Before you install your shower door, please read
these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself
with the required tools, materials, and installation
sequences. Follow the sections that pertain to your
particular installation. This will help you avoid costly
mistakes. In addition to proper installation, read all
operating and safety instructions.
All information is based on the latest product
information available at the time of publication.

These instructions contain important care, cleaning,
and warranty information-
Make sure that the bath and the finished wall
material are completely and correctly installed prior
to installing your shower door. Prepare waterproof
layer to wall and floor of the showering area. It is not
allowed for any presence of electric switches and
sockets. Make sure the floor drain runs smoothly.
Before starting the door installation, lay out and
identify all the parts. Use the exploded view
illustrated on page 3 for reference.
For the installation method of customized shower
with different dimensions, please refer to this
instructions.
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or
knocked by hard object. Make sure corner area
of the glass refraining from knocking so as to
cause personal injury due to broken glass.
Please install this door on Kohler
receptors or curbs. (Not included). If the curb is not
Kohler-branded, please note its top width should fall
within the range of 50~80mm.
The shower door requires a flat vertical
finished wall. The squareness of the wall is
recommended no more than 3 mm/m. KOHLER
Company won t take responsibility of the installation
quality.

The wall channel for the side panel is delivered to the
door assembly. Remove the panel wall channel before
installing the door, but do not remove the transit blocks.
Before installation check that all components are
correctly supplied.
If any parts are missing please ring the helpline.

Fix one side of the wall jamb.

Line on the other side. Drill a pivot hole, then insert
wall anchor.

Fix both top and bottom frame to the side wall frame. Insert another wall jamb into the side wall frame.
Frames raised

Insert the whole set of the frame into the wall jamb. Across through the frame with screw, then fix the wall
jamb.

Please first insert the glass into the top frame and then into the bottom frame.
Please insert the glass in the correct direction: the
end with the hole shall be close to the top frame
and the labeled side with arrows on the label shall
be against the wall.

Insert the glass into the wall frame.
Lift the door into place.
Insert the pin into the base and then insert the glass door.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the door is fully supported
at all times.
Note: Please make sure
that there should be inserts
with correct directions at
both these two places.

Remove the pivot pin assembly on top. Insert the pivot pin both into the base and the body.
Then tighten the glass and the pivot pin assembly.
Note: The pivot
pin assembly
should be
vertical after
being tightened.

Push the wall frames at both sides to make the gap even between the
glass and the top and bottom frames.
Install the handle.

Tighten the wall jamb and the wall frames.

Install the base of the glass bracket.
Note: Ensure the accessory is
positioned in a horizontal way.

Line, then fix the bracket base.

Fix the glass bracket.

Install the edge strip to fix the side panel.
Fix the glass and the top frame. Then insert the side
seal into the wall frame.

Insert the cover seal to the top frame.
STEP

Fix the magnetic strips onto the door glass and the
side panel, then fix the side seal onto the door glass.
When the door is closed the magnetic
strips should touch along their length.

Insert the bottom seal to the door glass.

Install the pivot pin and other cover caps.

Install the frame cap of top and bottom frame.

Lay a thin bead of sealant between the wall channel
and the bottom frame.

Do not use the enclosure for at least 24 hours.
