1Disassembling of the various components:
Important:
When exchanging components, it is very important to put back the cable wiring the same way
as it was before !
Remove water tank, grounds container, aroma preservation lid, powder funnel
1. Turn JURA emblem anticlockwise
(e.g. with a suction disc).
Rather pulling than pushing when removing.
2. Unscrew the Oval screw
3. Release snap-lock of fixation of the lateral part
4. Unscrew 2x TORX 15

5. Push with a small screw driver (no. 0) or alike
simultaneous in both immersions of the interlock
(between both lateral- and front parts)
6. Remove cover of the service plug
7. Insert e.g. a plastic ruler in between the bottom
and lateral part to release the barb
(approx. 7 cm of distance)
8. On the same, upper side, pull outside the lateral
part with your thumb (or similar aid).
Pull backwards the whole lateral part.
Proceed the same way for the other lateral
part.
9. Position of the lower barb of the lateral part
10. Position of the upper barb of the lateral part

11. Remove with a screw driver the cover of the
brewing unit

Brewing unit cover removed.
13. Unscrew 3x TORX 15 to remove the brewing unit
14. Remove hose
15. Unscrew 2x TORX 15.
Remove control panel (display module).
16. Unscrew 2x TORX 15.
Remove the front shield upwards.

17. Unscrew 4x TORX 15
18. Remove the 2x supports of the front shield
19. Remove coffee spout
(Press interlocks on both sides)
20. Release 3x snap-locks of the bottom of the
coffee spout and remove the lid
21. Unscrew 2x TORX 10 of the top of the coffee
spout
22. Release snap-lock and safety guide.
Swing the coffee spout.

23. Release 2x snap-locks of the interlock angel
24. Unscrew 2x TORX 10 of the fluid system support
25. Unscrew TORX 15 of the hose shield
26. Remove hose shield.
Hose connection to brewing unit.
27. Pull out the fluid system support.
Detach the shield of the fluid system support.
28. Remove the shield upwards

Unscrew 1x TORX 15.

Remove top case cover upwards.

35. Remove the upper and sideward
cable-connectors
36. Unscrew TORX 15 of the multi-valve
(bottom of the appliance)
37. Pull down carefully the snap-lock of the multi-
valve support and remove the multi-valve
38. Pull out the pump of the pump support
39. Pull with a small screw driver into the slot to
release the lateral interlock and remove it
40. Remove the transformer

47. Unscrew TORX 15.
Remove the powder funnel guide downwards.
48. Remove grinder:
Unscrew 3x TORX 15
49. Press snap-lock and slide the Zero Energy Switch
(ZES)
50. Pull down the 2x snap-locks and slide down the
ZES to remove
51. Unscrew 2x TORX 15 and press snap-lock to
remove the thermoblock
52. Check the position of the grinder finesse
adjustment when re-inserting the grinder
