OBS! notera
hålens läge.
N Montera muttrarna J på B för hand.
O Res sedan försiktigt komposten på benen.
P Dra sedan åt J hårt, använd (2st) fasta nycklar 13mm alt. skiftnycklar (2st). OBS! För bästa
resultat bör 2 personer utföra detta moment.
Svenska
A Montera låsmuttrar J på ena änden av stängerna B. skruva först dit dem för hand utan
verktyg (tag bort eventuella plastskydd som sitter över gängorna).
B Skruva fast ena änden av plattjärnet R i A, använd mutter J + skruv P OBS! Notera hålens
läge.
C Stick in stängerna B i hålen på A + R med mutter J nedåt.

2 Trä stålrören C på stängerna B.
3 Trä det långa plaströret D över det ena röret C (se också skiss 1-3).
A Skruva fast dubbellocket Ha med plåtskruvar X, ha locket vänt så att handtagen pekar mot
dig när du står framför komposten (se även skiss 5 och 8). Det är enklast om man är två
personer vid detta moment; den ena trycker locken i läge och den andra skruvar. Passformen
kan variera lite. Justera sedan de åttkantiga isoleringarna så att de ligger i rätt läge (vrid runt
axeln). Ventilationsgallren får inte täckas av isolering.
B Skruva fast locket med snabbspännena Hd bredvid de uppvikbara locken med skruvarna X.
C Skruva nu fast locken Hb och Hc med skruvarna X. Variera med varannan Hb/Hc så att
handtagen sedan blir lika fördelade runt om komposten. Dra inte åt skruvarna så hårt först,
efterdra dem istället när alla skruvarna är på plats. Justera därefter de två snabbspännena så
de sitter lagom hårt mot luckans spänne.

Skruva fast isoleringen Fa mot gavlarna E med de långa plastskruvarna V. Skruvarna ska
pressas med kraft rakt igenom isoleringen, se skiss 7. Plastbrickan T och plastmutter U
monteras på insidan mot isoleringen. Dra muttern tills du har komprimerat isoleringen ca
5mm. OBS! ventilationshålen i isoleringen ska ligga i linje med gavelns
ventilationsgaller, (se även skiss 6 och 7).
8 Skruva fast diagonalstaget Q på stativet med mutter J (4st) och skruv P (4st).
