washers (23) and nuts (24), then attach another to right side frame and the link compoents.
• Fix one end of arm support (17) to the base support (19) using bolts (20), washer (11), spring washers (10)
and nuts (09), then x another end to the side frame (12) using bolts (18), washer (11), spring washers (10)
and nuts (09).
• Put the press frame in an upright position, attach one upper cross beam (04) to left and right side frames (12)
using bolts (05), washer (06), lock washers (07) and nuts (08).
• Put another upper cross beam into position and insert the jack red seat (32) to the two upper cross
beams at the same time, then secure this cross beam to the side frames using bolts (05), washer (06), lock
washers (07) and nuts (08).
• Screw the upper round nut onto the cylinder (03), insert the ram into the hole in the jack red seat (32),
then screw the under round nut (31) onto the ram and attach the serrated saddle to the ram.
• Join the two press bed frame (28) together by inserting the four bolts (27) through the stay bar (29) and the
holes in the bed frames, then secure the four bolts by tighten the washer (11), spring washers (10) and nuts
(09) on it.
• Insert support pins (26) into the holes in the side frames, then insert the joined press bed frame (28) into

nuts (09), then insert the handle to the handle bracket.
• Connect the hydraulic hose tting (36) to the connection nut (35) and assemble the pressure gauge (01) to
the pressure gauge connection nut (34) which is on the top of cylinder (03).
• Tighten all bolts and screws.
• Before rst use of this product, purge away air from the hydraulic system: open the release valve by turning
it counterclockwise. Pump several full strokes to eliminate any air in the system.
• Check all parts and conditions, if there is any broken parts, stop using it and contact your supplier
immediately.
WARNING! ENSURE THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND APPLY THE SAFETY NSTRUCTIONS AND
WARNINGS BEFORE USE.
• Close the release valve by turning it clockwise until it is rmly closed.
• Pump the handle until serrated saddle nears workpiece.

• Pump the handle to apply load onto workpiece.
• When work is done, stop pumping the handle, slowly and carefully remove load from workpiece by turning
the release valve counterclockwise in small increments.
• Once ram has fully retracted, remove workplace from bed frame.
• Clean the outside of the press with dry, clean and soft cloth and periodically lubricate the joints and all
moving parts with a light oil as needed.
• When not in use, store the press in a dry location with ram and piston fully retracted.
• When press efciency drops, purge always air from hydraulic system as described before.
• Check the hydraulic oil; remove the oil ller nut on the top of the reservoir, if the oil is not adequate, ll with
high quality hydraulic jack oil as necessary, then replace the oil ller nut, purge away air from the hydraulic
