1 Fit the scroll bk inside the me t
grinder.
2 Fit the cutter 9– cutting side
outermost 1.Ensure it’s seated
properly – otherwise you
could damage your meat
grinder.
3 Fit screen 8. Put the notch over
the loc ting t b 2.
●Use the fine screen for r w me t;
fish; sm ll nuts; or cooked me t for
shepherd’s pie or me t lo ves.
●Use the medium nd co rse screens
for r w me t; fish nd nuts.
4 Loosely fit the ring nut.
to use the me t grinder
1 With the me t grinder tt chment in
the position shown 3, loc te in the
outlet. Rot te the body so th t the
feed tube is upright.
2 Tighten the ring nut firmly by h nd.
●If you experience poor results when
mincing me t, switch off nd unplug
the ppli nce. Dism ntle nd cle n
the tt chment, then re- ssemble
the tt chment nd refit to the
power unit. Tighten the ring nut
using the sp nner provided 4.
3 Fit the tr y bn.
4Thaw frozen food thoroughly
before mincing. Cut me t into
2.5cm (1”) -wide strips.
5 Switch on 5. Using the pusher,
gently push the food down the feed
tube, one piece t time. Don’t
push hard – you could damage
your meat grinder.
●To prolong the life of your me t
grinder, never oper te the ppli nce
for longer th n 15 minutes, ( llow
rest period of 10 minutes between
b tches).
●If the m chine st lls or j ms during
use, switch off. Press the reverse (R)
switch for few seconds to
rele se the clogged food. Unplug
nd remove ny clogged m teri l.
●When selecting reverse, lw ys w it
until the ppli nce stops oper ting
before turning the ON/OFF switch to
the reverse (R) position.
6 Switch off nd unplug fter use.
7Loosen the ring nut. If necess y use
the sp nner provided.
8 Hold the rele se button 2down on
top of the power unit s you rot te
the feed tube tow rds the front of
the power unit, then pull free.

Use pig/hog skins on the l rge
nozzle nd sheep/l mb skin on the
sm ll nozzle. Altern tively roll the
s us ge me t in bre dcrumbs or
se soned flour before cooking.

1 If you’re using skin, so k it in cold
w ter for 30 minutes first. Then open
it up with jet of w ter nd pl ce
your chosen nozzle under running
t p nd pull the skin onto the nozzle.
2 Fit the scroll inside the body.
3 Fit the b se pl te bs - put the notch
over the loc ting t b 5.
4 Hold the nozzle on the me t grinder
tt chment nd loosely screw the
ring nut on.
5 With the me t grinder tt chment in
the position shown 6, loc te in the
outlet. Rot te the body so th t the
feed tube is upright.
6 Tighten the ring nut firmly by h nd.
7 Fit the tr y.
8 Switch on nd using the pusher,
push the food down the feed tube.
Don’t push hard –you could
damage your meat grinder.
