q With the screw clamps
secure the pasting machine
to the narrow side of the pape-
ring table so that the opened
out cover points away from
the papering table.
wAssemble the bracket for
the roll mount on the pasting
machine.
ePush the rod of the roll
mount through the wallpaper
roll and place it on both ends
of the spacer piece. Place the
rod in the bracket of the roll
support.
rFill the pasting machine
with wallpaper paste to the
marking line.
tYou can adjust the paste
thickness by loosening the two
lateral star handle nuts until they
can be moved slightly in a hori-
zontal direction.
Rule of thumb: use 3 times the
wallpaper thickness as spacing between the paste
roller and the stripping plate.
yTurn the paste roller through
the wallpaper paste and lay
the start of the wallpaper on
the roller.
uDraw the wallpaper over
the paste roller until the start of
the wallpaper lies on the wall-
paper support bar.
iClose the appliance cover
so that it audibly engages.
oMark the required strip
length, measured on the pape-
ring table from the cutting
edge of the appliance cover,
with a piece of adhesive tape
or similar. Using both hands
pull the wallpaper evenly through the appliance,
parallel to the narrow table edge.
