· Please fully charge the watch before using it.
· Please use chargers with output power of 5V/500mAh and above.
· The watch comes with a magnetic charger. When charging the
watch, please keep it away from paper clips, SIM card pins and other
metal conductors, so as to avoid a short circuit caused by the
magnetic attraction, as well as other safety accidents.

4. Pairing
1) Three Alternative Ways to Download “Fit Cloud Pro”
a. Use the watch to scan the QR code below to download and install Fit
Cloud Pro.
b. Enter "Fit Cloud Pro" in Apple Store or Google Store to download the
AP P.

c. Tap “Settings”（ ） on the watch display→ “APP”→ “APP QR
CODE”, scan the code to download Fit Cloud Pro.

2) Pair as Follows
a. Turn on Fit Cloud Pro and grant all permissions; Register and log in to
the A PP.
b. Click "Add Device" in Fit Cloud Pro and select TANK T1.

d. Select messages needed to be notified in Fit Cloud Pro, which can then
be viewed on the watch.
c. Tap “Pair” and “Allow the watch to receive notifications from the phone”
as requested.

A1: Use the original charger to charge the watch for more than 30
minutes.

the APP?

A1: Please ensure that the App is allowed to access Notifications on the
mobile phone.
A2: Please make sure Notifications for WhatsApp or Facebook on the
mobile phone is turned on.
1）Keep the device certain distance away from gas stations, chemical
plants, and other public places where electronic devices are prohibited.
Please observe relevant rules and regulations.
2）As radio waves generated by the device may affect implantable or
personal medical devices, please consult the device manufacturers about
the precautions of using these devices and follow their directions.
3）Radio waves generated by electronic devices may interfere with the
safe flight of the airplane. Please obey the airline's requirements and turn
off the device while you are flying.
4）Temperature condition for normal work: 0 ~ 50℃; Temperature
condition for storage (accessories included): -40℃~ +70℃. Please be
noted that extreme temperature may damage the device and cause
malfunctions.

Q6: Can I swim with KOSPET smartwatches?
A1:You can wear smartwatches with an IP68 waterproof rating and above
to swim in shallow (sea) waters.
A2: You can wear smartwatches with 3ATM/5ATM waterproof ratings to
dive in 10 meters deep waters.
A3: Do not wear smartwatches with an IP67 rating to swim.
A4: All smartwatches cannot be worn for hot showers; Wash the watch
promptly after exposing it to the sea waters.
A5: Do not press any watch key under water.
A6: After the watch is used for a period of time, its internal units may
experience wear and tear, making its water-resistant capacity likely to go
ineffective.

A1: Fill in actual personal information on the APP, such as gender, age,
height, weight and other information.
A2: Make sure the protective film on the back of the watch is removed.
A3: Make sure the watch is worn neither too loose nor too tight.
A4: Reset the watch to reexamine the data accuracy.
A5: Considering diverse software algorithms adopted by different brands,
ways to collect data vary from devices to devices (e.g. smartwatches,
smartphones, treadmills, etc.). In other words, there is little point in
comparing the data collected by different devices. For instance, sports
data detected by Apple Watch differs much from that by Garmin Watch.
Meanwhile, KOSPET collects such data with its independent algorithm
based on how to wear the watch. Therefore, it is normal that errors from
3% to 5% exist in terms of user data.
