1 Fit the scroll inside the mincer body.
2 Fit the cutter – cutting side
outermost . Ensure it’s seated
properly – otherwise you
could damage your mincer.
3 Fit mincer screen . Put the notch
over the pin.
●Use the fine screen for r w me t;
fish; sm ll nuts; or cooked me t for
shepherd’s pie or me t lo ves.
●Use the medium nd co rse screens
for r w me t; fish nd nuts.
4 Loosely fit the ring nut.
to use the mincer
1 With the mincer tt chment in the
position shown , loc te in the
outlet. Rot te the mincer body so
th t the feed tube is upright.
2 Tighten the ring nut firmly by h nd.
●If you experience poor results when
mincing me t, switch off nd unplug
the m chine. Dism ntle nd cle n
the tt chment, then re- ssemble
the tt chment nd refit to the
power unit. Tighten the ring nut
using the sp nner provided .
3 Fit the tr y. Put the dish/cover under
the mincer to c tch the food.
4Thaw frozen food thoroughly
before mincing. Cut me t into
2.5cm (1”) -wide strips.
5 Switch to speed 2. Using the pusher,
gently push the food down the feed
tube, one piece t time. Don’t
push hard – you could damage
your mincer.
Note:
Speed 1 is for extruding s us ges,
kebbe nd for use with the option l
tt chments.
●If the m chine st lls or overhe ts
during use, it will stop mincing nd
emit quiet humming noise. In the
cse of st ll, switch the m chine
off, then turn the control to R (reverse)
for few seconds to rele se the
clogged food. Switch off nd unplug
the m chine nd remove ny clogged
m teri l. However, if the m chine
overhe ts, switch the m chine off nd
llow it to cool down for 1 hour
before continuing the mincing
oper tion.
●When selecting reverse, lw ys w it
until the m chine stops oper ting
before turning the speed control to
the reverse (R) position.
6 Switch off nd unplug fter use.
7 Loosen the ring nut. If necess y use
the sp nner provided.
8 Move the locking lever tow rds the
b ck of the unit, then rot te the feed
tube tow rds the front of the
m chine, then pull free.
