1 General overview
What is the high pressure water fed solar brush?
It's a kind of handheld water fed pole, it combined sprayed
high press water ,nylon bristles, squeegeeas one. it'ssuitable
for washing solar panels. Water fed pole takeyour solarpanel
cleaning business tothe next level, it will saveyou hours of
labor cost and increase productivityacross the board. It's
suitable for almost of all kind solar power plant. Spraying,
washing and wipe canacting at the sametime. Ifusepure
water, the effect is better.
The high-pressure solar brush cleaning kit includes:
high-pressure water pump + pole brush + aluminumtelescopic rod.
The Water Fed Poles comein 3different sizes of rod length to suit anyjob you throwat it. Available in
10’,16’and26’foot lengths…thosehardto reachplaces arenoweasilywithinreach. Thebrushhead
comein 3different sizes too, available in 13" ，,21"，32"long with an adjustable flexible angle head to
achievethe perfect clean. Also featuring; -Squeegee of silicon-Telescoping sections operated with quick
clamps -Made fromstrong and lightweight aluminum.The Pump-made of the highest qualitymaterials, it
produces avariable water pressure of 600-1000 PSIand a flowrate of up to 4 Gallon/Minute.
Efficiency:200~300 square meters can be washed per hours (2000~3000square meters one days),
and onemegawatt solar panels can be washed within three days byone person.

(1) Inusually,choose B820H or B520Hbrush ,with the telescopic aluminumpole of 5
meters .
(2) If the panel modules too high, or too far,the general tool is not enough, you can choose
B320Hbrush + pole of 8 meters.
(3) Pole of 3meters + B820H brush, is the most efficiency
2.4 Working Capability
Highpressurewater fedsolarbrushhaveahighefficiency.Asingle personcanwash more than
150 squaremeters per hour.
The brush can beoperated byone people, but additional support is needed,to movethe hoses,
monitor the operation of the pump, cleaning operation take it in turns etc. That is, itisrecommended
that employtwo people to operate it.

2.5 Waterconsumption
High pressure water fed solar brush working with clean water.
Water consumption can be adjusted bythe valve (see Figure 1, ).
Cleaningonesquaremeter panels, theaverage water consumption is 2to 3liters. Clean one
megawatt panels Water consumption is about 15 to 20 tons.
The use of softened water (deionizer water) can improve the cleaning effect and reduce water
stains.
You can add an allowable cleaning agent in wash water.

The inner diameter of the high-pressure hoses is 8millimeters, and the outer diameter is 14
millimeters. Working pressure is more than 4 MPa.
The length can be more than 100 meters.
Weight: 1.7 kg/10 meters.
2.8.2 Connector
High pressure Brush have the connector in the metric system.
The hoses connection is: M14 *1.5
The connection to thecleaners is: M22 *1.5.

2.9 Washer (High Press Pump,Optional accessories)
2.9.1 The specifications ofthe pump
The brush must be equippedwith high pressure pumpto working. This system is compatible
with manykind of pressure washers, that meaning, Users existing pressure washers can usuallybe
used to operate it.
The suggestion specifications of the pump :
Pressure: more than 4 MPa.
Flowrate : more than 16 L/ min. (For B520H, B320H, 9L/ min)
If the flowrate is enough, one pump can drive more than one brush.
The greater power of the pump, the higher efficiencyof cleaning
Before the pumpis startup on the first time, itmust belubricated! The engine oil must be
filling.
