Flipthearmoverandplaceitover
arearwheelwiththedampertube
inthecenter.Again,withyour
allenwrench,pushfirmlyonthe
bottomsideofthedampertube
balluntilitsnapsintothecorrect
position.

push any excess oil
upoverthepartition.
InstalltheO-ringand
push out any excess
oil.PushtheO-ring
downuntilitis flush
with the top of the
shockbody.Check
thattheO-ringdoes
notprotrude.
Installtheshockcap
andtightenontothe
shockbody.
Movetheshockshaft
up and down and
feel for any air
bubbles.Ifitdoesnʼt
move smoothly or if
you hear air, check
theassembly.
Fillwith#300-#400cst
siliconeshockoil.
30wt-50wtshockoil
isalsorecommended.
Removeany
burswitha
sharpknife.
Installthissidetowards
theball.
