Thank you for the trust you have placed in us by purchasing this product. Please
read these mounting instructions carefully and completly before deciding whether
you would like to carry out the installation yourself or whether you would like
to commission a specialist to do so.

Dayron®
Every Kellermann
Dayron®
has ECE approval, which is documented by the approval
number on the lens. This means for you that, if fitted correctly, you can use it without
having to register it in the vehicle documents or presentation to a technical inspection
service. You do not have to carry any documents with you. This applies to all motorcycles
with lighting that complies with European law.
ATTENTION! Proper installation and electrical connection of the Dayron® are prerequisites
for the warranty. Therefore, only carry out this work yourself if you are appropriately
trained. Otherwise, contact a specialist workshop and leave the installation and connection
of the Dayron® to them. At damage due to incorrect connection or overvoltage (e.g. due to
a defective alternator regulator), there is no warranty claim.
ATTENTION! Defective mounting or incorrect alignment of the Dayron® can lead to the
invalidation of the vehicle‘s operating licence and insurance cover and to accidents.
Therefore, before every journey, check that the Dayron® are properly attached and in
good working order.
ATTENTION! The Dayron® may become warm during operation. Contact with bare skin
or heatsensitive objects can lead to injuries and impairments.
ATTENTION! Before mounting, ensure that the motorcycle is in a safe position, as an over-
turned motorcycle may cause injury and damage to the motorcycle. The Dayron® must be
mounted so that it radiates in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and horizontally.
Correct alignment is necessary for road safety and is part of the registration process; a vehicle
with misaligned lights is easily overlooked. When selecting the mounting point, make sure
that all installation regulations are complied with. Further installation regulations can be
found in the ECE-R 53 guidelines, which are available at https: //unece.org/.
ATTENTION! The Dayron® are splash-proof in accordance with IPX7. Under certain conditions,
temporary condensation may form on the inside of the glass. This does not affect the
functionality at any time and disappears again when the operating temperature is reached.
CLEANING ADVICE! Your new Kellermann products are high-quality products. In order
to enjoy them for a long time and to preserve possible warranty claims, we recommend
that you do not use any cleaning agents with alkaline/acidic additives and/or abrasive
components as well as steel wool. Treatment with steam cleaners is also not recom-
mended.
