The knife bl de unit comes in 2
p rts, lower nd n upper bl de.
●For co rser chopping use the
lower bl de on its own.
●For finer chopping or pureeing use
both bl des together. This will lso
give f ster result. To use both
bl des fit the upper bl de onto the
lower bl de nd turn nti-
clockwise to loc te in pl ce 2.

1 Fit the bowl 1onto the power
unit, then turn clockwise to lock
into pl ce 3.
2 Fit the bl de ssembly into the
bowl.
●Alw ys fit the bowl nd bl de
ssembly onto the food chopper
before dding ingredients.
3Cut the food into suit bly sized
pieces nd pl ce in the bowl.
Lrger pieces of food should be
cut into pproxim tely 1 to 2 cm
pieces.
4Fit the lid nd turn clockwise to
lock into pl ce 4.
5 Connect to the power supply nd
press down on the speed selector
to select the desired speed 5.
●Press the speed selector lightly to
obt in speed 1.
●Press the speed selector firmly to
obt in speed 2.
●Altern tively the speed selector
m y be pressed down for short
periods of time to produce
pulsing ction. This c n be used to
void over processing food.
6 Oper te the food chopper until the
desired result is chieved.
7 Reverse the bove procedure to
dism ntle the unit.
●Always unplug the power
unit before removing the lid.

●Do not run the food chopper
continuously for longer than
60 seconds. Leave to cool
for 2 minutes in between
each 60 second operation.
●Do not oper te the food chopper if
the bowl is empty.
●Alw ys llow hot food to cool
before processing.
●Do not exceed the m ximum
c p cities st ted or fill bove the
500ml level m rked on the bowl.
●Do not pl ce ny p rt of the
chopper in the microw ve.
