1 General overview
What is the high pressure water fed solar brush?
It's a kind of handheld water fed pole, it combined sprayed
high press water ,nylon bristles, squeegeeas one. it'ssuitable
for washing solar panels. Water fed pole takeyour solarpanel
cleaning business tothe next level, it will saveyou hours of
labor cost and increase productivityacross the board. It's
suitable for almost of all kind solar power plant. Spraying,
washing and wipe canacting at the sametime. Ifusepure
water, the effect is better.
The high-pressure solar brush cleaning kit includes:
high-pressure water pump + pole brush + aluminumtelescopic rod.
The Water Fed Poles comein 3different sizes of rod length to suit anyjob you throwat it. Available in
10’,16’and26’foot lengths…thosehardto reachplaces arenoweasilywithinreach. Thebrushhead
comein 3different sizes too, available in 13" ，,21"，32"long with an adjustable flexible angle head to
achievethe perfect clean. Also featuring; -Squeegee of silicon-Telescoping sections operated with quick
clamps -Made fromstrong and lightweight aluminum.The Pump-made of the highest qualitymaterials, it
produces avariable water pressure of 600-1000 PSIand a flowrate of up to 4 Gallon/Minute.

(1) Inusually,choose B820H or B520Hbrush ,with the telescopic aluminumpole of 5
meters .
(2) If the panel modules too high, or too far,the general tool is not enough, you can choose
B320Hbrush + pole of 8 meters.
(3) Pole of 3meters + B820H brush, is the most efficiency
2.4 Working Capability
Highpressurewater fedsolarbrushhaveahighefficiency.Asingle personcanwash more than
150 squaremeters per hour.
The brush can beoperated byone people, but additional support is needed,to movethe hoses,

2.5 Waterconsumption
High pressure water fed solar brush working with clean water.
Water consumption can be adjusted bythe valve (see Figure 1, ).
Cleaningonesquaremeter panels, theaverage water consumption is 2to 3liters. Clean one
megawatt panels Water consumption is about 15 to 20 tons.
The use of softened water (deionizer water) can improve the cleaning effect and reduce water
stains.
You can add an allowable cleaning agent in wash water.

The inner diameter of the high-pressure hoses is 8millimeters, and the outer diameter is 14
millimeters. Working pressure is more than 4 MPa.
The length can be more than 100 meters.
Weight: 1.7 kg/10 meters.
2.8.2 Connector
High pressure Brush have the connector in the metric system.
The hoses connection is: M14 *1.5
The connection to thecleaners is: M22 *1.5.

2.9 Washer (High Press Pump,Optional accessories)
2.9.1 The specifications ofthe pump
The brush must be equippedwith high pressure pumpto working. This system is compatible
with manykind of pressure washers, that meaning, Users existing pressure washers can usuallybe
used to operate it.
The suggestion specifications of the pump :
Pressure: more than 4 MPa.
Flowrate : more than 16 L/ min. (For B520H, B320H, 9L/ min)
If the flowrate is enough, one pump can drive more than one brush.
The greater power of the pump, the higher efficiencyof cleaning
Before the pumpis startup on the first time, itmust belubricated! The engine oil must be
filling.

3 Instructions
3.1 Preparation
Before you start work , safetyprotection must be done.
Readyfor water.
Readythe power supplyfor the pump.
3.2 Installing the product
1, Put the telescopic pole ②into the brush ①activities connector.
Release nut fixed. Adjust the length of the telescopic pole，and lock the nut.
2, Connected water supplyhoses.
3, Start-up the pump.
4, Adjust the pump pressure adjustment handle, to adjust the water's pressure.
5, Adjust the amount of water flowrate
6, The angle and direction ofthe spraynozzle at the sidetop, can be adjust byloosenthe nuts
with a spanner.
7, Spring (workingangle) adjustment:
Inorder to allowthe brush tofit the panels surface,the brush and pole are flexible connections.
The brushheadhaveaspring, it ensures that thebristles lie flat throughout, enabling consistently
uniformcleaning results. For different bevels and mounting heights, you can bychanging the spring
with different hardness to suit the panel surface

3.3 Operation
The operation of High PressHigh pressure
water fed solar brush is verysimple, almost no
need of training.
Byhand-held pole brush, open theswitch of
water,adjust the water flowrate, and then you
can cleaning. Itis advisable tostart cleaning from
the top of thepanel andoperate fromtop to
bottom.
3.4 Tips for cleaning
-Work with the maximumwater quantity.The more water the more clean.
-Moisten the panels first, that is, this removes stubborn soiling and the scrubbing of the brush
on a drysurface is avoided. and then usethe brush cleaning, that is more efficient
–Cleaning fromthe roof ridge: Clean the modules from top to bottom.
–Cleaning fromlifting platform/scaffold.
–Use cleaning agents, which can improve the cleaning efficiency.
–Use soft water (deionized water)

4 Transport and storage
During transport, it is necessaryto tighten the pole.
Do not press the bristles and high pressure pipes.
Long-termno use, you need to emptythe water, keep the brush in a dryenvironment.
The Brush can not work below 2 C.
5 Maintenance Guide
5.1. Regularlycheck the brush, especiallythe water supplyhoses, eachtimeyou start work
should be carefullychecked whether the water leakage,

5.5 Filter screen clean (some of models)
The brush jet the high pressure water through the spraynozzle. Inorder to prevent the nozzle
'sblocked, in the pumpinlet,installed afilter screen ,after long timeof working ,youneed to clean
the filter screen .
6 Warranty and CustomerServices
Warrantyperiod
The Warrantyperiod of the high pressure water fed solarbrush is 12 months, including brush ,
pole, water supplyhoses.
Note: The Squeegee is consumable parts and is not covered under warranty.
The user will need to send solar Brush backto the companyor its authorized dealers to provide
free maintenance services, the general maintenance time is 21 days.

combinations of goggles, protectivegloves, and other safetyequipment that are required for the site.
Before use must checkwhether the pipeline is connected firmly,whether the pipeline wear,water
leakage, can not bring anyhidden trouble operations.

Damaged modules must not be cleaned.

the watersupply to the appliance.
–Employ at least 2 people to performthe cleaning work.
–Cleaningworkmust not be performed froma ladder.
