Ring tones
Differentiation of calls when ringing from the Entrance, the Landing door and an Internal call.
The green LED lights up for 1 min. when there is a call from the entrance of the house or an internal
call.
Instructions for use
Answer a call Press the Talk button briefly; you can now talk without the need for
any further action (hands-free)
If the surrounding noise levels interfere with the call, then the Push-to-
talk mode is more suitable. If the Talk button is pressed for more than
1 sec., the device switches to Push-to-talk mode.
The call is controlled as follows:
Press button = Talk to the external intercom station (resident)
Release button = Talk to the indoor intercom station (visitor)
End a call the unit switches off automatically after 120 sec., the Talk button has
been pressed briefly or 4 sec. after the Unlock button has been pressed
Unlock the door Press the Unlock button
Turn off door ring Press the Mute button briefly; the red LED lights up
Turn on door ring Press the Mute button briefly; the red LED goes out

Programming the ring tones
1.) Switch on programming mode Press the Mute button for approx. 8 sec until you hear
a brief beep
The red and green LEDs will light up
2.) Select ring tone Select the ring tone by pressing the corresponding Ring
Tone Control button (see below) until you hear the one you
require (the unit stores the last ring tone to be selected)
Ring Tone Control buttons:
Unlock door button Ring tone setting for the entrance door
Light button Ring tone setting for the landing door
Function button Ring tone setting for an internal call
3.) End programming mode The programming mode switches off automatically after 8
sec. of no activity
A beep sounds; the red and green LEDs go out
Setting the volume
The volume control knob adjusts the volume of the ring tone or the call
over 8 levels by turning the knob to the right (increase) or the left (quieter)
Ring tone volume when there is no communication
Call volume when there is communication
Additional functions/programming
To run several indoor intercom stations simultaneously and to block the ring tone selection,
please contact your electrician.
Care
Clean the intercom unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Use a household detergent to remove more stubborn stains.
Prevent any water from entering the unit!
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents!
