12.1.4 Coffee strength:
Possibility to choose before a draw off and during grinding by turning the Rotary Switch
(EXTRA-MILD/MILD/NORMAL/STRONG/EXTRA-STRONG)

EXTRA-MILD
8.0
MILD
9.5
NORMAL
12.0
STRONG
14.5
EXTRA-STRONG
16.0
Strength for double cups is also selectable:
The amount of 1 cup grist (EXTRA-MILD) is multiplied by the factor 1.7 but with a max. of 16 grams
12.1.5 Temperature:
12.1.5.1 Coffee:
Programmable LOW / NORMAL / HIGH (each differs approx. 2 °C (3.6 °F) )
Draw off temperature is measured at the outlet and is, depending on settings,
between 84 °C ... 89 °C (183 °F ... 192 °F)
In the range of < 80 ml, an intelligent heating system comes to action which is able to remember
the time of the last product taken. Therefore, at the beginning of a draw off it will heat up slightly
higher in temperature to compensate the loss.
