Battery Connections
T e viewscreen/mirror unit can be connected directly to t e battery power,
w ereas t e camera unit s ould be connected to t e power supply line to t e
reversing lig ts. T is will ensure t at t e camera will become active w en in
reversing gear only.
To correctly connect t e units to t e car battery, we recommend you use a
licenced auto-electrician. Kogan is not responsible for any s orts, battery
damage, fire or ot er issues arising from incorrect installation of t e unit.
Controls
On t e edge of t e viewscreen/mirror unit, t ere are 5 buttons located on t e
rig t and side. From t e top downwards, t ey are Up, M, Down, V1/V2 and t en
Power.
•Power: turn unit power ON/OFF.
•V1/V2: toggle between wireless (V1) and wired (V2) connections.
•M: Function menu.
•Up + Down: move cursor in t e function menu.
Safety
•Do not use t e reversing camera w en driving normally. T e camera will be
a distraction.
•Do not rely only on t e reversing camera to ensure t e pat is clear for
reversing. Please use t e side windows and side mirrors to ensure t at t e
environment is clear of obstacles, people, animals and ot er azards.
