SET-UP AND USE:
1. Set the LD-100S in place and plug the cord from the Power Supply Module into the
Power Input Jack on the rear of the Unit.

4. Connect the Power Supply Module to a suitable AC power source.
5. Place your roll of labels on the Label Roll Holder & slide the plastic Roll Lock Ring on
the Roll Holder to the width of your label web.
6. Thread the label web between the Strip Bar and the Round Rod directly above it.
There should be about 1- to 2-mm between the inside edge of the label web and the
Strip Bar frame.
7. Pull the label web back under the Web Guide and slide the width adjuster to the width
of the web.
8. Pull the web up over the Round Rod directly in front of the Strip Bar and around the
front of the Web Roller.

the Take-Up Shaft as shown in the illustration.

label core.
A vacuum handling tool might help pick up very small labels in some cases, but often
labels are very sticky and may be pushed back onto the label web by the tool. If you want
to try it, a simple “Handi-Vac”® tool is available from Virtual Industries, Inc. www.virtual-
ii.com
FOR YOUR SAFETY:
Switch off device before
removing the bail.
