11.1.3.1 CLARIS Smart / I.W.S.® Intelligent Water System:
At each CLARIS Smart filter change, appliance specific information will be stored (filter size, filter
rinsed, left capacity, quantity after filter alarm, needed amount of rinse water)
If the filter has reached the end of capacity and it will not be changed then after another 10 liters
the appliance changes automatically to descale mode
If a descale message is shown, no filter usage can be made unless a descale procedure had been
done before
A used and empty CLARIS Smart filter cannot be used anymore

11.1.4 Clean the milk system:
After each milk product preparation the message shows up (CLEAN THE MILK SYSTEM).
The same happens when switching-off the appliance. After 10 sec. the automatic switch-off
procedure will be continued.
15 minutes after each milk preparation, the milk system is automatically rinsed unless a milk
cleaning had been made
