1 Rele se the locking screw by
turning nticlockwise , then slide
the tt chment into the outlet .
2 Turn it both w ys until it locks into
pl ce. Then turn the locking screw
clockwise to secure.
3 Tighten the ring nut m nu lly.
4 Fit the tr y. Put the dish/cover
under the mincer to c tch the
food.
5Thaw frozen food thoroughly
before mincing. Cut me t into
2.5cm (1”) -wide strips.
6 Switch on . Using the pusher,
gently push the food through, one
piece t time. Don’t push
hard – you could damage
your mincer.

Use pig/hog skin on the l rge

skin, roll in bre dcrumbs or
se soned flour before cooking.

w ter for 30 minutes first.

notch over the pin.
6 If you’re using skin, open it up with
jet of w ter. Then put your
chosen nozzle under running t p
nd pull the skin onto the nozzle.
7Hold the nozzle on the mincer nd
screw the ring nut on .
8 Fit the tr y.
9 Switch on. Using the pusher, push
the food through. Don’t push
hard –you could damage
your mincer. E se the skin off
the nozzle s it fills. Don’t overfill.
10Twist the skin to form s us ges.

600g (11⁄2lb) pork, le n nd f t, cut
into strips
1 egg, be ten
5ml (1tsp) mixed herbs
s lt nd pepper
