Verwendungszweck
• Der Schraubstock dient zum Einspannen
von kleineren Werkstücken für die
anschließende Bearbeitung.
• Ermöglicht bequemes Arbeiten, da das
Kugelgelenk in fast jeder Position zu
fixieren ist.
• Er ist vorgesehen zur Verwendung im
häuslichen Gebrauch und nicht in indu-
striellen oder gewerblichen Bereichen.

Sicherheitshinweise
• Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor
der ersten Verwendung aufmerksam
durch und heben Sie diese für den spä-
teren Gebrauch auf. Händigen Sie bei
Weitergabe des Gerätes an Dritte auch
die Anleitung aus.
• Montieren Sie den Schraubstock auf
einer stabilen, ebenen und unbeschädig-
ten Oberfläche, z.B. eine Werkbank.
• Das Bearbeiten von Werkstücken mit
handgeführten Elektrowerkzeugen
(Handbohrmaschine) ist unzulässig.
• Verwenden Sie zum Einspannen von
empfindlichen Werkstücken die
abnehmbaren Schutzüberzüge.
• Werkstücke unter Berücksichtigung der
Form und der Werkstoffeigenschaft aus-
richten und einspannen.
• Platzieren Sie runde Werkstücke in der
senkrechten oder waagerechten V-Nut
und spannen Sie sie fest.
• Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die
Klemmschraube auf festen Sitz und zie-
hen Sie diese gegebenenfalls nach.
• Der Schraubstock ist aus Aluminium-
Spritzguss und daher nur bedingt
schlagfest.
• Schlagen Sie nicht auf die Spannbacken
oder auf das Schraubstockgehäuse.
• Verwenden Sie zum Abbiegen,
Ausrichten oder Flachklopfen von
Gegenständen keine schweren Hämmer.
• Verwenden Sie keine Verlängerungsrohre
zum Festspannen, es besteht die Gefahr
der Überlastung der Spindel (Bruchgefahr).
• Verwenden Sie Schutzhandschuhe und
Schutzbrille.

Montage
• Befestigen Sie den Schraubstock auf
einer geeigneten Fläche mittels der
Klemmschraube . Wird der
Schraubstock unmittelbar vor der
Tischkante befestigt, lassen sich auch
lange Werkstücke senkrecht einspan-
nen, um die Stirnseiten bearbeiten zu
können.
• Drehen Sie den Schraubstock in die
gewünschte Position und fixieren Sie
das Kugelgelenk  mit dem
Befestigungsknebel .
• Zum Öffnen der Spannbacken drehen
Sie den Knebel  gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
• Legen Sie das Werkstück zwischen die
Spannbacken  und klemmen Sie die-
ses durch Drehen des Knebels  im
Uhrzeigersinn fest.
Werkzeugaufsatz montieren
• Lösen Sie mit dem mitgelieferten
Sechskantschlüssel  die
Innensechskantschraube  und entfer-
nen Sie die Spindel  aus dem
Schraubstock.
• Entfernen Sie die nun erreichbare
Innensechskantschraube  und neh-
men den Schraubstockaufsatz vom
Kugelgelenk .
• Setzen Sie den Werkzeugaufsatz  auf
das Kugelgelenk und befestigen Sie
ihn mit der Innensechskantschraube .

• The vice is used for clamping small
parts for subsequent processing.
• It makes working comfortable as the
swivel head can be fixed in almost any
position.
• It is intended for household use and is
not meant for use in industrial or com-
mercial areas.

Safety instructions
• Read the operating instructions carefully
before using the appliance for the first
time and preserve this booklet for later
reference. Hand over the manual to
anyone, whom you pass on the
appliance to.
• Install the vice on a stable, levelled and
undamaged surface, e.g. a workbench.
• Parts may not be processed with hand-
driven electronic tools (Manual drilling
machine).
• Use the detachable protective casings
for clamping delicate parts.
• Align and clamp parts taking into
account the shape and property of the
materials.
• Place round parts vertical or horizontal
to the V nut and clamp them tightly.
• Check the clamping screw regularly to
ensure that it is fixed well into the
groove and retighten it if required.
• The vice is made of aluminium spray
cast and therefore is only conditionally
impact resistant.
• Do not slam on the clamping jaw or
the vice casing.
• Do not use heavy hammers for bending,
aligning or tapping objects flat.
• Do not use extension pipes for clamping,
as it involves the danger of overloading the
jack screw (Danger of breaking).
• Use protective gloves and goggles.

Assembly
• Fix the vice on an appropriate surface
by means of a clamping screw . Long
parts can also be clamped vertically in
order to be able to process the front
end, if the vice is fixed directly in front
of the edge of the bench.
• Turn the vice in the desired position and
fix the swivel head  with the clamping
bolt .
• To open the clamping jaw , turn the
clamping bolt  anti-clockwise.
• Place the part between the clamping
jaws  and clamp it by turning the
clamping bolt  clockwise.
Assembling the tool attachment
• With the hexagonal wrench  , release
the hexagon socket head screw  and
remove the jack screw  from the vice.
• Now remove the accessible hexagon
socket head screw  and take the vice
attachment by the swivel head .
• Place the tool attachment  on the
swivel head and fix it with the
hexagon socket head screw .

• La morsa serve per bloccare piccoli
pezzi per la lavorazione conclusiva.
• Permette di lavorare comodamente, poi-
ché lo snodo sferico si può fissare in
quasi tutte le posizioni.

Indicazioni di sicurezza
• Leggere attentamente le istruzioni per
l'uso prima del primo utilizzo e conser-
varle per la successiva consultazione. In
caso di cessione dell'apparecchio a
terzi, consegnare anche le istruzioni.
• Montare la morsa su una superficie
stabile, piana e integra, ad es. su un
banco di lavoro.
• Non è consentita la lavorazione di pezzi
con utensili elettrici guidati a mano
(trapano a mano).
• Per bloccare pezzi delicati utilizzare
i rivestimenti protettivi rimovibili.
• Orientare e bloccare i pezzi in base alla
forma e alle caratteristiche del materiale.
• Posizionare i pezzi rotondi nella scana-
latura verticale o orizzontale a V e bloc-
carli saldamente.
• Controllare regolarmente la stabilità
della vite di bloccaggio e serrarla se
necessario.
• La morsa è composta di alluminio
stampato a iniezione ed è pertanto l
imitatamente resistente agli urti.
• Non battere sulle ganasce o sull'allog-
giamento della morsa.
• Non utilizzare martelli pesanti per
piegare, livellare o appiattire oggetti.
• Non utilizzare tubi di prolungamento per il
serraggio a fondo, esiste il rischio di so-
vraccarico del mandrino (pericolo di
rottura).
• Utilizzare guanti e occhiali protettivi.

Montaggio
• Fissare la morsa su una superficie
adeguata tramite la vite di bloccaggio
. Se la morsa viene fissata immediata-
mente davanti all'angolo del tavolo, fis-
sare verticalmente anche i pezzi lunghi,
per poter lavorare i lati frontali.
• Ruotare la morsa nella posizione deside-
rata e fissare lo snodo sferico  con la
traversina di fissaggio .
• Per aprire le ganasce ruotare la
traversina  in senso antiorario.
• Inserire il pezzo fra le ganasce e
fissarlo ruotando la traversina in
senso orario.
Montaggio dell'elemento accessorio
• Con l'acclusa chiave esagonale 
allentare la vite a esagono cavo  e
rimuovere il mandrino  dalla morsa.
• Rimuovere quindi la vite a esagono
cavo  ora raggiungibile e prelevare
l'elemento della morsa dallo snodo
sferico .
• Inserire l'elemento accessorio  sullo
snodo sferico e fissarlo con la chiave
esagonale .

Consignes de sécurité
• Avant la première utilisation lisez atten-
tivement le mode d'emploi et conservez
ce dernier pour une utilisation ultérieure.
Lors du transfert de l'appareil à une
tierce personne, remettez-lui également
le mode d'emploi.
• Montez l'étau sur une surface stable,
uniforme et non endommagée, par
exemple sur un établi.
• Il est interdit de travailler des pièces
d'oeuvre avec des outils électriques
dirigés manuellement (une perceuse
à main par ex.).
• Pour serrer des pièces d'oeuvre fragiles,
utilisez les revêtements de protection
amovibles.
• Orientez et serrez les pièces d'oeuvre
en tenant compte de la forme et de la
propriété du matériau.
• Positionnez des pièces d'oeuvre rondes
dans la denture en V verticale ou hori-
zontale et serrez-les fermement.
• Contrôlez régulièrement la vis de blocage
et resserrez-la éventuellement.
• L'étau est une pièce d'aluminium
moulée par injection et donc à
résistance limitée aux chocs.
• Ne tapez pas sur les mâchoires de
serrage ou sur le corps de l'étau d'établi.
• N'utilisez pas de lourds marteaux pour
courber, redresser ou tasser des objets.
• N'utilisez pas de tubes de rallonge pour
serrer les objets, risque de surcharge de
la broche (risque de rupture).
• Utilisez des gants et des lunettes de
protection.

Montage
• Fixez l'étau sur une surface appropriée
à l'aide de la vis de blocage . Si l'étau
est fixé au bord de la table, de longues
pièces d'oeuvre peuvent être également
serrées à la verticale, ce qui permet de
pouvoir travailler le côté frontal.
• Tournez l'étau dans la position souhaitée
et fixez l'articulation  avec la manette
de fixation .
• Pour ouvrir les mâchoires de serrage ,
tournez la manette  dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.
• Placez la pièce d'oeuvre entre les
mâchoires de serrage  et serrez cette
dernière en tournant la manette .
Montage de la bague pour outils
• Avec la clé à fourche  livrée, desserrez
la vis à six pans creux  et retirez la
broche  de l'étau.
• Retirez maintenant la vis à six pans
creux  qui est maintenant visible et
retirez la bague de l'étau de l'articulation .
• Placez la bague pour outils  sur
l'articulation et fixez-la avec la
vis à six pans creux .

• De bankschroef dient voor het vastklem-
men van kleinere werkstukken ter
bewerking.
• Maakt probleemloos bewerken mogelijk,
omdat het kogelscharnier in vrijwel elke
positie kan worden vastgezet.
• De bankschroef is bestemd voor gebruik
in het huishouden en niet in industriële
of bedrijfsmatige omgevingen.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing vóór het
eerste gebruik aandachtig door en
bewaar deze voor toekomstig gebruik.
Als u het apparaat van de hand doet,
geef dan ook de handleiding mee.
• Bevestig de bankschroef op een stabiele,
vlakke en onbeschadigde ondergrond,
bijvoorbeeld op een werkbank.
• Het bewerken van werkstukken met
handbediende elektrische apparaten
(handboormachines) is niet toegestaan.
• Gebruik voor het inklemmen van kwets-
bare werkstukken de afneembare
beschermingsovertrekken.
• Plaats de werkstukken en klem ze vast
in overeenstemming met hun vorm en
materiaaleigenschappen.
• Plaats ronde werkstukken in de verticale
of horizontale V-moer en klem ze vast.
• Controleer regelmatig of de klemschroe-
ven goed vastzitten en draai ze even-
tueel na.
• De bankschroef is gemaakt van spuitge-
goten aluminium en is daarom slechts
beperkt slagvast.
• Sla niet op de spanklemmen of op de
behuizing van de bankschroef.
• Gebruik voor het verbuigen, recht
maken of vlak kloppen van voorwerpen
geen zware hamer.
• Gebruik geen verlengstuk voor het vast-
klemmen, omdat daardoor de spindel
overbelast kan raken (gevaar voor breuk).
• Gebruik veiligheidshandschoenen en
een veiligheidsbril.

Montage
• Bevestig de bankschroef op een
geschikte ondergrond met behulp van
de klemschroef . Als de bankschroef
aan de tafelrand wordt bevestigd, kun-
nen ook lange werkstukken loodrecht
worden vastgeklemd, om de kopse kant
te kunnen bewerken.
• Draai de bankschroef naar de gewenste
positie en maak het kogelscharnier 
vast met de bevestigingsknevel .
• Voor het openen van de spanklem 
draait u de knevel tegen de wijzers
van de klok in.
• Plaats het werkstuk in de spanklem 
en klem het vast door de knevel met
de wijzers van de klok mee te draaien.
Gereedschapsopzetstuk monteren
• Draai met de meegeleverde inbussleutel
de inbusschroef los en haal de
spindel uit de bankschroef.
• Verwijder de nu bereikbare inbusschroef
en haal het bankschroefopzetstuk
van het kogelscharnier .
• Plaats het gereedschapsopzetstuk op
het kogelschanier en maak het vast
met de inbusschroef .

• El tornillo de banco sirve para fijar
pequeñas piezas de trabajo para el
mecanizado posterior.
• Hace posible un trabajo cómodo, ya
que la articulación esférica puede fijarse
casi en cualquier posición.
• Está previsto para uso doméstico y no
para su utilización el ámbito industrial
o profesional.

Instrucciones de seguridad
• Lea atentamente este manual de
instrucciones antes de utilizar este útil
por primera vez y guárdelo para su
posterior utilización. Entréguelas en
caso de traspasar el aparato a terceros.
• Monte el tornillo de banco en una
superficie estable, plana y sin desper-
fectos, p.ej. un banco de trabajo.
• El mecanizado de piezas con herramientas
eléctricas manuales (taladradora de mano)
no está permitido.
• Para la fijación de piezas de trabajo
delicadas utilice las cubiertas protectoras
desmontables.
• Oriente y sujete las piezas de trabajo
teniendo en cuenta la forma y caracte-
rísticas del material de trabajo.
• Coloque las piezas de trabajo esféricas
en la ranura en V y vertical u horizontal
y fíjelas.
• Controle regularmente la correcta
fijación del tornillo de apriete y, en
caso necesario, apriételo.
• El tornillo de banco es de aluminio
moldeado por inyección y por ello sólo
es relativamente resistente a los golpes.
• No golpee las mordazas de sujeción
ni la carcasa del tornillo de banco.
• Para torcer, enderezar o aplanar objetos
golpeándolos no utilice un martillo duro.
• No utilice ningún tubo de prolongación
haciendo palanca para sujetar, existe
peligro de sobrecarga del husillo (peligro
de rotura).
• Utilice guantes y gafas protectores.

Montaje
• Fije el tornillo de banco a una superficie
adecuada mediante el tornillo de apriete
. Si se fija el tornillo de banco muy
próximo al borde de la mesa, sujete
también las piezas de trabajo largas
perpendicularmente, para poder trabajar
la parte frontal.
• Gire el tornillo de banco a la posición
deseada y fije la articulación esférica 
con la muletilla de fijación .
• Para abrir las mordazas de sujeción 
gire la muletilla  en el sentido contrario
a la agujas del reloj.
• Coloque la pieza de trabajo entre las
mordazas de sujeción  y sujétela
girando la muletilla  en el sentido de
las agujas del reloj.
Montaje de la pieza accesoria
• Con la llave hexagonal  suministrada
afloje el tornillo de cabeza con hexágo-
no interior  y saque el husillo  del
tornillo de banco.
• Saque el tornillo de cabeza con hexá-
gono interior  , ahora accesible, y la
pieza la pieza del tornillo de la articu-
lación esférica .
• Coloque la pieza accesoria  sobre la
articulación esférica y ajústela con el
tornillo de cabeza con hexágono interior .

Ao entregar o aparelho a terceiros entre-
gue também o manual.
• Monte o torno de mesa numa superfície
estável, plana e em perfeitas condições,
p.ex. uma bancada de trabalho.
• Não é permitido trabalhar peças com
ferramentas eléctricas introduzidas
manualmente (berbequins manuais)
• Para fixar peças a trabalhar frágeis,
utilize os revestimentos de protecção
amovíveis.
• Alinhar e fixar as peças a trabalhar
tendo em consideração a forma e as
propriedades do material.
• Coloque as peças a trabalhar redondas
na ranhura V vertical ou horizontal e
fixe-as firmemente.
• Controle os parafusos de aperto regular-
mente quanto a assentamento firme e
aperte-os posteriormente, se neces-
sário.
• O torno de mesa é feito de alumínio
moldado por injecção e tem, por isso,
uma resistência limitada ao choque.
• Não bata nos mordentes tensores ou na
caixa do torno de mesa.
• Não utilize martelos pesados para virar,
alinhar ou alisar os objectos.
• Não utilize tubos de extensão para fixar
firmemente, existe perigo de sobrecarga
do fuso (perigo de ruptura).
• Utilize luvas de óculos de protecção.

Montagem
• Fixe o torno de mesa numa superfície
apropriada, através dos parafuso de
aperto . Se o torno for fixado imedia-
tamente antes da aresta da mesa, é
possível fixar também peças a trabalhar
compridas, na vertical, para se tratar
das partes frontais.
• Rode o torno para a posição pretendida
e fixe a articulação esférica  com o
manípulo de fixação .
• Para abrir o mordente tensor rode o
manípulo  no sentido oposto ao dos
ponteiros do relógio.
• Coloque a peça a trabalhar entre os
mordentes tensores  e aperte-os,
rodando o manípulo firmemente  no
sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.
Montar a guarnição para ferramentas
• Solte o parafuso com sextavado
interno com a chave sextavada
fornecida e retire o fuso I do torno.
• Retire o parafuso com sextavado
interno, agora acessível,  e retire
a guarnição do torno de mesa da
articulação esférica .
• Coloque a guarnição para ferramentas
 sobre a articulação esférica e
fixe-a com o parafuso com sextavado
interno .

Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας
• ∆ιαβάστε την οδηγία χρήσεως πριν
απ" την πρώτη χρήση προσεκτικά και
φυλάξτε την για κάποια χρήση
αργ"τερα. Παραδώστε το εγχειρίδιο
σε οποίον παραδοθεί στη συνέχεια η
συσκευή.
• Μοντάρετε τη µέγγενη σε µια
σταθερή, ίσια και σε άψογη
κατάσταση, επιφάνεια π.χ. έναν
πάγκο εργασίας.
• Η επεξεργασία υλικών κατεργασίας
µε χειροκίνητα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία
(τρυπάνι χειρ"ς) δεν επιτρέπεται.
• Χρησιµοποιήστε για την στερέωση
ευαίσθητων υλικών κατεργασίας τις
προσθαφαιρούµενες προστατευτικές
θήκες.
• Ευθυγραµµίστε και στερεώστε τα
υλικά κατεργασίας λαµβάνοντας
υπ"ψη τη µορφή και τα
πλεονεκτήµατα υλικού.
• Τοποθετήστε τα στρογγυλά υλικά
κατεργασίας στην κάθετη ή οριζ"ντια
εγκοπή V και στερεώστε τα καλά.
• Ελέγχετε τακτικά τη βίδα σύσφιξης
για την σταθερή θέση και σφίγγετε
την εάν απαιτείται.
• Η µέγγενη είναι απ" έγχυση
αλουµινίου και έτσι µ"νο υπ"
συνθήκες µε αντοχή στις κρούσεις.
• Μην χτυπάτε στις σιαγ"νες ανοίγµατος
ή στην επικάλυψη µέγγενης .
• Μην χρησιµοποιείτε βαριά σφυριά για
την κάµψη, ευθυγράµµιση ή το ίσιωµα
αντικειµένων.
• Μην χρησιµοποιείτε σωλήνες
επέκτασης για την σφιχτή στερέωση,
υπάρχει κίνδυνος υπερφ"ρτωσης των
ατράκτων (κίνδυνος σπασίµατος).
• Χρησιµοποιείτε προστατευτικά γάντια
και γυαλιά.
