NOTE:
For Retrofit Installations
For New Installations
If a pre-existing waste pipe will be used and will result
in an acceptable rim height (refer to the rough-in dimensions),
follow the retrofit installation instructions.
Turn the water supply line off, remove the existing urinal,
then cap off the water supply line inside the wall.
Install waste pipe as necessary to conform to the
roughing-in dimensions.
Install adequate support framing for the hangers as
needed.

Install the Greeting light Assembly
(For K-21841T-WEW/K-21841T-EW/K-
21841T-YXEW)
Install the screw screwing in ceramic hole with hexagonal nut
locking, then the mounting bracket with lock nut installed,
after greeting light power connection to observe on the
ground icon is in accordance with the recommended size,
such as is not in conformity with the loosen locking nut can
adjust bracket that icon to recommended size.

INSTALLATION
Install and uninstall the sensor controller
a. Install the sensor controller box.
b. Install the screw.
c. Connect the sensor wire.
Install and uninstall the Fixture, Valve
Assembly
Unscrew the screws on the Fixture, Valve Assembly. Remove
the Fixture, Valve Assembly from the urinal by moving it.

Install DC Power Unit
1. Take out battery case assy., and loosen the screws (17).
Place 4 AA batteries into the battery case according to
negative and positive electrode marks on the battery case
cover (18). Tighten the screws on the battery case cover
(18).
do not mistake the battery electrodes, and do not
use the new and used batteries together.
2. Then insert the battery pack in the battery box bracket,
connect each colored connector to the corresponding
connector of the same color.
NOTE:
Power Connection
1. Please directly reference to install DC Power Unit when
installing K- 21841T (DC).
2. Please match K-16305T-NA AC power unit when installing
K-21841T-C05. The way of installation is as below:

CAUTION:
a. Do not connect 220V AC Power supply to DC wiring
terminal.
b. Do not damage the covering of AC power unit or
remove screws to avoid leakage.
c. Outlet of AC power unit upward prohibited.

B. When installing the power uint in the bracket, please layout
bushing according to Fig.7 and thread wire through the
bushing.

One AC power unit can supply one
sensors at most.

Notice:
a. Keep the connector away from water.
b. Don't mistake the direction of inlet and outlet.
c. Do not connect the DC output of AC power unit to AC
power supply.
d. Do not connect to power supply while installing.
Connection line is not supplied. AC connection wire with
insulating sleeving is recommended. Wire of which the
nominal section area of conductor is not less than 0.5mm
is also recommend. DC connection line use wire of which
the nominal section area is not less than 0.3mm . It is cut
according to acted installation requirements (The length of
cut wire is recommended less than10m).
e. The head AC power supply must be protected with
appropriate fuse.
f. Please confirm the AC power supply and water supply
should be shut off before maintaining the products with AC
power related.

Install hangers, L shape block and waste
pipe connector
Install hangers, L shape block and waste pipe connector
according to RI.
1. Gasket of waste pipe connector shall be soaked
into water for 2 seconds to lubricate.
2. Shorten the connector if necessary to match the
waste pipe on the wall.

1. Flush testing. Remove the regulator (supplied) if water
press is too low.
2. Screw the connector into the sheath on the waste pipe. Do
not tighten(tighten after installation is finished). Apply
silicone sealant on the inside of the waste pipe on the wall.

3. Connect inlet pipe with corner valve.
4. Lift the urinal and insert the connector into the waste pipe
on the wall.
5. Hang the urinal onto the hangers. If the hangers need to be
adjusted, please fisrt take down the urinal.(Refer to Adjust
the hanger)
6. Check the connector and the waste pipe. If necessary,
rotate the waste pipe connector to ensure smooth
installation.
7. Push the urinal against the wall and tighten the 2 screws of
the hanger. Adjust the gap between urinal and wall by
adjusting the screws upwards and downwards(see Fig.11b).
8. Tighten the urinal with the L shape bracket on the wall with
the 2 screws through the screws holes on the side.
9. Tighten the connector with the sheath of the waste pipe.
10. Apply silicone sealant between urinal and wall.

Adjust the hanger
1. As shown in the picture below, firmly press the hanger with
the bolt through the waist-shaped hole.

2. As shown in the picture below, if the position of the urinal
needs to be adjusted, please take down the urinal and
knock the hanger slightly to adjust its position upwards and
downwards.

3. After the position of the urinal is decided, completely fix the
hanger with the bolt through the fixing holes on the hanger.

Install Urinal Cover
See Fig.#14
NOTE:
CAUTION:
1. Open urinal cover lock package and remove contents. Fix
hook and screw as shown.
2. Put urinal cover on the urinal.
3. Use supplied locking tool to install and tighten the screw.
4. Check that the urinal cover is properly locked.
Using a 5/8" wrench, assemble and tighen nut,
washer and lock nut on both sides of urinal.
Risk of chipping or breaking urinal. Do not
overtighen screws on urinal.
