defectsandarefullyfunctional.Thewarrantycoversallfaultsand
defectswhichareverifiablyattributabletofaultyconstruction,
substandardmaterialsorpoorworkmanship.Warrantyclaims
againstthemanufacturermayonlybemadebythedistributor
andnotbytheuseroftheproduct.
Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,the
consequencesofimproperhandlingordamage,poor
maintenanceandincorrectassemblyorcommissioningbythe
purchaserorathirdpersonorfaultswhichareattributable
tocircumstancesbeyondourcontrol.Wearingpartsarenot
coveredbytheguarantee.Thewarrantyisvoidedifmodifications
aremadetotheproductwhichwerenotauthorisedand
