Before You Begin
Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
Shut off the water supplies.
Carefully inspect waste and supply tubing for any sign of
damage and replace if necessary.
For new installations, assemble the faucet on the sink before
installing the sink.
Before installation, unpack the new faucet and inspect it for
damage. Return the faucet to the carton until you are ready to
install it.
A one-quarter turn counterclockwise will close the cold valve and
a similar clockwise turn closes the hot valve.
Kohler Co. reserves the right to make revisions in the design of
faucets without notice, as specified in the Price Book.

1. Spout Installation
Remove the spout and escutcheon from the shank.
Thread the nut and washer to the bottom of the shank.
Insert the shank from the bottom of the sink hole.
Slide the gasket to the shank.
Thread the escutcheon to the shank.
Tighten the nut and washer to secure the shank to the sink.
Thread the spout to the shank.
2. Handspray Installation
NOTE: If the handspray is not desired, cap the lower shank tee
outlet.
Apply a bead of plumbers putty or other sealant to the underside
of the spray holder according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Insert the spray holder through the sink hole.
Securely hand tighten the nut from under the sink.
Remove any excess putty or sealant.
Insert the handspray hose through the spray holder.
Thread the hose to the shank tee using thread sealant.

3. Valve Installation
Thread the escutcheon nut to the bottom of each valve body.
Attach and tighten a hose to the bottom of each valve body.
Apply plumbers putty or other sealant to the underside of the
escutcheon nuts according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Position the valve body assemblies through the sink. Make sure
that the hot valve body (marked red) is installed in the left-hand
hole and the cold valve body is installed in the right-hand hole.
Secure the valve body assemblies with the washer and the nut
from under the sink.
Connect and tighten the hoses to the shank tee.
Remove any excess putty.

4. Supply Installation
NOTE: If the sink is not installed, install it at this time. Be sure to
follow all instructions packed with the sink.
Slide the coupling nuts and ferrules onto the supply tubes.
Secure the supply tubes and valve body inlets with coupling nuts.
Carefully insert the supply tubes into the valve body inlets and
shut-off valve outlets (if used).
5. Checkout Installation
Ensure that both faucet handles are turned off. Hot is clockwise
close and cold is counterclockwise close.
Turn on the hot and cold water supplies.
Check for leaks.
Remove the aerator by turning it counterclockwise.
Turn on the hot and cold faucet handles for one minute to flush
debris from the faucet.
Close the hot and cold water handles.
Reattach the aerator by turning it clockwise until hand tight.

Avant de commencer
Respecter tous les codes de plomberie et de bâtiment locaux.
Couper les alimentations d’eau.
Vérifier avec soin si l’évacuation ou les tubes d’alimentation pour
déceler tout signe d’endommagement et remplacer si nécessaire.
Pour de nouvelles installations, installer le robinet sur l’évier
avant d’installer ce dernier.
Avant l’installation, déballer le nouveau robinet et l’examiner
pour en déceler tout dommage. Remettre le robinet dans son
emballage de protection jusqu’à être prêt à l’installation.
Un quart de tour vers la gauche fermera la valve d’eau froide et
de même vers la droite fermera la valve d’eau chaude.

1. Installation du bec
Retirer le bec et l’applique du manche.
Visser l’écrou et la rondelle sur la base du manche.
Insérer le manche de la base de l’orifice de l’évier.
Glisser le joint sur le manche.
Glisser l’applique sur le manche.
Serrer l’écrou et la rondelle pour sécuriser le manche sur l’évier.
Visser le bec sur le manche.
2. Installer le vaporisateur
REMARQUE : Si le vaporisateur n’est pas désiré, couvrir la sortie
du manche du T inférieur.
Appliquer du mastic de plombier ou autre produit d’étanchéité
au dessous du support du vaporisateur selon les instructions du
fabricant.
Insérer le support du vaporisateur dans l’orifice de l’évier.
Sécuriser à la main l’écrou d’en-dessous de l’évier.
Retirer tout excédent de mastic de plombier ou de joint
d’étanchéité.
Insérer le flexible du vaporisateur dans son support.

Installer le vaporisateur (cont.)
Attacher le tuyau au T du manche avec du joint d’étanchéité pour
filetage.

3. Installer la valve
Visser l’écrou de l’applique à la base de chaque corps de valve.
Attacher et serrer un tuyau à la base de chaque corps de valve.
Appliquer du mastic de plombier ou un produit d’étanchéité
semblable au-dessous des écrous de l’applique selon les
instructions du fabricant.
Positionner les ensembles du corps de valve à travers l’évier.
S’assurer que le corps de valve d’eau chaude (marqué en rouge)
soit installé dans l’orifice gauche, et que celui d’eau froide le soit
dans l’orifice droit.
Sécuriser les ensembles du corps de valve avec la rondelle et
l’écrou d’en-dessous de l’évier.
Raccorder et serrer les flexibles au T du manche.
Retirer tout excédent de mastic.
