This device complies with part 15 of the fccrules. Operations is subject to the following two
conditions: ( 1 ) this device may not cause harmful interference and ( 2 ) this device must accept any
interference received, including interfeerence that may cause undesired operation (15.19)

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection

Administrative Regulations on Low Power Radio Waves Radiated Devices
Article 12 Without permission granted by the NCC, no company, enterprise, or user is allowed to
change the frequency, enhance the transmitting power, or alter the original characteristics, as well as
performance, of approved low power radio-frequency devices.
Article 14 The low power radio-frequency devices shall not influence aircraft security and interfere
with legal communications. If found, the user shall cease operating immediately until no interference
is achieved.
The said legal communications means radio communications operated in compliance with the
Telecommunications Act. The low power radio-frequency devices must be susceptible with the

1. Safe riding
As a responsible owner and rider.
Possessing a valid scooter license issued by the R.O.C.
government.
Carefully read the Owner’s Manual, including the
warnings and precautions.
You must understand how to properly operate your
scooter, and ride it safely as well as correctly.
Note
You must use the charger from KY when charging the
new battery for the first time. Fully charge the battery
(until the green light on the charger is illuminated) to
ensure normal battery operation.
The rider must wear protective gear, such as a scooter
helmet or gloves, motorcycle trousers, etc., in accordance
with the laws and regulations.
Do not wear the clothes which may endanger riding safety.
For example, loose sleeves may be caught by the brake
lever, causing danger.

Checks before riding
Visually check tires for any foreign object or unusual
abrasion.
How to ride
The scooter can only carry 2 people. It is dangerous for
three people to ride the scooter and it is forbidden by law.
Clothing
Buckle up long sleeves. Pull clothes in snugly to prevent
sleeves from being caught by the brake lever.
Wear a helmet and buckle up the chin belt.
Hold the Handlebar with both hands when riding. Do not
ride by single hand for this is extremely dangerous.
Wearing flat shoes is safer.

Vehicle functionalities are related to its structure.
Arbitrary modification may deteriorate the operability of
the vehicle, causing shortened service life and obstructing
driver safety.
Arbitrary modification of a vehicle is an illegal action
forbidden by law. Never try to make any modification.
Modification of the vehicle may result in a nullified
warranty.
Avoid making sharp turns or one-handed driving.
Observe the Rules on Road Traffic Safety and pay
attention to the traffic conditions at all times.
Load carrying
Operability of the handles varies depending on the extra load.
The handle swings easily with an excessive load. Avoid riding
with an excessive load.
The front hook has a holding capacity of no more than 3 kg.
The pedal has a holding capacity of no more than 25 kg.
